My 6th time at this hotel it's rasy, friendly and clean. You get what you pay for. Expecting a 5 star hotel then find somewhere where you pay 5 star prices.

It's not a 4 star hotel persay, but still a very good experience, and it's literally right next to the beach!

All in all, we felt good, but I think there is a great potential there that is not exploited. Cleaning and some urgent repairs would improve this. And, answering emails would also improve the relationship with the client

It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves

The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar

The food is okish, but certainly not 5 stars, not even by Bulgarian standards. The parking lot is a fenced vacant lot

please find a supply for water melons, there was NO WAY you can ger some if you are not in the first 20 people in the restaurant

+++ for this trip, i can recommend it more!!! The service, the restaurant, the views, the beach!!!! It’s simply the best!!!

We were fortunate to have been guests here! We went all inclusive and had a great time

The cleanliness in the rooms was good, towels changed on time. The food in the restaurant was tasty but about 80% always the same

Because you don't go on vacation just to eat, for us it was ok and we had something suitable to eat at every meal

We had the best experience with my wife and two kids! Amazing staff, clean room, great food and the beach was literally under our room terrace! We are coming back here for sure!!! Thank you all for the great time!

Free sunbeds and shade in the green rows. Apartment with large 1+1 terraces. Large safe, but not sure if working. Rooms and bathrooms could use a little bit of detailing is cleanliness

I went at the end of June 2022, a family with 2 children. The location is excellent, right on the beach. The natural reservation next to the hotel ensures an excellent coolness in the rooms

Also my partner was charged for accidentally dropping a glass. It would be nice if there was an adult only area or adult only time of day for the spa and restaurant/bar

The bathroom is very spacious but with limited options for hanging towels. For four people we had a number of towels which we used, including bath robes and had to leave them on the chair or on the bed

This is a very good hotel offering you comfortable rooms, variety of food, perfect service, different pools with mineral water, spa, nice garden, beach, activities for kids, bars, etc

This might sound like the most random review, but this hotel smells amazing! The garden has a lavender alley which has a spectacular aroma drifting around the pool areas

The inside of the hotel and the rooms smell cotton-y and fresh 😄. Other than that the hotel is really cozy and comfortable. Delicious food and friendly staff

Recommendations - housekeeping is on a very high level, however the housekeeping carts were noisy and were disturbing during nap time for our kids

The environment is super cool, but there are some issues with the facilities. We purchased the Royal package, but the room was missing some of the "extras. " The food is delicious and varied

For the money we paid, the hotel was much better than we expected, the food was great, not very diverse but tasteful, the drinks were not the best, but for the price of the hotel you'd expect that

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold. Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser)

The waiters, the waiters, the bartenders, the impeccable cleanliness, a big thank you! A multitude of food, sweets, drinks and evenings with interactive shows

So in conclusion its a great choice for a family-holiday, but dont expect miracles. : the Italian restaurant is super cute with mouth-watering courses, we loved it!

Overall is just a normal location with average food and drinks. Ratings for this hotel are overated

The all inclusive option is fantastic but there are some nice restaurants nearby if you want to eat outside

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest

Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be

Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism, only the serving girls in the restaurants were very kind. 4-star hotel without an espresso machine - shame! The offered coffee is awful

COVID-19 measurements - total ZERO! Nobody of the guests and the staff was with a face mask - even in the inside buffet, nobody cared about that. The disinfectant tubes at front of the restaurant were empty

The restaurant is good as well. Unfortunately if you don't have meals included the restaurant doesn't have a separate menu. The meals can be very pricey if you don't have a meal package added

Great place with warm staff and amazing food. Michaela at the restaurant and Irina by the reception were always helpfull and smiling. Great rooms and style. Calm and beautifull garden. Great Spa and calm atmosphere.

Stylish and charming hotel near the beach with beach restaurant. The service personal does their very best to make and keep their guests happy. I enjoyed the mineral water, SPA and 3 restaurants

I made a reservation for this hotel for 2 nights when it first got open. It still is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. We will be back sometime this year, and see if they kept their high standards.

It has saunas and massage services too. There is a tennis court, football pitch and a sand volleyball court. There is a outdoor playground for kids and a activity room in the hotel for kids too

This is a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. It has lot's of things to do on property. Indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The water is very clean and heated nicely

Very nice hotel! Very delicious food with many different dishes! Friendly and nice staff! Absolutely clean rooms and restaurants! Near to the beach with sunbeds and sun lounges free of charge! We will be back for sure!

You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options

A very nice hotel, very close to the beach (I don't think it's 50 meters to the beach) with very friendly and smiling staff! Very clean rooms and varied food! Spa area (sauna, jacuzzi, massage) I will definitely recommend your services!

The hotel is wonderful, the service, the food are at a very high level, I was also quite impressed by the diligence and effort they put into making our stay, as well as my personal holiday unforgettable

Breakfast buffet plus local production of alcohol. The food is very high quality. Although a scored cans and cereals. Choice for any stomach and mood. Always fruit , watermelon, local yogurt

The food is the best i have eaten any where the rooms are good and the service is the best regarding attention or anything.

Small but clean and interesting tourist town. Lots of stalls, restaurants and shops for every taste. Never had to practice English, for example. The perfect combination of price and quality plus a lot of nice bonuses

Near the store is the cheap alcohol store "Cheers". (The hotel is now All inclusive-Lite)

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room

The Director of the hotel with a sense of humor is a plus! :) The bartender Dimitri sociable person and speaks good Russian! Music playlist hotel - all very much (sometimes I woke up nostalgic and wanted to move, to dance)

The pools and the sport halls are really good but the rooms(bed sheets, bathroom in particular), the kitchen/restaurant are dirty and badly kept

They do really great stuff with the children- water volleyball in their own pool, dancing, films on enormous screen with great sound...

Nice place for sport activities. Plenty of rooms, 2x 50m swimming pools, holes and outdoor fields for all sports.

Good oportunities to do different trainings. BUT-service is really bad, food is not good! Its like they dont want people in here or not to earn money. I like the spot but worker and managers should be changed!

Very clean rooms and bathrooms! Very spatious and comfy. Underground parking so your car is safe and far from heat. Restaurant food not so great but friendly stuff! Only problem may occur with the noise due to thin walls

It is 10 minutes away from beach and 5 minutes away from the restaurant area

We are coming back every year at Hotel Belle View and we are always having a great time. The staff is friendly and polite, the rooms are spacious and there are homemade sweets at breakfast

The pool is a pleasant place to cool off when the temperatures on the beach become insufferable,but only when you are lucky enough not to encounter the children which have a little to more support from parents and personel to jump and shout exactly during the afternoon resting hours

It's a clean place with kind people. There are two problems: parking place for person with disability, and a very bad sounds insulation between the rooms. That why we give it only 3 stars for room.

The breakfast buffet is more than enough, and there are a few choices for vegetarians, I was able to make myself some tasty salads

Our room had a sea view and was frequently cleaned with bed sheets and towels exchanged. The food in the hotel’s restaurant is traditional Bulgarian and much better than in the city centre

Lovely hotel run by lovely people. We meant to spent 6 nights here with our two little girls but we extended our stay for another 2 nights. The hotel is directly at the beach

Breakfast was included in the price and is also traditional Bulgarian. We would definitely come back here and recommend this place to family and friends

Everything was ok, as in the pictures, there are small problems that you can overlook (weak wifi in the rooms, smell of drain in the bathroom (a common problem in Kranevo)

The bathroom is sufficient, there is a problem with the cold water pressure, less so with the hot water, with higher consumption in the hotel, the water almost stops

The location is great, close to the beach and the main street. The room is large, suitable for a family with a child and luggage

The hosts are kind and responsive, and the location is great - minutes from the beach. The prices are very reasonable

Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell, probably from the drain in the bathroom, but it disappears after a while

I recommend for the decent prices and the fact that it is a new hotel

The included breakfast and dinner were with suprisingly large number of different dishes and tasty. One thing that could be improved, if possible, would be to be reduced the number of products with palm oil ingrediants

On the first day, even if I arrived before the time of accommodation, the hotelier has provided me with the key for my room. The room and the bathroom were large enough and very clean

The balcony was facing west to the quite and green interior garden of the hotel and the near by park. The personnel was very helpful and friendly during the whole period of my stay

The room was equipped with all the necessary: A/C, fridge, flat TV, 2 separate long and comfortable beds with new mattresses, wardrobe, desk, luggage shelf

The hotel is in a new building and it is located very near to the beach and far enough from the noisy and crowded main street of Kranevo
