Very nice hotel, very nice staff always ready to help and solve any problems.
Theme nights were very well run, interesting performances.
We came across a very beautifully singing artist who played at the hotel, as he himself calls himself "Spotify premium"
The cleaning service does their job very well, cleans thoroughly, it's nice to come back after a whole day at the beach to a clean, fragrant room.

There's no point on highlighting everyone already said regarding the food and rooms. All good.
But:
- inside the apartments, the main room cannot be locked. If you have kids and looking for some privacy is kind of difficult to find it.
- the beach sunbeds are insufficient. Although the hotel's policy is "no reservation for sunbeds", if you want one, you must wake up early in the morning and put your towels on. At 8am all of them are taken.
- same issue for the pool sunbeds, it is impossible to find one after 8am.
- so i couldn't rest properly because each morning I had to get up early in order to "reserve" sunbeds for the entire family. I wouldn't mind staying anywhere as long as it would be enough sunbeds for everybody.
- there are not enough tables and chairs to sit and have a drink after dinner.
- There are lines everywhere: line at the main restaurant, line at the beach bar, line at the elevator, line at the reception... You have to be very patient.
- as a personal matter, i would rather have the parking included in the reservation ticket cost than find out at the hotel that i must pay more than 10 euro / day
- my kids considered the mini club a joke. It's a small area, nothing much to do.
- towel service only 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the afternoon. Some days, in the afternoon, 30 minutes after opening you couldn't find any available towels.
- for the a la carte restaurants, the Italian was top. I suggest you skip the Bulgarian...

This hotel is pretty great. The only odd thing about it is that its split by a long hallway, so you can get booked on either side and have to orientate yourself to reach various restaurants and locations.
The food is diverse, the room is very nice. The staff always replaces the towels im the room even if you don't want it replaced.
I would like more visible indicators in hallways about where what is. Only 4 days in, the room service told me i can take the stairs to the restaurant instead of taking the elevator twice.
But the bigger problem is with the pool/beach sunbed "reservations".
At 8 AM the beach is 40% "occupied" by people who leave the towels on the sunbeds. At 9 AM its impossible to find a spot at the outside pool.
Staff either shrug or evict a spot only if you complain.
I saw people come to their sunbeds after 4 hours. I've seen panicked people about their abandoned towel when the staff moved the sunbeds because they couldn't get the card.
It enforces the same toxic behavior . If someone would collect everything at 8AM people would have a chance at a spot after breakfast.

The rooms were pretty nice. Mattress was pretty soft. Multiple different pillows were stored in the closet. The rooms have ac which sadly turns of when you open the balcony door. sadly you could only connect an HDMI cable on one of the TVs. The rooms are pretty dark except for the one right next to the window.
Service was pretty good for the most part. My two absolute favourites were Kami and Mikhail exceptional service and very motivated servers. The booked dinners were pretty good.
Some servers were visibly bored.
The location was pretty good right next to the beach. Though even if you go right after breakfast there's already towels everywhere to claim the sunbeds which even tho the hotel says they remove them they don't. They're more concerned with one room 2 sunbeds 1 umbrella but only in the morning.
Though i must mention the hotel has a very weird concept. Which nobody really understands what their concept is.
Overall i think i wouldn't stay here again as there's many hotels here and it was nothing overwhelmingly good.

Over all the experience was a 4.5 out of 5, staff mostly friendly and helpful. The all inclusive package is a good value but you should watch for extras such as wine at some of the restaurants that are not included. All of the spa facilities are paid extras,
Food options are plenty with a main buffet that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Several book in advance restaurants, with some included from the chains other hotels. Make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.
We recommend the concept rooms so that you gain access to the sky bar and adults only area with a stunning infinity pool on the roof of the hotel.
The only let downs were as follows, the bed was rock hard on arrival and we had to ask for a mattress topper to be added, also the pillows are not amazing so be ready to ask for a wide selection.
The mini bar in the concept room was not filled every day and we had to ask on more than one occasion.
Overall a nice hotel, as it's a family hotel you will have loud children and sometimes even louder parents.
Food options are plenty with a main buffet that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.

4 stars for a 4 star hotel.
They should really make it a 5 star.
Everything was great, the only thing that was and is horrible and must be changed is the parking service.
You pay 20 BGN per day for parking.
When you arrive, you wait for one of the workers to bring a car, and then you drive after him (following) until you get to the parking lot of all of Grifid Hotels, there you park it, and go back to the hotel in the car you followed. This whole thing takes like 10-15 min.
If I pay for parking as a guest, you should have a Valet service, and drive the car to the parking lot on your own!
Definitely should be done better.

Exellent service, exellent food. Love the ala carte and good range of different foods. This has been the best all inclusive experiance I have ever had and i recommend this hotell. 2 pools, own beach, bit strong drinks, but just order with less alcohol and its all good :) Location is perfect and the hotell is really nice :)

Verry tasty food, nice music and friendly atmosphere. Verry close to the beach. The sky bar have a wonderful view. Room was nice and clean. Proffessional and kind staff. I highly recommend.

in the current situation, a la carte meal services and the required masks are the reason for the 4 stars. without this care for customers health is a solid 3 star review with decent services. The english in bulgaria is not very common or my accent is terrible becuase very often instead of martine I’ve received local beverage and the cheese omlet was returned twice because was containing ham.
