Lovely hotel situated amidst unspoilt nature in the town of Kavarna and consists of two buildings, one of which is surrounded by a Park, and the second built on the beach. It features two large outdoor pools, a restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, several bars and a fitness center. We had a pleasant holiday at White Lagoon and especially appreciated the excellent location, directly on the beach with easy access to the sea.
The hotel complex offers a variety of facilities, from swimming pools and bars to sports fields and entertainment programs. The food was generally tasty with a varied buffet
The staff was kind and prompt in dealing with requests, and the cleanliness of the rooms was satisfactory. In conclusion, White Lagoon is a good option for those who want a relaxing beach holiday with all the necessary facilities. The accommodation was beyond expectations, the room was spacious and modern. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The general atmosphere was one of a true holiday, away from everyday worries. I highly recommend White Lagoon to anyone who wants an unforgettable experience!

During our stay we loved hearing the sea waves before sleep and waking up to it. So locating is great. Great for families as there’s many children. Loved all the kids activities minus the ones that were paid and wouldn’t mention it until you got to it and felt obligated to pay because your kid really wanted to participate, but, no biggie.
Here’s why I will never be back:
Housekeeper (even tho I left tip daily), picked up the dirty towels from the floor and put them on the shower for me to use. I was mind blown. They were clearly stained and dirty.
Another thing that shocked me was that the cleaning person in the restaurant swiped the the baby chairs after my kids ate, with the broom after she used it on the floor.
Beach restaurant: my 2 year old dropped her fries in the sand as she was eating and was very sad. They close at 5. I ran and got there 5:01. Clearly had a tray full of fries they made for themselves and was refused a few fries because they finish the program at 5, even tho I explained they were not for me. So sad..
Kids juices/ cocktails. Holy crap. Those are not drinks,those are syrups that you are supposed to mix with water, except they serve it like that. So careful there, make sure you mix a quarter cup of that syrup with water.

Restaurant is not so good. Northern black seeside restaurants are well known for their fish soup. Unfortunately not this one. It was recommended by a local person but...if you wish to eat good fish soup do not go there. There are plenty of pizzas, salads and other "traditional" stuff. Enojy!

Wonderful place. They renovated this year. It’s now 5+. Review by Svetlana Mamula - where did you take this photo? Just not in the White Lagoon. We’ve been vacationing here for 4 years - there are no such tasteless rooms in 4 and 5 - everything is white there

Nice location, quite and peaceful, good for families with children, it’s a resort with private access and beautiful view.
Maybe we had the bad luck… who knows. We can come for the future but hopefully will be a better room. 😊

Great hotel nice pools and activities for children.
Very nice reception staff.
Hotel its self is fantastic with children.
Unfortunately no choice for food. If you decide not to go all inclusive.

Between August 10-15 2023 I stay in room 2418. On the 11th I complained that the balcony door cannot be locked and anyone from the outside can open it. I asked to be called before someone came to fix it. No one called me even though they had my phone number. I noticed that someone tried to fix the door but it still cannot be locked.
In August 13, my shower head was replaced. Before there was a big square one and today I found a small classic pear. Why is this being done by sneaking? Has anyone paid a tip to have change it in their room? If it was like that from the beginning, it wouldn't have bothered me. In her haste for changing the shower head, the housekeeper also left less with one towel than I had left dirty.
This was the second year that I came there, but I don't think there will be any future vacations here.

We had a great time spent there 2 summers in a row, the beach is near the hotel, the food is excelent and you have a lot of dishes to chose from, there are tematic dinners in some evenings with specific foods,like Italian, American, etc.
Also the Entertainment company hired for day by day activities was really joyful and entertained us a lot( zumba, darts, beach parties, children parties, dancing, etc).
We plan also for 2024 to spend our vacation here!

-Spacious and clean rooms (except for a kitchen bug incident, but let's overlook that)
-Diverse pools and water slide area
-Good food
-Friendly and helpful staff
Negative:
-The beach is dreadful, filled with algae and stones. It wasn't cleaned once during our 5-day stay.
-The water is dirty and full of stones.
-The breakwater area is undeveloped.
-The entertainment program is quite weak, especially considering the limited activities available in the area.

Single father family vacation with 3 & 5 year old on Ving charter tour. Kids had a great time in the kids pools, took all 8 slides (with me), and made the best out of this quality time together. The playground, kids food buffet, and kids activity center with organized activities really made the time pass. The 5 year old was engaged in a treasure hunt, did paintings and drawings (at small cost) with activity center employees, which gave me 30 mins of chill out. All the facilities were great, clean, and there was plenty of space around the entire ground to never really feel crowded despite being probably fully booked. The only, only downside, is the noise level at the restaraunt. My kids found it difficult to focus and eat properly, both at breakfast/lunch/dinner, but at day 3 we discovered the pizza buffet on the beach which was far more relaxed so that became their new dinner spot. All in all I would highly recommend spending a week with your family at White Lagoon. Very safe, great food, friendly staff and good service (think bad reviews are not reflective of current service levels), room was cleaned daily, AC workded well, TV connected to my phone, (good Wifi all over) and well kept facilities
