Nice place for sport activities. Plenty of rooms, 2x 50m swimming pools, holes and outdoor fields for all sports.

The hotel is very cozy, calm location. The hotel area is beautifully decorated with various exotic plants and flowers. The owner of the hotel and her assistant are very friendly and welcoming. Delicious breakfasts. The sea was warm and clean, I was happy with my vacation.

Family Hotel Pancho is not just an ordinary hotel, it brings with it its unique spirit and beauty. We've been there a few times before, so I kind of knew what to expect. Business is owed by a family that strives for the best, friendly, helpful, and willing to accommodate everyone needs. Is probably one of the cheapest hotels in the sunny Golden Sands resort. It's the best you can get for this money. The food is probably better than many restaurants. I will probably use them again in the future

Good accommodation for the price. Could use some more improvement. Daily room cleaning, beach few steps away from the hotel. Quite hard to find the place if you are looking for it on Google maps or Waze. They could also use a bigger sign at the entrance. You have to walk like 2km to the resort center. Overall, worth staying few days.

Expensive for what it is. Bathroom needs renovation. AC is extreamly noisy from other rooms. They close the parking entrance at 22h and leave, so we had to park our motorcycle on the street. And we booked specifficaly because it had closed parking. Can't pay wit a card too.

Nice and clean! Bus number 409 takes you directly from the airport to 2 km far from the hotel, but walking to the hotel is direct and easy.

Good value for the low money spent. Quiet little hotel, not much of a view, comfortable beds and pilloes. Bathrooms really need shower curtains. Nice and cleqn little pool. South of Golden Sands it's a place with narrow and bad looking streets and Golden Sands resort has a shore with aleways high ways and deep waters. Better to go to Albena for beach and sea.

It's such a mellow and zen place to stay! The rooms are so nice and there's terraces for almost every room, not to forgot they serve breakfast every morning (homemade!! Even for vegans like me 😊). The location is nice, you can see the beach from your balcony and the stars at night. To finish it off, there's even a bar and a good place for kids to run around.

Nice cheap hotel, kinda great view, quite far from Balcic, half way to Albena, close to the Gardens; what is not good at all are the bathrooms; all rooms have only 2 beds and the view from the balcony rarely reachs the sea; restaurant stake house nearby and also a supermarket; get the homemade breakfast, it's great!

Rooms not so clean. Our fridge was full of mold and the cleaning lady came and clened with with a basic cloth (did not look clean at the end), smelled sooo bad. Also, we saw a bug in the room. Noisy and without any isolation. The WC door and the balcony doors cannot be even closed. No elevator. In addition, the channel in the bathroom smells. There is no warm water in the morning. However, there are books available for reading and a hairdryer on request.

We did not stay at the hotel, but we had some fabulous dinners at the restaurant. We wondered in accidentaly and we did not go anywhere else for the rest of our holiday in Balchik. Sparkly clean, big room, extremly nice and helpfull hosts. They smile a lot. In the bathroom there is no shower cabin or a curtain, you wash directly on the floor of the bath, but it'll do. During the high season, might be noise from the street as the hotel in very central. 3 min walk from restaurants and shopping area.
