Garden Nevis - All Inclusive in Sunny Beach

The hotel is wonderful, I recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service and a pleasant experience. I would be happy to visit it again.

A very attractive and inviting hotel. I am a regular visitor and can openly say that it offers excellent quality of services along with a relaxing atmosphere. Entertainment is very good, the rooms are very clean and spacious, the food is a nice mixture of Bulgarian cuisine with the best of European most popular dishes. Front management is professionally tackling all guests' requests, being very responsive and polite.

I have been visiting for the fourth time now and I’ve had an absolutely wonderful stay at Garden Nevis Hotel. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect space to relax. The staff were genuinely kind, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere was elegant, and inviting. I highly recommend Garden Nevis and will definitely return on my next visit to Sunny Beach.

Good bits Rooms are bright and clean, with several mirrors and nice balcony. Pool is large and wasn't ever crowded during our stay. Animation team are enthusiastic but not too loud. Usually something going on during day but quite low key: stretching, aqua, table tennis, Jenga, darts, water polo. Also had kids mini disco, which they performed every night with or without kids. Which I thought was great of them. Same level of enthusiasm. Amazing! Snack bar has a great selection of food for eating al fresco during the day. As long as the seagulls don't steal all the hot dogs. Mattresses and pillows very comfy. Air con worked well. Good location with bus stop to Nessebar not far away and beach a few minutes walk. Always fresh salad, fruit, veg and cheese available at lunch/dinner. Selection of fresh bread including a lovely wholemeal with seeds. Lots of areas to help yourself to soft drinks and water. Staff friendly despite a bit of a language barrier. My Bulgarian is appalling. 😁 The hotel attracts a mixture of nationalities. But Some of the bed linen and towels were stained or tiny and I think it would be better if they did housekeeping on alternate days and actually change bedding and towels rather than mop the floor every day and not change the bedding for four days. Drinks occasionally ran out at dinner and food could be a bit hit and miss depending on what you picked. They kept moving the cutlery 😂 and sometimes it was wrapped in paper but I'm not sure why. Would have liked to see recycling for cups etc. but not sure how widespread this is in Bulgaria. Would have been good to see a show from the animation team (there is an outdoor stage) but quite low season so maybe it ramps up soon. Some of the alcohol seemed very weak. Probs best to stick with beer and wine.

The hotel is very funny, clean and nice, the stuff is conecting whit the touriste.Nice room, good food to the restaurant, nice people.Recomand this hotel.I stay here Easter and 1Mai, two vacances , six nights.The pool is big, pool bar, lobby bar, snakes food , good food.

I booked this hotel on a Tui package and it was really cheap so I didn't have very high expectations. The hotel completely exceeded my expectations and I was shocked at how good it was. The pool area is really big and clean, pool toilets are really clean and the room was cleaned whenever we needed it to be. We paid a bit extra for the junior suite and it was a really good sized room for 2 people. The pool bar staff were really nice, especially the woman (I'm not sure what her name is). Plenty of alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options, you just help yourself to anything non alcoholic. The food was a lot better than I thought it would be, some days there were a lot if things I would fancy and some days I didn't fancy anything, but there always something. It's also really close to plenty of restaurants and bars. I would suggest comfier balcony furniture and sunloungers but for a budget holiday they're fine.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for our 6 days holiday! The rooms are clean, very spacious and equipped with everything you need! Food and drinks are varied and so tasty. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes walk.

The staff is very helpful and kind, open to help with any request. Stefan, the bartender, deserves a special shout out - his passion and the way he interacted with us for the entire stay, each evening, really made the holiday special.

Brilliant time in Bulgaria and the hotel was amazing. Clean, modern rooms, delicious food and great entertainment. Hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach and the main strip. Staff friendly even though they couldn't speak English they were very helpful. Would return without a doubt. Be careful not to get embroiled with the amount of people who join together to complain. I know we all experience holidays differently but remember this is Bulgaria so they do speak differently the food tastes different and their mannerisms are different but the amount of fabricated stories is unreal. Found it strange that the people complaining were the first down for breakfast, the first round the pool and the first getting drinks at 10.00am. Surely if it was that bad they'd be on the beach, having days out and buying food and drink. These groups of people will only destroy a hotels reputation for their own greed as you hear them talking about claiming compensation. Yes if something terrible happened mention it but omg no hairdryer in the room....I go to Egypt and there's no hairdryer or kettle in the room but it didn't spoil my holiday! When you're on holiday enjoy and that's what we did here at this lovely clean friendly hotel with delicious food and great entertainment.
