Actually the worst holiday experience I've ever had.
The rooms are looking dusty and they're completely outdated when it comes to facilities: the fridge stops working without the room card, the toilet wouldn't properly flush and clogged at the tiniest bit of paper, the shower head simply stopped functioning and all the water was flowing down the hose. I then changed the room and the new one hit me with an air conditioner problem. As for my friends' room, its structure wouldn't allow it to properly ventilate.
The cleanliness.. utterly poor.
The pool.. you could've easily notice that it wasn't managed as it should've, as well as the sunbeds area. It's also right beside the road, sidewalks, the bus station and its trash bins, so it definitely ruins the privacy&relaxation feeling you should have.
The staff seemed annoyed, bored and wasn't professional.
The pool table was badly peeling on a side.
As for the breakfast, you only get 4 options to choose from and the coffee taste perfecly resembles the cheapest one you can find at a vending machine.
Too bad, as with some love, care and attention to details it could be a decent place.

A nice location if you want to sped a short holiday in Balchik. It offers all you need for the price you pay, with 4 nice menus for breakfast included. The personnel was nice and the check-out was 12 o'clock.

This hotel is old but the staff are trying to make it hospitable and welcoming. Could work on the details in cleanliness. Breakfast was great.

Good hotel and restaurant. Free parking on site. Delicious food in the restaurant. Good service. Great value hotel

Very good place for relax and near to local sightseeing. Kind personal, clean rooms. Enjoy eating and sleeping. SPA zone is small but comfortable.

Super clean and comfortable. Nice outside areas and great pool. Nice balcony on my room and good faculities. Breakfast was nice and while package was great value.

This is a an older hotel which could have some repairs and some refurbishing here and there, but the staff is very friendly and nice, there is a very hot and great sauna available as well as an outside pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were clean and very spatious. Breakfast is included, there aren't many options available, but it is tasty, hearty with decent portions so you can't complain. The hotel brings great value for the money, unbeatable for the area.

There is a bus stop immediately outside this hotel, and I was actually using the bus stop. A few years ago, the hotel restaurant was open to non-residents, but this is no more (correction: I have just heard that the restaurant is now open to non-residents again), so I have no recent experience of the Paris hotel. I give the bus stop 5 stars, although it would be better if the south bound stop had some shade from the sun.

The service is very good. Nice staff, clean rooms, very good price-quality ratio. The place has a swimming pool on the 1st floor (very clean). The hotel has a very good position in Balchik (you can easly go anywere from here). It has a gas station next to iy in case you forgot to buy the vignette. The breakfast is cheap and very tasty. I strongly recomend it for a middle price quick getaway
