It is a 3-star hotel, by no means a 5-star hotel. The rooms look good, they are spacious, but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the bathroom fills with water every time you shower and the toilet bowl moves. The services are 3 stars maximum. There is a coffee machine in the room, but the coffee is for a fee. There are no chopsticks with which to chew your coffee sugar. I arrived at the check...

Overall a nice experience. Accommodation in vila was a very nice surprize( premiere and lux, standard just ok). Facilities are very nice, plenty of pools and the beach easy to reach. The food was the minus and the level of English of the staff, doing their best to communicate but clearly lacking even the basic knowledge. And not to forget..please find a supply for water melons, there was NO WAY...

I went for a weekend family trip. On reception I had quite a few demands so I had to speak to the manager Ion Bondar. After our short conversation I received exactly as I wanted as a room and amenities. +++ for this trip, i can recommend it more!!! The service, the restaurant, the views, the beach!!!! Very nice hotel situated in a very good location. Food is very good, so is the beautiful garden, pool and spa areas and the beach. Now, the bad part: service is very, very, very bad. The overall attitude of the staff was defiant, to aggressive. We had to change the room because in our current room there was a very bad smell that kept us up all night. Room cleaning excellent. The downsides were full plates of food being cleared away when we had quickly popped back to the buffet and before we had even started to eat! What a waste! This happened twice. Also my partner was charged for accidentally dropping a glass. It would be nice if there was an adult only area or adult only time of day for the spa and restaurant/bar. Otherwise it was excellent.

This is a very good hotel offering you comfortable rooms, variety of food, perfect service, different pools with mineral water, spa, nice garden, beach, activities for kids, bars, etc. Recommendations - housekeeping is on a very high level, however the housekeeping carts were noisy and were disturbing during nap time for our kids. The bathroom is very spacious but with limited options for hanging towels...

This might sound like the most random review, but this hotel smells amazing! The garden has a lavender alley which has a spectacular aroma drifting around the pool areas. The inside of the hotel and the rooms smell cotton-y and fresh 😄. Other than that the hotel is really cozy and comfortable. Delicious food and friendly staff. Would like to visit again!

We are for the second time in this wonderful location. Each time we were pleasantly surprised. Everything is perfect! Spacious and very clean rooms, varied and very tasty food, beautifully landscaped beach, well-maintained swimming pools, very kind staff. There is nothing to disappoint you.

I stayed in this hotel June 2024.The location is ok for a beach,otherwise there is nothing around.Food a bit boring,not big choice.The hotel is old and needs complete refurbisment n updating from outside n insids too. The biggest problem was dirty rooms AND ACTUALLY NO CLEANER FOR WHOLE WEEK.I had a big fight with the reception and they said they dont have cleaners to clean rooms.That spoilt my holiday...

There is not much to do here but the beach is beautiful and most of the staff were friendly. They make the alcohol really strong. 3 nights there, and I'm on the wagon. For families with one or more kids, it's a great place to relax. The area itself is wonderful because, besides the great beach, there are plenty of shady spots with big trees. The environment is super cool, but there are some issues with the facilities. We purchased the Royal package, but the room was missing some of the "extras." The food is delicious and varied. For the money we paid, the hotel was much better than we expected, the food was great, not very diverse but tasteful, the drinks were not the best, but for the price of the hotel you'd expect that. The room was cozy, clean, with air conditioning, towels were changed daily, beach towels are free, more than enough parking with security, elevators in the buildings, the sea was clean, the pool was clean...

Location looks good, on the seaside. Food is average, cold and not so tasty, sunbeds are damaged, pool water was cold . Drinks for ultra all inclusive means local ones (for example wine from the dispenser). Overall is just a normal location with average food and drinks. Ratings for this hotel are overated.

We are a family with young kids. The hotel location is perfect, next to the beach. And the room is new and clean. Staff are very friendly. Huge variety for buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bar service is good. The entertainment program was wonderful, great job to the entertainment team! It was a pleasant stay in the hotel! Highly recommended to those who love beach and hassle-free vacation! 👍

Area is fine - a lot of stores, restaurants, bars, ATMs etc nearly. Hotel and rooms are in old style but clean and big enough. Functional AC, TV, refrigerator in every room. Parking ok - even if it's full, personal will help you with that. Pools are fine (one for adults and one for kids) - big enough and clean. Playing ground for kids - pretty messy and dirty / when it's raining there's a lot of water...

Anyways, we went there for a festival full of class, there anyways BUT it was fun! Anyways we are there waffles crumbled, and I indulged in the evening there cockroaches on the ceiling 2. And the ants running around! But I normally would that was a long time ago when I was in grade 3, now 8.

For the ones who love rustic locations, gardens, flowers and silence, i wholeheartedely recommend this place! The food was simply outstanding, fresh salad grilled meat on a sizzling plate. The atmosphere here is amazing as well, you can see why it's popular, our server I think his name was Coco, was super professional and polite, top guy. Very nice food and a very cozy restaurant. It is like an old nobility 's house, with an interior terrace where you can have a quiet and delicious meal. Most of the waiters are speaking Romanian as well, due to very frequent Romanian visitors. Usually a quick service and tasty food. There is a slight problem with the parking lots, but it is not a reason not to visit Izvora!

Mandzha is good. Service was great and fast. Prices are more than reasonable for what you get. Live music is awesome too!

Was looking for a pool to use while on Kranevo. The Therma Palace allowed non guests to use the pool and garden areas for a cost of 30 leva. Inside is a pool and 2 wooden jacuzzis. Both were good to use. Outside a pool and a jacuzzi which unfortunately was broken so no bubbles. Lots of sunbeds and canopies outside . Garden was nice to sit in. Had some lunch and drinks while there too for extra charge...

Everything was a bit "tired" , in the need of fresh touch. The food was ok, but nothing special. Above average experience, but not excellent.

I made a reservation for this hotel for 2 nights when it first got open. It still is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. We will be back sometime this year, and see if they kept their high standards.

Stylish and charming hotel near the beach with beach restaurant. The service personal does their very best to make and keep their guests happy. I enjoyed the mineral water, SPA and 3 restaurants. Kranevo is near Gold Sands but very peaceful – a perfect place to rest from everyday stress and hectic.

This is a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. It has lot's of things to do on property. Indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor jacuzzis. The water is very clean and heated nicely. Nice smiling staff. Renovated, clean and spacious room as well as the stylish bathroom. Wifi works with login/password. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the room, which also has some kitchen facilities and a pretty balcony. Restaurants in something 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The entire hotel is clean and cosy. The staff is very clients oriented. The swimming poll is large, clean and the water was warm. Good food, daily preparated.

I was so surprised about the service level in this hotel - probably one of the best experiences I ever had with hotels. A lot of attention to details and staff is super nice. You really feel taken care of and also have a fair share of amenities available. We stayed for 4 days and didn’t have all inclusive but were also offered many options. The hotel is excellent, the view is right to the beach, and you can see beautiful sunrises in the morning. Food is also excellent, I liked all I eaten, there is a place for kids to play, and also the pool has a little area for kids. For sure I will come here in the future.

Fantastic location, literally on the beach. The swimming pool is also very useful. You'll get some sunbeds included in the room price and that's great. The food is nice if not slightly repetitive. But there was always plenty to choose from and good quality. Their cocktails are a bit funny, but they do the trick. The all inclusive option is fantastic but there are some nice restaurants nearby...

Good value for the money!

The hotel seems to be really a new one. The bed mattresses are very comfortable. Clean and warm pool. Food was fine. The bath was very cozy. They changed the towels each day. The beach is 5 mins away. The rooms are well furnished, but too small. Bad noise isolation. The bed sheets weren't not changed within our 5-day stay. Very bad organization of the personal staff - they don't have any professionalism...

It's nice small hotel right on the beach of Kranevo. Rooms are big, with large bathrooms There is a pool 130 and 150 deep. There is a restaurant and bar. You could take a room with view of a beach and pool or forest.There is all inclusive.Food is not bad it's average tasty but not a big choice of meals. The personal is young and polite, little sleepy. Overall it's nice place to be.

We enjoyed 3 wonderful nights at vila Valentina. The apartment was very clean and spatious with everything that we needed. Kitchen, big dining table in the open space, big bedroom upstairs with double bed and bunk beds. The pool is magneficient and the garden also is very enjoyable. The sea it's 10 min walking distance. It was perfect vacation for us.

I don't have any complaints with the resort, it's actually quite chilling. There is no furniture on the balcony upstairs. You have to drag things there if you wish to enjoy it. The apartments are for 2 couples. I disliked the sheets they offered.

It's a nice and quite place to spend time with family. Everything is clean and accurate. There is no restaurant or bar, but they have kitchens in the apartments so you can cook by yourself. Also they have a small playground for kids, a very small one🙂

The place is great. Houses are comfortable, clean and they are furnished with everything that you may need during your vacation. The swimming pool is clean as well
