lower your expectations of this hotel before you get there. There are many appearances that the hotel conveys through pictures and descriptions. Most of the facilities are with payment including parking, spa, most of the bars, etc. I felt disrespected and fooled during my stay at this hotel.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, I had to wait over 60 minutes only to be informed that my room was not ready. To make matters worse, my friend was assigned a room that was already occupied by other guests. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of organization and attention to detail.

We paid for an all-inclusive package, which included food and drinks. However, when we were at the pool, we were told that we had to go to the balcony to get the included drinks. This meant that every time we wanted a drink, we had to walk up a staircase, which was very inconvenient.

To top it all off, when we were departing from the hotel, we found that one of our cars was blocked in by another guest. Despite having taken an additional payment for parking, the hotel staff failed to assist us in resolving this issue.

Additionally, when we tried to address all these issues with the manager, they were uncooperative and did not want to engage with us to resolve the situation. Overall, this experience was frustrating and far below our expectations.
