Hotel Shipka Beach

Initially, our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The manager lacked negotiation skills and good manners, but eventually, he recognized that the fault lay with the hotel. Upon arrival, we encountered a receptionist who was initially quite rude, as the booking we had agreed upon was made by his now-dismissed colleague, which was not our concern. We had agreed on one price, but he asked for a different one and gave us separate beds, despite us being a family of three.

We had purchased a breakfast and dinner package, but they failed to serve dinner after the 31st, something they hadn't informed us about. Nonetheless, the manager acknowledged his mistake and offered a substantial discount. Unfortunately, the hotel's hygiene standards were subpar, and communication with the maintenance staff in English was a challenge.

The breakfast was passable for a buffet, but it could have been better, especially when the hotel was full as there was never enough for each guest. On a positive note, the staff in the F&B was amazing, with two exceptional girls who did a brilliant job.

Note: The bathrooms felt prison-like, and the fixtures were quite dated. However, the Wi-Fi was terrible, only available in the lobby.
