My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

Great hotel, very clean and well organised. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We are very impressed by their hospitality. We went for a weekend and we will definitely come back. The breakfast was delicious and it was served on the terrace.

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold . Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser). Overall is just a normal location with average food and drinks. Ratings for this hotel are overated.

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Warm sand, bright sun and a sea with doesn't come anywhere close to the bitter cold of the the North sea - what's not to love? I know it's a resort and perhaps not a proper representation of the rest of Bulgaria, but if the country is half, nay a quarter, as nice then Bulgaria rocks!

Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach. Negative: one super rude bartender simply being annoyed only by the fact someone wants something, don' t you even dare to ask milk for your coffee... Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. There is ok for 5 days holiday, the rooms are big and nice, clean, beach is right in front. It has a big pool and a small one for kids with 3 waterslides. There is a minus becouse u don't have a playroom inside for kids with toys and playstations.(kind can't stay all day long in burning sun). And u must have activities not only for german persons(books/games). Another minus is the parking lot which...

First of all the services we're very good but there are some minor flaws,the food was very delicious and the chef's great and friendly. The room's are clean but they don't ave an iron. The location is the best of them all,very close from the beach.

It was such a nice experience. And the most important part that made this a good experience for us were the people working there. It’s like they somehow brought together all the nice people from Bulgaria to work there. Mr Traian in the concierge, Ms Katya for public relations, the manager from the restaurant… and really everyone working there. So helpful and they created a lovely experience for us...

Surely one of the best hotel you can find while on vacation in Bulgaria. Everything was perfect, from personnel to the food/drinks and the sea/beach. Maybe there are very very few people that are complaining but that’s just cap. 100% recommend it.

I stayed 5nights with my kids( 4months and 5years) and I was very happy for my choice. The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans. The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children...

Excellent location. Varied and always fresh food. Airy rooms. Exemplary cleanliness. Wife went to Yoga classes daily with Jasveer, a very kind and well trained guy. I hope next year when we come back to find him again. I recommend the hotels of the Grifid chain

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes. We booked half board and granted there was plenty of food to eat, but the same fare was offered each day. The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks....

Had a great rest! The location is good, the beach is nearby! The price-quality ratio was pleasing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful rest on the seashore!

Such a great location, good food, great service. But maybe the worst rooms I've ever seen. Old, decrepit, with spider webs, cracks, ants... The photos you see on websites and booking are of the best rooms, but out of 5 rooms that my group had, all of them had either these issues, or bad sewer smell. Hotel located in perfect point of Golden Sands - near the beach, far from most crowded and noisy part of promenade but still offering many shops and other attractions. "ANIMATION TEAM" these people are just bestial, friendlier and funnier people you only see in movies. What they do for the hotel is amazing, I learned their dance in just 2 days, they do their job well and due to the argument given above I think they deserve 5 stars. "THE BARMANS" are also very good people and very friendly and they also deserve 5 stare

Ivo the animator was an amazing entertaining Guy for his age. I m glad that i've met him. He's doing a great job here. Although the hotel was pretty nice. It was close to the beach and I liked that alot. Presi the animator was the whole heart of the eveniments and them needs a rise.

It has been OK. The rooms are pretty old and there are tv cables that are not secured. The food is fresh and you have plenty to choose from. Overall, it's a good alternative for the price range, but don't expect something wow.

The hotel is 20 years old, renovated 7 years ago. Walls from room it looks like they're old, but VERY CEALN, beds, toilets everything. Personal and the food are amazing, shows with dancing and singing every evening. We like very much so everyone can join here to Palm beach Bulgaria 🇧🇬 😀 😎 😊

We had a wonderful experience, the beach is really close, there are a lot of shops and markets nearby, the food was amazing, a good variety that was updated each day, the room was clean, comfy, with a great view to the sea, the staff was really friendly and professional. We are very pleased!

I find this hotel very nice. It's remarcable that the rooms are tidy and clean. The location is near the beach. I'd like to mention Inessa, Jivka and Angel for their hospitality and receptivity. We arrived early in the morning and they helped us to check in as soon as it was possible. I recommend this hotel for it's friendly personal, tidiness and a beautiful view to the see.

The hotel is pretty nice, very clean, right next on the beautiful beach with own sunbeds, tennis court, bowling and good restaurant. Staff both at reception, bar and restaurant are very helpful and rooms are big, with smart tvs, great sea view and good size pool. I wasn’t expecting such a good hotel. Not only the personally was polite, the rooms were clean and the food was good, but very responsible. The lifeguards cept the pool clean and the one with the tattoo’s help me and my daughter who got dizzy.

Surprisingly good hotel! The kitchen delivers good food, the entertainment is very entertaining and the rooms are clean. The Team/Staff is a young and full of energy. The beach is close and there are a lot of Clubs as well. Every Kind of music is played here. Recommended!
