giving it one star as every day i have spent in there i wished i had stayed home.
- outdoor karaoke night after 23:00 on full volume to disturbe all hotel guests, are you serious?!
- beach bar "pcbeach" which BLASTS music (mostly manele) all night long even though they have zero clients!
- the hotel has extremly poor noise isolation on the outdoor windows and doors (even malfunctions), don't expect to have any kind of decent sleep with a constant 50 decibel noise level indoor.

The hotel is wonderful for families with children. The service is good. The food is varied and very tasty. It has its own water park.

I really liked the hotel. If you want to relax and be with your family, then this hotel is what you need! Excellent cuisine, clean rooms, clean pools, friendly staff.... I would really like to note the excellent service in the a la carte restaurants and in particular, Dimitri, Georgi and Masha are professionals in their field, thanks to whom our vacation became even better! Very tasty cuisine. I don’t like Asian cuisine, but the chef of this hotel convinced me of that. The salmon was great and melted in your mouth. Anastasia, who greeted us every day in the main restaurant, was a smart girl!!! Every day with a smile and that’s how our day began. Mimi, who had golden hands, cleaned our room every day, delighting and surprising our children. Thank you very much! If they tell me that Bulgaria is not the right holiday, then I will argue!!! You just need to choose a good hotel such as Grifid Arabella. We will definitely return to this country, where it is very warm and cozy, and we will definitely return to this hotel.

We have a family vacation, on a budget, good, clean, fun! There are three slides for adults, quite normal for a hotel! For children, children's water area, playground, mini disco. The food is delicious. No one will remain hungry! They constantly offer something. Sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach. In general, a decent, budget holiday! I really liked the staff, friendly, smiling, always ready to help! Animations at the pool, evening programs! In the era of coronavirus, I will say that Well done for opening!!!!!

The hotel is big and outdated, the swimming pool is big and nice but we didn’t use it as it was still cold. The indoor pool was nice and clean. Our room seemed to have been renovated, but our floor’s surface was bumpy and was uncomfortable to walk barefoot, there was a carpet but I suppose that with the bumps can’t be properly cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean, the cleaner did a good job and the view from the room was great as we were at the top floor. The minibar had 2 beers, 1 fanta, 1 pepsi and 1 bottle of water.
Check in was fast and easy but we were not informed about the service and what was included in the “ultra all inclusive “.
The food was quite ok, specially the crepes that they had just the first mornings of our stay, the salad variety was big, the meat a little overcooked, but we always found an option.
When we realised that they had some specialty restaurants we went in to one as it was empty but the lady at the reception said thawed had to book and that the service is from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, next day we left early so the 3. we waited until 10:00 before leaving for out tour. They asked us to wait until 10:30, we said that we couldn’t wait longer as we have been waiting already. The front desk lady said all the restaurants are fully booked, and we asked her how can that be that we got no information at check in about it… and then she said, ok, I can offer the Bulgarian restaurant, we are not big fans so we said no thanks, we want to reserve the Italian and the Asian restaurant. She said that it wasn’t possible… after telling her that they should give every guest the information and chance, she suddenly found space in both restaurants…… we don’t understand why do they do that? The restaurants were not full at all!!!!. The Italian’s restaurant staff were very kind and the food was not top but it was nice and a very welcomed change to the buffet. The Asian restaurant was the same the fried ice cream, the miso soup and the duck were very good, and again there were plenty of available spaces. (Do not forget to tip)

Definetly not a 4 star hotel! Not very clean (for example the plates were not well cleaned), the staff was not friendly unless you were french. I would say the staff is unpolite. The hotel beach is dirty.

We booked 6 nights in Grifid Arabella hotel beginningof August 2023. This was our first stay and we were very pleased and happy from our vacation. The hotel is very clean and well maitained. We had a sea side room with great view to the beach and see. It was pleasure to drink afternoon cocktail on the balcony. The staff is friendly and helpfull all the time. Although it was a peak season and the hotel was very busy the restaurand and snack bar were not crowded. The see area dedicated to hotel is with shallow water first 10-15 meters, and you cal leave your kid to play with no worries (but always keep an eye when your kid is in the water). Ultra all inclusive concept offered by the hotel is not the top, but you can get more decent alcohol drinks as a plus. There is nothing special in the food, but you will not be hungry :) If you book more than 6 nights, you get unlimited access to the a la cart restaurants - we try italian and asian (italian was better). There is also Bulgarian restaurant, but as we are from Bulgaria, we didn't try it - i guess foreign guests will like it.
Hotel is in the center of Golden Sands. All activities were nearby.
To access the beach you have to go throughout stairs and then cross the road. It is a two minute walk.
As a downside i can add limited sunbeds by the pool and the small beach area. If you sleep late you will not get a spot (especially on the beach). Another uncomfortable thing is that there is no bar/restaurant on the beach and if you want to get some drinks/snacks, you have to go back to the hotel (if you are not too lazy you can make 2 min walk to the hotel).
Another issue in the whole Golden sands complex is the garbage all around - in the streets, green areas and the beach.
Overall we had a great experience in hotel Arabella. It is a great place for family vacation.

It is a nice place, the staff is great, but I rated 3* because you can feel the management's cut down of costs strategy in the services provided. The food and beverages were cheap, not so great, so even if our stay was all inclusive, we had to go out for drinks. On the beach you don't get any free drinks and the hotel bar closes at 11 PM. There is a bar somewhere in the basement that is open until later, but it is a horrible unfriendly place... Anyway, thanks to the efforts of a wonderful staff, we had a good time here.
