4 star hotels in Kranevo

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

I was so surprised about the service level in this hotel - probably one of the best experiences I ever had with hotels. A lot of attention to details and staff is super nice. You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options. The hotel is excellent, the view is right to the beach, and you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning. Food is also excellent, I liked all I eaten, there is a place for kids to play, and also the pool has a little area for kids. For sure I will come here in the future.

For families with one or more kids, it's a great place to relax. The area itself is wonderful because, besides the great beach, there are plenty of shady spots with big trees. For the money we paid, the hotel was much better than we expected, the food was great, not very diverse but tasteful, the drinks were not the best, but for the price of the hotel you'd expect that. Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold . Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser). Overall is just a normal location with average food and drinks. Ratings for this hotel are overated.

We are a family with young kids. The hotel location is perfect, next to the beach. And the room is new and clean. Staff are very friendly. Huge variety for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

I stayed at the villa, bad choice. They need hard cleaning and remodeling. But everything else was amazing. The food is great, the beach is great, the Aquapark is amazing for children especially. Even though it was very quiet all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were well looked after,been 4 times before & the only 'complaint' was no bacon at breakfast & the food not quite up to previous years but overall very good.

Perfect location, close to the large sandy beach. Good food, the drinks are local - included to all inclusive programm. The import ones are paid. The waiters was russian speaking, but they understood english or bulgarian as well. The only problem in whole Albena compex is the car parking. I had absolutely no issues during my 5 days stay and will definitely come back in the future! I found the bed exceptionally comfortable, similar to Marriot’s beds. Overall a very good experience!

Just arrived from Bulgaria. Vacationing in Edelwise. The only negative is a difficult climb, but it has its advantages. Good workout. Otherwise, everything is arranged. We are not spoiled delights, so arranged kitchen, hungry was not. The room was clean, the staff is friendly. The language barrier was not. If going to Bulgaria, choose this hotel.

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

"ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. "THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

Everything was pretty much okay. Food is alright, it could vary a bit, but in overall kitchen staff does excellent work. Rooms are clean, we also had amazing sea view. But after all I was disappointed by reception staff, there are not even trying to help. Friendly and helpful staff, tasty food with a lot of variety, nice pools, cozy room with comfortable bed mattress. Nice view too! One recommendation: all rooms should have shower and not bath. Thank you for the accomodation!

Clean and modern rooms, we had a see view and a big balcony from which you could enjoy the view. Nice hotel staff and very delicious food. Really enjoyed the stay.

It has been OK. The rooms are pretty old and there are tv cables that are not secured. The food is fresh and you have plenty to choose from. Overall, it's a good alternative for the price range, but don't expect something wow.

The hotel is 20 years old, renovated 7 years ago. Walls from room it looks like they're old, but VERY CEALN, beds, toilets everything. Personal and the food are amazing, shows with dancing and singing every evening. We like very much so everyone can join here to Palm beach Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😀 😎 😊

We had a wonderful experience, the beach is really close, there are a lot of shops and markets nearby, the food was amazing, a good variety that was updated each day, the room was clean, comfy, with a great view to the sea, the staff was really friendly and professional. We are very pleased!

I find this hotel very nice. It's remarcable that the rooms are tidy and clean. The location is near the beach. I'd like to mention Inessa, Jivka and Angel for their hospitality and receptivity. We arrived early in the morning and they helped us to check in as soon as it was possible. I recommend this hotel for it's friendly personal, tidiness and a beautiful view to the see.

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, right next on the beautiful beach with own sunbeds, tennis court, bowling and good restaurant. Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool. The rooms are big, they clean it everyday. Great view of the sea. Ghendo from the bar is the best. Some part of the staff from the restaurant aren't so polite, food is almost everyday the same and from the hotel to the beach you have around 120 steps.

The hotel rooms are pretty big and clean. They clean the room every day and change the towels.Food is delicious and variety. They have animation for the kids and the animation girls are very funny and full of energy. The animation staff also organized volleyball matches between tourist and that was perfect.
