Very nice reception workers. Rooms are very good. Room service was fine but they didn't clean our room for 4 days.

Food quality was poor, over-seasoned, schnitzel is minced meat and some foods had very little taste. Small food variety, big salad variety. Very good waiter service but they sometimes take your glass full of drink or your plate full of food. Some drinks at bar were very sugary.
Very good pools, water was a little too cold, senseless pool and park rules. It was forbidden to jump into pool if you are alone??? And also no ball games on grass??? Also pools close at 6pm. Very soon.

Very nice place, clean. Good staff, friendly. The food is also good, large variety every day. The beach is very close, so the location is pretty comfortable. Totally recommend, it is worth the money.

Very nice workers, very good food,cocktails etc, the room was always clean, the only minus is that we had to walk Like 10 mins to get to the beach, will definetly come back

The food is good and not simple. Only disadvantage is that white wine don't have 2 days. The rooms are clean and staff is fine.

Everything was wonderful. The only downsides: the shower was combined with the toilet, so you washed right above the toilet, and the food was very tasty but not very varied. If I were to give a rating from 1 to 10, it would be 9. Superb hotel, clean, friendly staff, tasty food, and a great location. Bravo!!

The hotel is amazing!
Food is awesome, even though not very diverse it was delicious.
The bar was always stocked and nothing was missing.
The pools are clean but they close at 6 pm or at least thats what the 16 year old lifeguard said :)))) (pools are not deep at all)

Great family hotel. We spent a great time. Reception lady was very helpful. Will visit again....great food and drinks....great value for the money...strongly recommend.

Good service, good food. Just very good hotel near the beach. People that work there are good aswell. For example Petar on reception was very good. Always smiling and giving us good tips for clubs and pubs. Junior the lifeguard was good aswell becouse he was always aware of us drowning. Azukita program every day was very good and always very funny. Water polo was extremely fun. Mehmed the barman is legend and his drinks were best! Very appreciate this service and hope to see you again.

Great staff, and I can't point that too much (except for the bald security guard-he's a bit too agressive). Everybody else strong 10/10.

It's a two minute walk from the public beach.
Only, and I mean OOOONLY downside, and something management has to resolve ASAP, is parking. They have too much stay capacity with too little parking space. There is an option to park on the street with same price as in hotel (no free parking even for all inclusive guests), but most likely you have to ask reception in the morning (after the check out) if some of the guests left and if any of the parking spaces are free then.
