I stayed at Hotel Kamelia with my family for 4 days, and it was fantastic, especially for families with small kids. The hotel offers a great environment for children, with plenty of activities and amenities that kept our little ones entertained throughout our stay. We spent our Christmas holidays this year there. Everything was great. The rooms were clean and neat. The food was great. We were also very happy for the kids entertainment from the animators and the ski kindergarten was also a great fun for them and in just few days the kids learned the basics of how to ski. Learnt to ski here, and it was perfect. There's a beginners slope directly outside the hotel, and it's fairly close to the cable cars too. Would go again.

This hotel is a pretty good place to stay for your vacation. Food choice seems decent, although it would be great for a little more variety to be added. The rooms are comfortable to stay in and have the basic things you need for your vacation. The biggest problem is that the hotel is difficult to navigate, but other than that it is a good place to stay

The hotel is situated a bit far from the lift but there is bus every hour from hotel to the lift. Food was good and the apartment we stayed was very nice. The pool wasn't that clear but the sauna was OK. Would go there again.

Excellent size rooms and great price.

Excellent place for this money, I was taken 1 smile room for 13 $ per night . the are have some trouble with WiFi it is unavailable in room or poor signal ,but I think you can manage stay without internet for short time . Generally it is very good location for ski , near by very 2 market.

Pamporovo is always is amazing. Food was tasty, both dinner and breakfast, great service by the friendly staff, had a tidy and warm room, with an extra heating, comfy mattress, nice bathroom with perfectly clean bath, had a cooking area, barbeque area by the extremely nice balcony with a breath-taking view! Very good location near by ski lifts. It was very warm. The lobby bar is so calm and friendly. You can drink some tea or work on your job.

Good location. Needs renewvation. Friendly staff. The parking area was not cleaned thus icy and extremely slippery. Not accesible by single axel drive cars. Good breakfast service.

You get what you pay for - it was a cheap no frills package via Travel Solutions for a family of 4, with a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The room was very dated, but clean. You spend so much time up the slopes. The common areas in reception were clean/comfortable and spacious for relaxing in the evening with live music each night. Already 8 years we are staying in Malina Villas for our winter vacation. Very comfortable accommodation, great service, absolutely great location. Tasty food.

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Our cottage was clean, warm and very cosy. The restaurant is very nice and the food is just great 😃 Above all, the staff, the people working there make the difference. We had a great stay ☺️

We had wonderful stay in a really nice apartment. Staff was really friendly and responsive to all of our demands. Surrounding area is absolutely beautiful! Crystal clear air. A place to recommend without any doubts. Will come back again definitely! See you soon.

Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our family time enjoyable. Its proximity to the slopes makes it perfect for a ski vacation, especially with small kids. We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality of the host.

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!

It pretends to be more than it is. Let's start with the good things: It's very clean. It's close to the ski slope and the lift station. The bathrooms are well made. Then there's the not so good stuff: the interior is on the spartan side. Certain items are worn out. The lighting is dim. The heating (centralized, with no option to set temperature per room) is only barely enough. The parking space is...

Overall, I think the fee is too high for what you get. The positive is that the apartments are very warm. If you are a family with children you will like it because the apartments are spacious, but if you are only two (or solo), it is better to head to a hotel.

We spent four days at the hotel. + good breakfast (eggs, bread, muffins, cereal, etc.) + the receptionist was very kind and helpful, simply awesome + the apartment was clean and warm + 3 min away from the lift with a shuttle which which picks you up from the hotel; we left our ski equipment at Kamelia ski wardrobe for 5 lv per day

I put the highest grade to this place as the staff was very friendly and attentive! Rooms were very clean and nice with all the amenities one may need. They were spacious enough plus you could enjoy a beautiful mountain view 🏔️. The breakfast 🥐 was awesome as we tried some divine 😋 home-made bakeries...it is always good to start your day with something so delicious! I would definitely choose this...

Great rooms with kitchen with amazing views of the mountains. We went in June so was almost empty as is mainly visited during the ski season. The staff was extremely helpful and nice, the breakfast was amazing and massive (loved the fact that was Rhodhope local food). The views from the rooms were stunning.

Great value for money! It's close to Snezhanka peak and around 10km from Smolyan. The balcony view is stunning, as seen in the pictures. The apartment inventory was OK, with independent airconditioning for the open plan kitchen and the bed room. There was just two hobs, fridge and sink, plus all necessary cutlery.

This place is a great choice! Stayed there for three days with 6 people and a infant. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is good but still, you need to do some walking to reach the ski lift. The staff will help you with shortcuts. Last, the prices were very reasonable even for high season. Traditional breakfast is included.

Excellent location! I spent 4 nights at the place with my kids and I can say that it's a really well managed place, with friendly staff, well maintained and very clean rooms. The Restaurant is good but ridiculously expensive on any standard which can make you go eat somewhere else. My recommendation to the restaurant management is to offer discounted prices for the Hotel's guests if you really want...
