Hotels with pool in Kranevo

My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

All in all, we felt good, but I think there is a great potential there that is not exploited. Cleaning and some urgent repairs would improve this. And, answering emails would also improve the relationship with the client

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves

The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar

The food is okish, but certainly not 5 stars, not even by Bulgarian standards. The parking lot is a fenced vacant lot

Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach

I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities

Some 4 or 5 doubles on the first floor have very long terraces (on top of the inner pools), but they will be in the shade in the afternoon

Very nice hotel situated in a very good location. Food is very good, so is the beautiful garden, pool and spa areas and the beach. Now, the bad part: service is very, very, very bad

The downsides were full plates of food being cleared away when we had quickly popped back to the buffet and before we had even started to eat! What a waste! This happened twice

The bathroom is very spacious but with limited options for hanging towels. For four people we had a number of towels which we used, including bath robes and had to leave them on the chair or on the bed

This is a very good hotel offering you comfortable rooms, variety of food, perfect service, different pools with mineral water, spa, nice garden, beach, activities for kids, bars, etc

This might sound like the most random review, but this hotel smells amazing! The garden has a lavender alley which has a spectacular aroma drifting around the pool areas

4 star hotel in Albena, very kind personnel, very well administration. Good food and grill in restaurant, but very hot, AC never working. Small pool, but the sea is 30m distance. I recommend for families.

I stayed in this hotel June 2024. The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around. Food a bit boring,not big choice. The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too

Free sunbeds and shade in the green rows. Apartment with large 1+1 terraces. Large safe, but not sure if working. Rooms and bathrooms could use a little bit of detailing is cleanliness

The cleanliness in the rooms was good, towels changed on time. The food in the restaurant was tasty but about 80% always the same

Food choices were poor, but it's September, and the holiday season is ending. One middle-aged lady at the pool bar was rude and miserable every time we asked her a question

We had the best experience with my wife and two kids! Amazing staff, clean room, great food and the beach was literally under our room terrace! We are coming back here for sure!!! Thank you all for the great time!

5-year-old son stayed healthy, so it's safe for babies too. There were some annoying details, but with some care and skill, they can be easily fixed by the management. However, this might take some time

Very clear water, somehow clean sand(the best one that I've seen so far). Hotel is literally on the beach. Very modern rooms with centralized AC system where you can set the temperature easy, anti mosquito curtain

For families with one or more kids, it's a great place to relax. The area itself is wonderful because, besides the great beach, there are plenty of shady spots with big trees

The room was cozy, clean, with air conditioning, towels were changed daily, beach towels are free, more than enough parking with security, elevators in the buildings, the sea was clean, the pool was clean, nice animation team, with great programs during the day and evening, a nice small amphitheatre where they had shows on some evenings

The environment is super cool, but there are some issues with the facilities. We purchased the Royal package, but the room was missing some of the "extras. " The food is delicious and varied

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold. Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser)

Fantastic location, literally on the beach. The swimming pool is also very useful. You'll get some sunbeds included in the room price and that's great. The food is nice if not slightly repetitive

You have to reserve sunbeds at both - at the pool & at the beach. The beach is dirty - they need to clean it definitely. Electricity power was off several times during our stay

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest

The hotel seems to be really a new one. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. They changed the towels each day. The rooms are well furnished, but too small. The bed sheets weren't not changed within our 5-day stay

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis

Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge. It was a relaxing few hours and enjoyable

Great place with warm staff and amazing food. Michaela at the restaurant and Irina by the reception were always helpfull and smiling. Great rooms and style. Calm and beautifull garden. Great Spa and calm atmosphere.

Great service! One of the friendliest hotel staffs in BG- from reception to dining staff (am and pm shifts), to chefs, waiters at the therma bar and housekeeping! Good amount of options for food for breakfast, lunch and dinner

I made a reservation for this hotel for 2 nights when it first got open. It still is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. We will be back sometime this year, and see if they kept their high standards.

Very nice hotel! Very delicious food with many different dishes! Friendly and nice staff! Absolutely clean rooms and restaurants! Near to the beach with sunbeds and sun lounges free of charge! We will be back for sure!

Food is also excellent, I liked all I eaten, there is a place for kids to play, and also the pool has a little area for kids. For sure I will come here in the future

A very nice hotel, very close to the beach (I don't think it's 50 meters to the beach) with very friendly and smiling staff! Very clean rooms and varied food! Spa area (sauna, jacuzzi, massage) I will definitely recommend your services!

Parking ok - even if it's full, personal will help you with that. Pools are fine (one for adults and one for kids) - big enough and clean

Breakfast buffet plus local production of alcohol. The food is very high quality. Although a scored cans and cereals. Choice for any stomach and mood. Always fruit , watermelon, local yogurt

At the reception for free take the umbrella and go enjoy the Bulgarian a gentle sun. They are being watched and cared for. The water is clear , no smell of bleach. Sun beds and umbrellas free of charge

Small but clean and interesting tourist town. Lots of stalls, restaurants and shops for every taste. Never had to practice English, for example. The perfect combination of price and quality plus a lot of nice bonuses

They do really great stuff with the children- water volleyball in their own pool, dancing, films on enormous screen with great sound...

Nice place for sport activities. Plenty of rooms, 2x 50m swimming pools, holes and outdoor fields for all sports.

The pools and the sport halls are really good but the rooms(bed sheets, bathroom in particular), the kitchen/restaurant are dirty and badly kept

Good oportunities to do different trainings. BUT-service is really bad, food is not good! Its like they dont want people in here or not to earn money. I like the spot but worker and managers should be changed!

The pool is a pleasant place to cool off when the temperatures on the beach become insufferable,but only when you are lucky enough not to encounter the children which have a little to more support from parents and personel to jump and shout exactly during the afternoon resting hours

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Very spatious and comfy. Underground parking so your car is safe and far from heat. Restaurant food not so great but friendly stuff! Only problem may occur with the noise due to thin walls

We are coming back every year at Hotel Belle View and we are always having a great time. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are spacious and there are homemade sweets at breakfast

It is 10 minutes away from beach and 5 minutes away from the restaurant area

It's a clean place with kind people. There are two problems: parking place for person with disability, and a very bad sounds insulation between the rooms. That why we give it only 3 stars for room.

The breakfast buffet is more than enough, and there are a few choices for vegetarians, I was able to make myself some tasty salads

As for food and drinks, I have nothing to reproach at all! Great variety of dishes, very good quality. Good local and imported beverages, Bulgarian beer (not extremely good), juices at the dispenser, frozen at discretion

What surprised me was that always at noon and in the evening, an employee used to make in front of you different types of meat, pork, chicken, fish, small and muffins, at each meal another type and considering that the hotel were Muslims, they had sheep and rabbit meat

I received the room but without bracelets that provide access to the restaurant, they receive them around 14. The clean, decent and honest room could be slightly upgraded

For the ones who love rustic locations, gardens, flowers and silence, i wholeheartedely recommend this place! The menu had a wide selection, reasonable prices, the serving was quick and the waiter was really polite and spoke Romanian, which was a plus

Probably the best restaurant in this region. I tried everything, from lamb to clams, shrimps, shark. the courtyard is particularly quiet, the waiters are very attentive; you can speak in Romanian

I love this restaurant. I go there every year beacuse of the food and staff. The food is always delicious (and I tried many dishes) and the staff...well flawless. Totally recommend it! ❤️❤️❤️
