Hotel opened in 2011, renovated in 2012. In this guest house 9 rooms, 4 floors.
Policies and conditions

Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed.

Great place to stay! Prices are terrific, the hotel is incredibly well-kept and tasteful.
Beds are comfy, there's a coffee machine with good coffee, a garden and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Parking is a bit tricky sometimes, but other than that, I really couldn't be happier with our stay here.

Very good hotel, we spent here very nice holiday in 2015. Good place and good services. Every morning we bought super breakfasts in the building of hotel.

The hotel is on a main road and even on the quiet side is quite noisy,as can be seen, before the hotel itself has bantariza and in the morning you're the people who stood in line to get there.

Clean, new and quiet place

The place is rather easy to find. We walked from the bus station. It's located just 10 minute walk from the beach. You have everything around: shops, restaurants, atms. The room was very comfy and clean. It has a small fridge to keep your drinks cold in the hot weather. The owners are really nice and they helped us organize a private bus so that we can come back to Burgas for our further travels.
