Nice and tidy place with awesome location. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not tried the food at restaurant but the menu looked good. Good to spend time with the family

The best thing about this place is its pet friendly, our dog liked it as well

We were on vacation at the Central Hotel, in Kiten from 01. We were with my husband and our two small children, and another person separately. We are extremely pleased with everything

We were late, but they had reserved lunch for us. They offered us a bassinet for one child and a high chair. A wonderful place for small children

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

Slight issue is the noise from the amusement park nearby but at 23 the music stops and it's bareable. Before that it's insanely loud so if you have young kids ask for a room with a pool view instead

Some drawbacks, mostly mentioned for people to be aware and know what to expect: - long walk to the beach - small uphill road from restaurant to rooms complex (not seniors friendly) - bugs everywhere, especially on the road mentioned above (everybody was waving hands to protect themselves - got them in ears, nose,mouth, eyes) - there are no double rooms next or even close to eachother (they are at...

The management should take care of this and maybe allocate some person to clean WC and surround of pool every hour

Clean, confortable, nice mix of forest and beach. Food varied and fits all tastes. Pet allowed in room and on the restaurant deck

The facility which is in a close distance to beach, has its owns pools. As the name says, it is in the forest and almost impossible to see when you are at the beach

By the pool there is only one and it seems to be cleaned only once per day. At the restaurant is also only one and is not enough for such a lot people

It is in a walking distance to city center either beach or pavement. It is pretty secure place when you are with your family. The food is good and gentlemen cook is pretty helpful with your choices

You have few bars, two swimming pools to your disposal. to the ⛱️ which is clear and very 👍 Sun loungers and umbrellas on the hotel's fenced 🏖️ are free of charge

There are two pools, big and clean. The beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk and we always easily found free sunbeds. We really enjoyed, all the recommendations for Primorsko del sol

everything was clean, the towels were changed every three days, but we demanded new towels every day, so we got it. The food is perfect, great choice whenever you come, really no one will stay hungry

The whole All inclusive package is great, besides a regular meals, it includes a good snack, plenty of fruit, icecream and good drinks. We had secured parking in the yard of the hotel, which is not included in the price

My family and I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 7 days, in the middle of August. Although we did not have high expectations, we were thrilled. We got a huge apartment with a terrace and a nice view

The raft runs on calm days from the wind. The pool is relatively clean but the water is rather cold. Despite the high season, there were always free sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool

An additional attraction is the river that separates the hotel from the beach and which must be crossed either by a bridge in the near distance or by a raft right next to the hotel

Hotel with old and strangely behaving elevators. It has its glory days behind it, but it is in a good location near the south beach

Working AC, hot water from a boiler, fridge, stove, plates and glasses, nets on the windows, balcony. The pool is also clean and I loved the big umbrellas. Swimming is allowed till 21 and water is warm

The lady was very nice and helpful, and we had very easy communication. She even sent pics of the chosen apartment in advance and of the beach to see umbrellas etc. The place was spacious, newly equipped, clean

Can park underground or on the street - there are enough free slots. The beach itself is typical for the zone - gotta cross the dunes, however there is a normal path to it, not just wooden pieces falling apart

The beach bar and the restaurant are working, food was tasty, staff is really nice and friendly despite their youth and lack of experience. There is also a shop for alcohol and small snacks

The beach pub works and it's decent - one of the better places I have visited

I personally found it really worth the money. And that's with an emphasis on one very important detail! We have different owners and we used the Dobi allure apartments

And what else surprised us are your umbrellas on the beach that bear the name of your hotel Perla Luxori and are completely rusty and torn in a terrible condition, not to mention the dirt and mess that is located around your beach where you have set aside these umbrellas and sunbeds

I'll start - Every time you enter a restaurant, you could stop asking guests for their room number, because every single guest has a blue wristband on their arm, it's terribly annoying and I've never encountered this in any hotel

We would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation at the Perla Beach Hotel - Primorsko. We were there from 22-29 August 2023. Everything was fine except for the little things that you could work on to improve

We will be happy to return to the Perla Beach Hotel next year and I believe that these mistakes will already be removed. Thank you and we look forward to next year already

In room number 612, where we are they were accommodated is broken and the railing on the balcony is bent, it is very dangerous since we also had children there

Two swimming pools and an area for children. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke

Good: Clean, new, good size rooms, good selection of food, swimming pools not overcrowded. Very friendly staff, all our requests sorted very quickly to our full satisfaction. Good place for families with children

Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort

Upscale middle class hotel, staff friendly and food good, but unfortunately a little cold. Location Central to the state, and shopping but not excessively loud.

At night you can hear music from near by disco club, not terrible but could be an issue for somebody. Double bed having just two single mattresses. First floor rooms lobby not divided from reception area by the door

There was also no water heater and coffee/tea left, which you'd expect for a room of this price. Also, the terrace was quite dirty, though I imagine one could blame the windsand bird nest for this

The staff were polite and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The pool area is nice for relaxing after the beach, and the breakfast had a good variety

The pool and dining section were all clean and comfortable. The only ‘downside’ is the room we were put into. We were in a underground apartment which smelled sort of like mold, and did not have wifi service at all

Hotel Sunrise has a great location — just a few minutes’ walk to the beach and also close to shops, restaurants, and the town center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay

My friends and I went in at 19:17 and he said we can't come in "after 10 minutes. " We came back at 19:27 and he said we can't come in. Although the food was the great

The service isn't so bad but I didn't like that there was this man that cept on saying that we can't go in the restaurant. I HATED that part!!! He was so RUDE to us

Great place, very well trained staff, knows how to communicate with people and make them feel special: my brother had birthday and they decorated the bedroom and also surprised him with a bottle of champagne 🍾 great experience, clean rooms, they change towels and make the bed every day /trash and tidy/

Surely the best hotel at the Bulgarian seaside! We've been staying in this hotel for the past 6 years and each time it is great and even better! Management is impeccable as you can see in every detail from your arrival to the last day of your stay

The perfect spot in Primorsko - huge free parking, food grown on site, very polite staff and the ideal size rooms - not too small, not too big. I had a blast there and will go back again

The location is perfect—just a short 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Parking was never an issue, thanks to the ample space provided
