The buffet breakfast was a wide spread, even my kids enjoyed it. It's just sad they do not re-heat outside food (for my fussy-eater son) But all in all, we had a wonderful stay. We achieved the goal of relaxing weekend

*The staffs are so kind and helpful with your needs. Spacious room, toilet is way too small for a gigantic occupant. *It's a really good location for me as it's just walking distance to nearby activities

As per the location, the hotel is just 7-10 minutes walk Central Station. There are several restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is short walk from Darling Square and Paddy's Market

Staff are very professional, enthusiastic and patient. The buffet breakfast has a good range without being ostentatious - highly recommend packaging this into your room booking

The room amenities were good enough for the price we paid for. The only concern was the lift that taking too long to arrive when it was peak hours (like check in/out)

Almost no amenities inside the room - except the towel. But you can ask for slippers, water from the friendly reception. If you use tray service (get something delivered to your room), thats $5

Most amenities you have to ask the front desk for which is a slight hassle but nothing dealbreaking. Room had a slight damp/mould smell which was unfortunate but again, not detrimental or a dealbreaker

Location is good, facilities were clean, and staff were really helpful. I would stay here again; it's just such a great spot to be able to get everywhere.

Very convenient, the hotel can deliver meals 24 hours a day, very satisfied

The location was very near the stadiums, which was where we were headed, therefore very convenient. There's mcdonalds and subway downstairs, too. No nearby convenience store, the nearest is an IGA about 10 mins walk

Awesome idea that my 7yo was really chuffed with. Indoor pool which is a big tick for winter stays. Great value buffet breakfast with a good selection. Would definitely stay there again when next in Sydney

Fully satisfied with the room condition. We have issue to connect the tv, we called reception and quick to receive their assistance. The hotel is strategic and walking distance to all the restaurant and main attractions

2mins away from the approx intersection of 3tram lines. During my stay, I saw a top-StarAlliance airline also stay here, where add some more credit to the place

The hotel's location is fantastic, especially for Chinese guests! It's right next to Chinatown, which was perfect for satisfying our Chinese cravings

At night it is so peaceful which i really like since we need to rest

I did not know they do not provide bottles of water in the room, but as long as you have an empty water bottle, you can request the bar to refill water for you. Or you can go to the gym on level 2 to get filtered water

I thoroughly enjoyed my 7 nights here. PERFECT place to be during a visit to Sydney for leisure OR work. I didn’t like the loud vacuuming each morning in the restaurant. I wasn’t impressed with the dinner menu selections

The water pools from the shower and the floor is buckled. We asked for a turn down service when we went to dinner. When opening a lemonade drink from the mini bar. The bottle was opened and had been replaced with water…

Staff was amazing and had our room ready when we arrived at 10 a. from our international flight which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast each day was delicious and beautiful view of the harbor

We had one of the Drive & Stay packages, but were treated like we'd booked one of the top of the range suites. Now that's the sign of a quality establishment

Have just had a very memorable stay with Pier One Sydney. So much to love, including the room, location, bed, staff, cleanliness and breakfast

The front desk service, especially from Front Office Manager Giji Joseph, was exceptionally swift and attentive—whatever we needed, he resolved it almost instantly, making our event run smoothly from start to finish

The swimming pool is nice but has a strange smell, which can only be said to be commendable

It was fully equipped with practical amenities like a washing machine and dryer, which made our multi-night stay very convenient. On top of that, parking was extremely easy thanks to the onsite underground car park

Overall, the combination of efficient event support, generous apartment layout, great facilities, and hassle-free parking made our stay highly satisfying

During our stay in a spacious 1-bedroom apartment, we were very impressed by how quiet and comfortable the room was

We held our event at Mantra Chatswood for four consecutive days, and the experience was outstanding

The only slight disappointment was that the room wasn't cleaned thoroughly—there were hairs and blood stains on the towel and duvet cover

The location is very strategic Cleanliness is okay, Amenities stated free WiFi, but the network cannot be found in the room. so you need to sit at the lobby to do all your works

The local is simply incredible to enjoy the beach, Manly and venture into the city for an explore and shop. One of the best hotel buffet breakfasts I’ve had. I will definitely plan another staycation there

The hotel boasts a great location, just about a 10-minute walk to attractions like the Fish Market and City Hall. The service was incredibly warm and helpful, and all the rooms are equipped with smart technology.

As a light rail stop, it makes getting around incredibly easy, with a comfortable walk to Darling Harbour and Chinatown

The Wilmot bar downstairs is amazing but the rooftop bar absolutely takes the cake. There’s nothing else quite like it in Sydney. Sweeping views of the surrounding skyline and the most incredible rooftop pool

Justin, Patrick and Buster are very welcoming staff which you don’t find everywhere! They greet you no matter what time of the day with friendly smiles - incredibly hospitable! They gave us a tour of the ‘strong room’ and shared the history of the building

Beautiful architecture! The hotel rooms are always immaculate, comfortable and value for money. The roof top bar and pool are always lots of fun too! Highly recommend this hotel if visiting Sydney

The hotel looks more grand than what the photos show. The room are specious, clean and new. There are a lot of bench space which is really useful. The room has all the basic amenities you need

The hotel follows many of the protocols and keep up with the status quo. It has all the facilities a 5 star hotel must have

The common lobby, the restaurants, the elevator, corridor and overall ambiance of the room send us back to a decade back. The black coloured wooden work definitely adds a classic feel to the room

Great location in the heart of Parramatta, easy to get to and plenty of parking that is easy to navigate. Rooms are basic but clean and functional. No mini bar in the rooms though so bring snacks if you want them

Be prepared for one of the slowest check in procedures you've ever experienced in a hotel though!!!

Big, tasty meals. Steak on steak sandwich was thick and cooked well; a huge serving of chips with it. Service is a little slow. There was no one manning the bar for quite awhile. Went back to our seats and waited.

Stayed here a couple of times - close to the Riverside Theatre where we were attending a Show just a short walk away. Close to many dining venues - especially worth a visit to the Desert Bar on the way home

I must mention that before my stay at ParkRoyal, I had a delightful experience at Holiday Inn Macquarie Park, where I spent two nights. The rooms and bathrooms there were spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations

The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. One small detail to note is that slippers were not provided in the room, so I had to request them from the front desk

I had a very pleasant stay at Mantra 2 Bond Street Sydney. The hotel is located in a prime spot in the heart of Sydney CBD, making it easy to walk to Circular Quay, the Opera House, and The Rocks

It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be more convenient if they were placed in the room by default. The staff were friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests

The apartment-style room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and laundry facilities — perfect for both short and long stays

Public transport is also readily accessible, which made getting around the city very convenient

The hotel service is good, the location is good, the environment is good, the only drawback is that the shower water is a bit small. There is a Chinese menu for breakfast, you can ask the waiter for it

Walking distance to Sydney Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. James who helped us with checking in and out as well as introducing the room was amazing

The semi buffet breakfast was impressive, we tried most of the small dishes and one of each from large plates. There are heaps of gluten free and or healthy options to choose from. An unforgettable stay at this place

Park Hyatt is truly at the upper end of accommodation, service delivery & food quality and presentation. Upon looking at the menu I was truly surprised at the pricing

Yes it was above the cost of upper end restaurants but their offerings were spectacular! The eye fillet was beautifully prepared, medium rare, ('without asking)

The best rooms are 112, 212, and 312. They are the most northerly rooms with no obstructions. They are the best rooms in the hotel. The lobby restaurant is on the G floor. The swimming pool is on the 4th floor

Vibe is well located in North Sydney. It is near to the Metro making moving around the city easy. The traffic in this area is moderate. Nice to walk around this area.

After a flight from London this was PERFECT! My room was quite spacious, Quiet, dark, friendly staff, convenient location, just an overall great hotel, highly recommended! It’s a shame I asked for a review after I’ve checked out or I’d have taken more pictures…

Systems seem to be down at reception, so perhaps hotel owners can invest in IT infrastructure to prevent staff filling out manual check-in registration forms

The hotel is conveniently located across the road from Victoria Cross Metro Station. Giving easy access to the metro and also the train station

Reception staff helpful when TV not working, managed to replace without changing room

Their checkin time was 3pm but I was able to check in at 1:30pm which was good

The hotel is close to the airport, with hotel shuttle bookings available during your check-in for $7 per person that covers two suitcases and a carry-on for each person

My flight was delayed by 3 hours but I had no issues checking in. I had complimentary shuttle included in my stay which I was not aware of so I had paid for it. The staff refunded the amount upon my check in

When I rang to find out which transport to use to get there from the airport (and that's never easy to figure at Syd) the person at reception gave simple accurate instructions

The staff here are extremely helpful and efficient. They noticed that we had quite a bit of luggage, so they upgraded our room to the ground floor free of charge (no elevator). The room was a nice size and very clean

The room was huge, my bed was super comfortable and I read a review saying the shower head was weak but ,. Phillipa who checked me in, was amazing. All the staff were kind and polite

So I'd definitely recommend staying here. Only downfall were the amount of children, but it was gull for cheerleader competition!!!

This is the only big hotel in the area and there are some great restaurants nearby - Carmela, Margaret, Bill’s etc. usefully close to Chemist Warehouse for essentials you’ve forgotten

On the plus side: we upgraded ourselves to a village suite and the size was spacious. Breakfast was fabulous and something to look forward to, although 7am start is a bit late for us

Family friendly hotel with friendly staff. The hotel has lots of amenities to keep you busy without leaving the building. Includes tennis court, swimming pool, gym, conference room, in-house movies.

While the rooms were nice and tidy, the price was reasonable and the location was great (close to shops) it was the customer service that was miles above anywhere else we ever stayed

During check-in and check-out the front office staff were warm, friendly and genuine

Hotel is at a good location, about 2 minutes drive to markets and restaurants. Amenities were good, it has a decent gym, pool (not warm), jacuzzi (warm) and sauna

Staff were polite, I did not quite like the fact that someone goes to your room everyday in the morning opening the room door with us inside the room to check the minibar, I have asked the reception to not let that happen but it continued

What a groovy & funky place to experience!! Wonderful & welcoming staff. The room was perfection, from the decor, to the plush king size bed, to the huge free standing bath. Check in & out was quick & easy

Only complaint is the rooms are so dimly lit it was difficult to do makeup! It would be great if the bathroom had the option of being brighter
