It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Room cleaning excellent. The downsides were full plates of food being cleared away when we had quickly popped back to the buffet and before we had even started to eat! What a waste! This might sound like the most random review, but this hotel smells amazing! The garden has a lavender alley which has a spectacular aroma drifting around the pool areas. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. The hotel in itself is great, clean,great food and excellent service. But the guests are of the lowest level. They grabbed food with their bare hands, they let their kids run arround and no one from the hotel staff said anything to them. The internal pool smelled like pee. I recently stayed and enjoyed its beautiful beach, comfortable rooms, lovely green areas, and inviting pools. However, I was disappointed by the lack of good quality coffee and the average food options. Another inconvenience was the absence of drinking water in the rooms. Additionally the WiFi stability is not great.

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy.
