It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. I love it! The location is very well located, in the middle of the tourist resort. Nearby, there are a lot of beach bars and funny places with games for all ages. I recently stayed and enjoyed its beautiful beach, comfortable rooms, lovely green areas, and inviting pools. However, I was disappointed by the lack of good quality coffee and the average food options. Another inconvenience was the absence of drinking water in the rooms.
