Effect Grand Victoria Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

Great place to come to with your kids! The hotel even has double rooms apartments with 2 (!!!) bathrooms, at a really good price! The food is plenty and amazing- here you’ll feel great if u just eat bread which is soooo delicious! The pool is clean at all times. The beach is a 2min walk away. We really really loved our holiday here.

Excellent place

We spent a week in Hotel Victoria in the very end of September.
Unfortunately one of the bars and the sushi corner was closed, but the staff tried to compensate us in so many ways.
First of all, we got a side see view room insted of a park view room. The room was very clean, the bed was super comfy, and the cleaning staff made a really nice job everyday.
We had two dinner at the italian restaurant, which was absolutely amazing. In the main restaurant we were able to choose something tasty every time. They had so many different cheeses, olives, salads, grilled vegetables, always had fish, chicken and pork on the menu, we ate a lot mussels, there was beef sometimes too.
The bars work with bulgarian and international drinks, we mostly had the bulgarian stuff, but it was pretty good, we never had any headache the next day, but trust me, the bartenders made a lot of shots and cocktails every night for us.
The stuff was over the top. Everyone was super nice, could solve any problem, and was smiling from the first minute.
The guy at the reception desk was absolutely brilliant, let us check in earlier, in the minute our room was ready. Until thet we got our bracelets and we could get lunch and drinks.
The bartenders and waitresses knew how we drink our coffee and cocktails after the first day. They were amazing!
So all I can say, it was brilliant. We are planning to come back with a bigger group next year.

So, we're writing this review primarily to help people who are in our shoes and see the comments section full of mean comments and criticisms that are, in our experience, completely irrelevant. The food is plentiful, diverse, high-quality, tasty and healthy, plus from the morning from 7:30 to 9 in the evening, outside of the 5-6 pm interval, you have food everywhere you look. The drinks are quality, prepared by well-trained staff, tasty and plentiful. As for the staff, you feel as if you are welcomed into a real family, they are polite, funny, they care about you, they help you with anything even if they don't have to, they start a conversation with you, they don't expect anything in return , I could even say that they are "of the gang" in the best sense of the word. The room, we had the double room with a sea view, again, nothing to complain about. daily cleaning, towels changed daily, the fridge in the room always refilled, the view from the room is directly on the pool and the beach. Pool, that yes, although maybe if you go like us in the last weeks of the season, it can be cooler, it is cleaned daily, and anyway, a great place to enjoy a cocktail and a slice of pizza prepared by the friendliest chefs (I'm sure the chefs in the indoor kitchens are also super friendly, but I only had the pleasure of meeting the ones at the pool) They were always asking us what we were doing, if they should prepare something for us, how we feel, you simply feel at home. Also, the beach which is 6 steps (count) from the exit (guarded by nice guardian ) from the hotel, is perfectly clean, with sunbeds guarded and provided by the hotel, yes indeed, they are not the sunbeds in the first rows from see, but that way you're closer to the hotel bar food, so I say it's a good compromise, plus you don't need to watch over the sunbed, and given how close you are to the hotel, you don't need to have a lot with you at the beach. Back to the food, if you stay for more than 5 days, you can have dinner at the hotel's specialty restaurants, Asian, Italian and Teppanyaki, absolutely extremely tasty meals, well prepared, filling and in a special environment, according to the chosen theme. In addition to all this, the classic restaurant offers 3 themed dinners in the season, Turkish, sea food and Bulgarian, we only managed the latter, but all we can tell you is don't be late, you won't be disappointed. I have seen many comments that there is a lot of queuing, we had our stay in the hotel during full reservation and indeed we queued for 7 days accumulated somewhere in 2 minutes, maybe even less, so here you don't have cause for concern. The activities proposed by the entertainment team are great, they manage to get everyone moving from the funniest kids to the grumpiest adults, we really recommend you to give them time because you won't regret it. Now, I think we have answered about all the concerns we had before we left for hotel, and we will definitely be back, we are open to answer questions and help you in any way we can for a vacation at least as beautiful as ours, sunny days!

I want to come with a nice review for this hotel. We stayed at your place at the beginning of June. All the very kind staff, especially Miss Hristina, who showed professionalism and welcomed us with smiles and a wonderful presence throughout our stay! The animators Plami and her bald colleague were very nice and did their job with a lot of love. The guys at the bar were very good and the lady and gentleman at the outside bar made or exceptional pizza. Very good food, I especially appreciated the fact that the jars for babies (we have a 1-year-old baby). We felt fantastic at your hotel and in September we are coming here again. I could make a small parenthesis regarding the boys from the parking lot. Although there was a newly vacated parking space, they didn't want to let us park. 😔 After I talked to the reception, everything was ok in the end and I parked.👍 We stayed for 10 nights and had 2 Italian meals at the hotel restaurant. Exceptional food and service, congratulations One of the evenings I had the pleasure of attending a show with Michael Jackson. Many thanks, it was a pleasant experience considering that I am a Michael fan and I have not had the opportunity to attend such a show until now. Everything was perfect, from the recepsion, to staff of bar, very kindly, everyone is smiling, very helpful, Clean, close to the center, rooms are so cozy, it worth it. Sure we will back again, and i highly recommendit this place. 10/10 everthing

Everything was perfect. The food and the service are amazing. The room was clean, the beach is super close to the hotel and is perfect for people with small kids. The pool is clean and the water is perfect temperature. There are a lot of bars and you can grab whatever you want!

A very good hotel, good food and really top service. The staff there are also very sweet and helpful. I recommend everyone to eat at the Italian, because it is super tasty there. There is also a lady who works in the restaurant (Stella) who is super sweet and will help you with any question you want to ask. Stella, thank you for the top service!
