I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. When I booked, it was advertised that the aqua park would be open until September 5th, but it was closed from the moment we arrived. The rooms were dirty, the food was consistently cold, and the staff treated guests poorly.

I contacted Booking.com, and their representative tried to reach the hotel to discuss a partial refund and an early check-out so we could move to a different hotel, but the hotel didn’t respond to calls or emails. When I spoke to the manager, she denied receiving any emails and told us to leave if we were unhappy. I cannot recommend this hotel.

I haven't been a guest here but last night my family went for a walk on the beach and when we reached the part in front of this hotel, the place looked like a scene from a horror movie. Super dirty, trash everywhere, beach furniture scattered everywhere (some chairs were even partially inside the water), towels and flip flops just left to rot there... Absolutely horrible. You can't put the name "Royal Bay" on your hotel and let the place looking like a dump. My 6 year old daughter was disgusted and asked me why the place was so dirty.. I was wondering what to tell her..

You have the best spot on the seaside with perfect combination of mountain and sea- take care of it!!

Clean rooms, friendly staff. We were welcomed with mineral water, chocolate cake and a lot of fruits. Special thanks to Mrs. Mariana Koleva for warm welcoming. It is good to have more employees like her.

I felt really happy in Bulgaria and in this hotel.
Nice reception, tasty food, beautiful Black Sea and fantastic people. I recommend Royal Bay and I will be back there I promise !

Do not waste your money! There’s NO WiFi !!!
Coming from abroad we didn’t have a local cellphone service and we were thinking that in 21st century everywhere there is WiFi, but no, not in this hotel, only in the lobby and not enough even to check my email. Not only that there’s no WiFi, but there aren’t any phones in the room at all! There wasn’t enough towels and the ones that they gave us were covered with stains, disgusting! Terrible food, the beach is right there but you have to climb a wall of rocks. We stayed 2 nights and then moved to another hotel.

the worse hotel we been to. Poor food always same , no choice, nim gluten free and didnt get one slice of gluten free bread for 2weeks- been told that will but never did. No fresh juices for breakfast only from concentrate. No one speak English, poor communication, very dirty is well, lobby bar had only 7 alkohol choices , for the whole one week there was no coke- told us to walk 800m to second hotel to get coke!!!. Kids club its a joke!!!! Sun longers all brok and mould on them- disgusting!! Paying 2k £ I wud eccpecting a slice of gluten free and a fresh juice!- never go back there and stay away.
