First of all, the location of the hotel is not very good. It is not in the CBD.
The lobby is well designed
The service is very good and very enthusiastic, but there is obviously not enough staff. There is only one person in charge of the front desk and room service.
The room is very large, with one bedroom, one living room, one balcony, one kitchen and one toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer.
But the facilities are very old, dirty and dilapidated. The room has a very uncomfortable smell. The wifi is very, very slow.
The bedding was not good and it was uncomfortable to sleep on.
All in all, I don’t recommend everyone to stay here.
Regarding the service, they did not come to clean the room according to the service information provided on the paper when I checked in.
The shower room was dusty and not very comfortable.
The windows were not curtains, but roll curtains, so the inside was completely visible from the outside.
The amenities did not include a toothbrush and slippers. I didn't have detergent to wash the dishes, so I called and was asked to come to the lobby to take pictures. I had just taken a bath and was wearing night clothes, so I went to pick it up the next morning.
Hygiene: Hygiene is also very clean
Environment: The surrounding environment is very comfortable

One of the shared bedrooms had a corner window with a bed pushed into it, slept the other bed to move away from mould that was around the whole window frame.
Beds were very comfortable tho. I feel it’s rated to high for the overall cleanliness
