Very nice hotel! Very delicious food with many different dishes! Friendly and nice staff! Absolutely clean rooms and restaurants! Near to the beach with sunbeds and sun lounges free of charge! We will be back for sure!

You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options

The hotel is wonderful, the service, the food are at a very high level, I was also quite impressed by the diligence and effort they put into making our stay, as well as my personal holiday unforgettable

I don't understand how people can say that the staff is unfriendly. I have never seen more smiling and friendly people. Whenever we went to the beach, we managed to find places

A very nice hotel, very close to the beach (I don't think it's 50 meters to the beach) with very friendly and smiling staff! Very clean rooms and varied food! Spa area (sauna, jacuzzi, massage) I will definitely recommend your services!

The environment is super cool, but there are some issues with the facilities. We purchased the Royal package, but the room was missing some of the "extras. " The food is delicious and varied

For the money we paid, the hotel was much better than we expected, the food was great, not very diverse but tasteful, the drinks were not the best, but for the price of the hotel you'd expect that

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold. Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser)

The waiters, the waiters, the bartenders, the impeccable cleanliness, a big thank you! A multitude of food, sweets, drinks and evenings with interactive shows

So in conclusion its a great choice for a family-holiday, but dont expect miracles. : the Italian restaurant is super cute with mouth-watering courses, we loved it!

Breakfast buffet plus local production of alcohol. The food is very high quality. Although a scored cans and cereals. Choice for any stomach and mood. Always fruit , watermelon, local yogurt

The food is the best i have eaten any where the rooms are good and the service is the best regarding attention or anything.

Small but clean and interesting tourist town. Lots of stalls, restaurants and shops for every taste. Never had to practice English, for example. The perfect combination of price and quality plus a lot of nice bonuses

Near the store is the cheap alcohol store "Cheers". (The hotel is now All inclusive-Lite)

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room

The Director of the hotel with a sense of humor is a plus! :) The bartender Dimitri sociable person and speaks good Russian! Music playlist hotel - all very much (sometimes I woke up nostalgic and wanted to move, to dance)

The all inclusive option is fantastic but there are some nice restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest

Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be

Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism, only the serving girls in the restaurants were very kind. 4-star hotel without an espresso machine - shame! The offered coffee is awful

COVID-19 measurements - total ZERO! Nobody of the guests and the staff was with a face mask - even in the inside buffet, nobody cared about that. The disinfectant tubes at front of the restaurant were empty

A great place for the family. As a 65+ solo traveller I have felt safe ,both around the location and the beach. September is very quiet here especially for a chill out holiday.

The deluxe rooms have everything you need. Two toilets 🚻, balcony, air conditioning. AC is very gentle and well placed. They are for small kids and for adults. Ten minutes walk to the beach ⛱️

There are many attractions along the way. Be sure to use your legs 🦵, not free bus shuttle. There is one small shop in the hotel and two supermarkets nearby

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was a highlight, featuring delicious traditional Bulgarian dishes along with international options

Compliments for the young, creative and motivated animation team. We highly appreciated their services, including day kids and teens' programme as well as the evening shows

"No Milk" and a grumpy face as a bonus 🥴 (there were more things, that only to Illustrate). Poor restaurant, the meat was several times either undercooked (chicken just raw inside) or just hard

Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put every day. Bed linen after the third day. Coffee in machines in the restaurant, bars is quite tasty, ice cream of different types too

No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

Very close in the center there is a spring with mineral water, on the embankment there are small fountains with the same water everywhere. The heat does not bother, as there are trees, greenery, well-groomed everywhere

The first, second row are paid, but you can put your umbrella even next to the sea, there is space. The water in the sea in the morning was even warmer than in the afternoon, small waves

You hardly had any meat that was from an animal you recognise. Most of it was the meat grilled the meal before or the day before cut in small bits and mixed with leftover potatoes from the day before

Our stay at Ralitsa Aqua Club was an absolute delight! The hotel provided a perfect blend of relaxation and fun. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived

On the 3rd day my boy picked up some light food poisoning with some vomiting and temperature rise. That was a first in Albena and also the cut off for our future holidays in this resort and moreover in this hotel complex

This year they decided to change the staff with people from Asian countries and the guys from Kazakhstan were excellent, smily and ok. But they also changed the kitchen staff with Turkish chefs and whatever they were

The General Hotel Manager is wonderfully helpful and extremely friendly ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends! The rest…well Albena is beautiful city with so much to see and do and this hotel just compliments and completes a wonderful experience!

Other then the fact that we had to change our room and it wasn’t really the cleanest we had so much fun.The pool is great food amazing.Also it ain’t far from the beach about 6 minutes walking.

Nice looking bar just a shame it now never seems to be open or anyone serving drinks, when we first visited they were serving cocktails, coffee and great choice of drinks whilst sat on the amazing terrace - real shame this doesn't now seem to happen

Very good food, restaurant is not at all crowded, you can definetly see the difference between this 5 star hotel and the rest of Albena’s 4 and 3 stars hotels

Staff is exceptionally polite and ready to help and especially jn the restaurant they are doing a perfect job

Very helpful, nice and cool staff. The food wasn't bad, nothing exciting. For the guests with children the terraces at the bottom of the corridors can be very nice place to relax after setting the children to sleep

If we come back to Albena we would use this hotel again

A nice hotel, friendly staff, great food. Very close to the beach but no swimming pool. No draught beer in the hotel and no English newspapers.

Food was very good and snacks anytime during the day, restaurant staff could have been more friendly and at least acknowledge you. However the room cleaners where smiley and room was cleaned everyday

This was end of season holiday for us and we were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and high standard the hotel was and the service was fantastic

We hired a car which was easy parking was right outside the front of the hotel for free the whole Hotel experience was a pleasure And fantastic value for money if you’re looking for a last-minute holiday, we got way more than what we expected

The rooms overlook the beach right on the beach no walking distance and the food and drink was gorgeous so much to choose from And the cocktails were made especially for us at the bar and the spirits are incredibly strong

Only downside was the swimming pools were too cold to swimming and the sea too, but we still sunbed on the beach which was fantastic

Towels were changed every day and the room was cleaned. The food is good, but I would like more fruit and fish dishes. There were no mussels or shrimp for 10 days. Fruits only apples, oranges, grapefruits

30 for breakfast, then there’s nowhere and nothing to eat later. The lobby bar in our building worked only from 10. 30 and in the evening we had to go to building A and stand in huge queues to get something to drink

But a wish for the hotel administration: open a snack bar and a second lobby bar; add fish delicacies and other fruits to the menu and give out towels. If it is: 5+ hotel can be given one hundred percent

The most surprising thing was the lack of a snack bar. For such a large hotel, this is a huge minus. Since the food is there in shifts at a certain time and I didn’t always want to get up at 7

Another downside is that they don't provide beach towels. Carrying this extra luggage with you, and for such a hotel they could give out towels. In general, the hotel is good, more pluses

Near the pool there is a tent with ice cream. The hotel is large, consists of four buildings and, accordingly, a lot of people. The most comfortable buildings with sea views are B and C

Incredible! The Hotel is beautiful, food is really great and the location is fantastic! The sea is right across the street, so you have to go just about you the road and the sea

Very nice personnel, very nice rooms, good food. They clean the rooms often. Only a small downside--you have to go down and up some stairs to go to and back from the beach.

The front desk lady said all the restaurants are fully booked, and we asked her how can that be that we got no information at check in about it… and then she said, ok, I can offer the Bulgarian restaurant, we are not big fans so we said no thanks, we want to reserve the Italian and the Asian restaurant

She said that it wasn’t possible… after telling her that they should give every guest the information and chance, she suddenly found space in both restaurants…… we don’t understand why do they do that? The restaurants were not full at all!!!!

When we realised that they had some specialty restaurants we went in to one as it was empty but the lady at the reception said thawed had to book and that the service is from 10 AM to 6:00 PM, next day we left early so the 3

Check in was fast and easy but we were not informed about the service and what was included in the “ultra all inclusive “

The location is perfect with the beach just across, and we were impressed how everything needed was just there and it was included. Very nice to have ice cream truck by the beach, beach bar, pool bar and 24/7 bar

What we liked the most was the buffet food, have to say it was exceptional, we loved all of it. They also offered a-la-carte restaurants to chose from which was nice, although the food in the main restaurant was diverse

Everything is working which also impresses me positively as usually kettles are malfunctioning, shower stands are broken, sockets are faulty… but not in Sentido Marea, here everything is working and is maintained! At lunch (and also breakfast, dinner) we saw very clean, properly maintained restaurant, plenty of decent food, drinks

Big, clean rooms, more than enough seats at the restaurant. Good and diverse food, for all tastes. Quiet place, clean beach, big swimming pools, both adults and kids. 24h bar at the reception floor

Bravo Sentido Marea, managers and all the personnel - you are doing exceptionally well and demonstrate that the Bulgarian hoteliers can offer top quality European services!!! For years we avoid holidays in Bulgaria not only for the poor services but also the attitude of the serving personnel

I can say it was great and now it's much better If you have children, you can stay with them in the pool, with also a view of the sea. The staff is Extremely friendly and hard working staff everywhere

Incredibly pleasant for such a low price, something which I didn't expect. From the moment I arrived, everybody was incredibly welcoming and warm, there was always someone willing to talk to me if I needed anything

I woke up with a happy birthday note on my door, with the wonderful people at the Animation Team coming a bit later to knock on our door, preparing us a cake and some champagne to celebrate for the occasion

Essen in Buffetform war sehr gut und mittags war Mittagessen am Strand möglich. Die Cocktails waren sehr lecker und wurden super zubereitet. Kinderclub am Strand auch toll

Vor allem aber die Sportanimation beim Nachbarhotel Grifid Vistamar muss noch erwähnt werden. Sie ist sehr professionell und toll bei Stefanie (Animateurin im Hotel)

Wir durften täglich zum Sport in dieses Hotel kommen und mitmachen (Streching, YOGA, Aerobic, Pilates, etc. Stefanie ist super motiviert und ein richtiger Profi

The staff are amazing, the young lady called Magi at the reception , looked after us from the first day until we left the hotel. We are all so thankful & grateful for it

Both the beach bar and the restaurant bar have a large selection of different cocktails. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. There were 18 of us in total and everyone was satisfied :)

would prefer a coffee machine to get my own coffee. ( 4th floor, oceanview) could not hear neighbours, but sometimes people talking in the hallway only. Internet was working really fast without problems

fast check in and check out. Nice shower with good warer pressure. gym was big and aircondicioned. Food was good, enough to choose from. Staff was superfast to clean your table, sometimes even too fast

My second summer holiday in MiraBelle hotel was amazing again! Very nice, helpful and kind staff, clean and bright room! The restaurant was clean, very delicious food and so many different choices! The animation was incredible! Thank you so much and see you again!

The facilities for kids are not so many but you can keep them busy for a time ( every evening- 30 minutes mini disco, play area on the beach, children pool- you have to walk 50 m because is at the Sentido hotel)

The hotel is in a quiet area, the room is spatious and clean, the beach is very close and clean, the food is tasty and there is a special buffet for vegetarians/ vegans

They have a strange rule that says you can drink tea or coffee at breakfast but this changes during the evening meal, when you can ONLY have water, not even a glass of juice

The reception staff were polite, and the cleaning staff were friendly; shame I can't say the same for the restaurant staff, who watch you like hawks

When I challenged this, the manager said, 'how can we make this right?' I told them, change the rule because it doesn't make sense. The hotel was mostly silent, no music or entertainment and frequently dimly lit

This hotel is large and in a great position, being so close to the beach and having a great view of the sea. However, that's as far as it goes

Had a great rest! The location is good, the beach is nearby! The price-quality ratio was pleasing. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a peaceful rest on the seashore!

Service is good, it's pretty clean, pool is fairly large and has trees around it for nice shadows, They also have free cocktails after 9PM until 11PM

Food is really good exept for some of the salads which didn't have any taste

The staff and management can't do enough to make your stay a perfect one and will go above and beyond what's expected. Martina and Georgi who part of the management will sort any problems you have straight away

We are often visitors to Golden sands and stayed at many hotels. I think this is the best one we have ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel A1 plus

Wi-Fi in the hotel but we paid in room and public areas getting a wifi of the neighbouring hotel, have enough speed to watch video. The food is good, there is a choice for adults and children

we really liked our stay at the hotel, the food was very good, the staff were polite, the rooms were not that big but they were clean, the beach was close but the hotel does not have a private beach, you have to pay for it, we liked the animation team a lot Krisi, Marti and Jani were very good, Marti was very good at ping pong, most of the time it rained, but they lifted our spirits and had nice parties

It’s close to the beach and to the center part. The rooms get cleaned every day. The staff was very nice, I really liked the animation team. We enjoyed our stay here and we recommend it
