Food is excellent, location is good as it is only less than 5 minutes from the beach

We had a great time there, everything was perfect. Definitely coming back again next summer. Special thanks to Katina for her professional and kind approach!

That part of Primorsko beach is stunning -clean warm waters, very gradual and gentle slip and not steep depth, which makes it very safe for families, fine sand. The Hotel Park is well maintained and so is the pool

The Pool size is great and the hotel is pretty close to the beach. There is also a Pétanque spot to practice and play if you would like

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Everything was perfect. The only remark I have is that the tennis court is not right next to the hotel, but a but away. I loved our stay.

The only downside of the hotel is all the rooms on the ground floor have smelly bathrooms. the bathrooms are somewhat not ventilated, they cannot dry quickly and often there is a pungent smell of mould

An additional attraction is the river that separates the hotel from the beach and which must be crossed either by a bridge in the near distance or by a raft right next to the hotel

The raft runs on calm days from the wind. The pool is relatively clean but the water is rather cold. Despite the high season, there were always free sunbeds both on the beach and by the pool

Hotel with old and strangely behaving elevators. It has its glory days behind it, but it is in a good location near the south beach

We would like to express our gratitude to the hotel staff. I would like to note that everyone is very friendly and polite, so the atmosphere of a good rest and excellent mood is created

The rooms are cozy, no complaints about cleanliness. We have already been here twice, we hope to come again! Huge thanks to everyone!

The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive

This is our second time visiting and I can say that we are all more than happy with Hotel Jeravi! The food is excellent and they replenish all the food very quickly when it runs out! If you like fish and meat in general you're gonna love this cousine! Rooms are very nice and clean with a good view and beach is very close to the hotel! The animation program is in Czech and Bulgarian and the animators...

Excellent location, right next to the beach with private sun loungers and umbrellas. Very nice and tasty food, rooms cleaned daily. Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it

The hotel is located in close proximity to the north beach in the village of Primorsko. The rooms are more than decent and the common areas are well maintained

The reason the management provided when asked was that there were other hotels that were part of their group so all guests staying at an Alexandria travel hotel could use them. So don’t expect to find room on the beach

They also have little pool so you can rest there if the weather is not good enough for going to the beach

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms and corridors were spotless and cleaned regularly. The food is good- it's prepared correctly, but it can benefit from better/ more expensive ingredients

Don't know about the hotel but the restaurant.. The food is amazingly good and the staff are very nice. The best food for the lowest price!

Clean rooms, comfy bed and very helpful staff! The bathroom is a bit small but nothing too dramatic.. It didn't bother us.

The bonus was that we booked a room with a view of the city, but we got a room with a sea view for free

We had a great stay! The hotel is very clean and air conditioned, the staff is polite, the towels are changed daily during the room cleaning, bed sheets are also changed regularly

There are few things I can point out, but not as negatives, more like an improvements: there are no safe boxes in the rooms, no towels provided at the pool, the ice cream should be served since lunchtime not with the afternoon snack and the pool bar closing time could be extended with one more hour to 23, of course all this is minor things that don't affect the whole experience

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park

The breakfast was very good: it was buffet style and the dining outside by the bay was very enjoyable. They also have their own private beach with chairs and umbrellas, but we never took advantage of that

It's a clean but tired looking hotel with outdated rooms and furniture all around. Great location right on the water. Shallow and sandy, very kid friendly beach. The staff was friendly and helpful

It's located along a nice pier for strolling and watching the boats come and go. Access by car isn't exactly easy (it's a bit of a drive from downtown or the highway), but staying on the water is worth it

Good rooms with very nice see views. The beds are also very comfortable but if you join them both they get separated and one can fell in between haha, buy some food-holders

The rating is a bit overstated. The idea was good. Organizaciata processes is average. Communication with staff is difficult. Podgotovit them weak.

The waiter was adding olive oil to the salad basically pouring it and waiting for someone to say "stop", but he did not instruct us to say stop. We were not offered water even though the temperature was 35C

There were many more other things. The food however was good and tasty. There is a open view to the sea, but there were a lot of beach chairs stacked on large pales in front of the restaurant

We have asked for lemon slice which was missing from the fish-based dish, and we've got a little lemon juice instead for which we get a charge as half of the "fresh" - basically 4 levs for a lemon slice

Prime location that is just great. As per the fancy status it’s not great to get served by a waiter in an adidas jacket. A restaurant like this should maintain a status all the time

Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel

Some things are just annoying: - Very short breakfast (7:30-10) and dinner slots (18:30-20:30!!). - having to pay for the coffee machine or the safe in the room. why?! Like I said, 3 star hotel

I really would like to give 5* to the hotel, but an issue with the cleaning of our room explains the 4* only. Maybe it was just bad luck in our case, because they had just opened that day

There is EV charging available and a big parking lot with a lot of capacity. The rooms are also accessible by elevator. I barely had any interaction with the staff, the keys for the room

But apart from that, this a very nice resort, in front of the ocean. Staff is very friendly, the rooms are quite spacious, well decorated and with a big balcony

Good place if you like big all-inclusive complexes. Lot of swimming pools and big canteen, but it's crowdy and kind of noisy

The best place for diving lessons in a swim with instructor. The hotel is very clean, rooms ate comfortable and quiet. The restaurant offers delicious food. There is a small beach a few meters from the hotel.

The place looks klosed at 01.06.2020.It has no direct access to the beach, but the views are nice.

Some drawbacks, mostly mentioned for people to be aware and know what to expect: - long walk to the beach - small uphill road from restaurant to rooms complex (not seniors friendly) - bugs everywhere, especially on the road mentioned above (everybody was waving hands to protect themselves - got them in ears, nose,mouth, eyes) - there are no double rooms next or even close to eachother (they are at...

Beach is very clean and water depth is small (knee deep) for about 50m, making it very child and pet friendly. The hotel complex is huge and blends with the forrest around it

It is in a walking distance to city center either beach or pavement. It is pretty secure place when you are with your family. The food is good and gentlemen cook is pretty helpful with your choices

We are coming to hotel Forest Beach for the third time in a row with my family. This is a quiet place with lovely servicemen which are almost the same for the last three years

The facility which is in a close distance to beach, has its owns pools. As the name says, it is in the forest and almost impossible to see when you are at the beach

Clean, confortable, nice mix of forest and beach. Food varied and fits all tastes. Pet allowed in room and on the restaurant deck

Half of them don't speak Bulgarian which for me personally wasn't a problem at all. They were all super kind and dedicated. Huge minus for me is the beach and the lack of a beach bar

3/5 Great massage and the person who greets you at lunch and Dinner is fantastic. The rooms were taken care of with only the towels, toiletpaper, sink, toilet and sweeping the floors

Great place, very well trained staff, knows how to communicate with people and make them feel special: my brother had birthday and they decorated the bedroom and also surprised him with a bottle of champagne 🍾 great experience, clean rooms, they change towels and make the bed every day /trash and tidy/

The breakfast is excellent, the lunch is also delicious ☀️🌊 it is close to the north beach of Primorsko, it also has a small pool which is actually a big plus!

I recently stayed at Plamena Palace, and it exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, making our stay incredibly comfortable

Great hotel just off the beach which is one of the best on BG coastline, huge apartment, nice food and friendly staff. I would recommend it for families who are seeking quiet holiday. Will return next year

The lady was very nice and helpful, and we had very easy communication. She even sent pics of the chosen apartment in advance and of the beach to see umbrellas etc. The place was spacious, newly equipped, clean

The beach is across the street and even if you'd prefer to go back to the hotel and rest, there is a pool with a bar

Very xlose to the fine sand beach, quiet place with underground garage. The food an staff is great.

The beach itself is typical for the area - you have to cross the dunes, but there is a normal path to it, not just crumbling pieces of wood. The beach pub is open and decent - one of the best places I've visited

Wery nice hotel Perla beach is one of 3 hotels blue stripes and second is VIP red stripes nice sweeming pool for kids and adult 100meter from sea nice beach enjoy my week of holidays whive kids amaizing i Look forevard to come back one day👍

And what else surprised us are your umbrellas on the beach that bear the name of your hotel Perla Luxori and are completely rusty and torn in a terrible condition, not to mention the dirt and mess that is located around your beach where you have set aside these umbrellas and sunbeds

We would like to thank you for a wonderful vacation at the Perla Beach Hotel - Primorsko. We were there from 22-29 August 2023. Everything was fine except for the little things that you could work on to improve

The Perla Beach club has three parts - Perla Beach, Plaza and Luxury(offers beach seats) and its located 30m from the North Beach in Primorsko

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Hotel has a private beach with tents and umbrellas

The hotel is located near a nice beach

Great place, rooms were cosy but with modern design. Water in the swimming pool was too cold, but on the other hand it was refreshing during hot weather. I would recommend this place for a nice holiday.

I would especially like to mention the waitresses – always friendly, smiling, and attentive. In particular, Gabriela made a wonderful impression with her kindness and attention to detail

Cheap hotel suitable for modest customers. Dining room is nicely furnished. There is a clean pool with sun loungers and a outdoor bar. The rooms have noisy, but functional air-conditioning

Bad: There was nothing to hang your wet clothes/towels/bathing suits even though there was a terrace - and this is rather important at beach resort

At the evening you can hear the beach parties until quite late

Upscale middle class hotel, staff friendly and food good, but unfortunately a little cold. Location Central to the state, and shopping but not excessively loud.

At night you can hear music from near by disco club, not terrible but could be an issue for somebody. Double bed having just two single mattresses. First floor rooms lobby not divided from reception area by the door

Two swimming pools and an area for children. One thing has to be regulated by the hotel - smoking on the terrace of the restaurant. People are having dinner, children around but some guests don't care and smoke

Room are big and clean and bathroom also. Each day you feel nice wind due to location of hotel near to beach that’s helps to escape from hot weather. Food are all inclusive and it was each day something new and fresh

These include dirty and unsightly silicone in the bathroom, or the lack of basic cleaning in the room throughout the stay (sweeping/washing the floor). Bed linen and towels changed daily

As for sun loungers on the beach, tourists with red armbands have priority and have to find you a sun lounger, but we have never had a problem

Towels are changed every day, cleaned every day

I can go there and I really recommend it, and when I read that Poles book deckchairs, I wonder if anyone asked someone if they were Polish because there are really a lot of other tourists here, and even though the pool was full, we always found a deckchair

Every day, the gentlemen engaged us with a smile and engaged us in games and fun, which made our stay much more pleasant. The only drawback is the rooms, which look great at first glance, but have some shortcomings

We received breakfasts for the entirety of our stay as a means of compensation – it was brilliant! If I were to choose a hotel in Primorsko again, I would definitely return to Dara

Their prices are extremely budget friendly, the food is delicious, the rooms are tidy, the staff friendly, and there is even a pool with a sunbathing area free for the guests! It is not far away from the beach, either, nor the local theme park – which, however, does constitute as one of the downsides, as it is rather noisy at night, what with the majority of the rides being open from roughly 16:0...

100% recommend Dara hotel. Cozy, clean and situated at a very convenient location. The hosts are really nice, smiling and helpful. It would be great, if there were more places like this at the Bulgarian seaside.

I have stayed at the Dara a couple times now and will definitely come back. The rooms are nice with great balconies, great location, very cold air conditioning, very clean! The best part is the amazing staff

The only hotel in Primorsko that works in winter. In a quiet and comfortable place. Clean, bright and functional.

The hotel is on a quiet street but is very close to everything - town square, beach alley, amusement park. The water park was not too far, too, so we walked there on one of our vacation days

There were slopes explicitly for younger kids in one area of the park, so that was cool. We stayed by the pool a few mornings, because the water was so clear, and the kids just wanted to swim right away - so much fun

We found a very relaxing bar near the hotel for late nights, because we couldn’t be too far from the kids after 23:00. Breakfast and dinner were included, and we liked the variety

Although we liked spending time in the room, we were happy to hear that there’s an amusement park nearby, so we took the kids. They had a blast, and so did we

Great location at the heart of the town, close to both beaches. Clean and spacious room with a large balcony. Room has TV, fridge, WIFI. The host was friendly, welcoming and responds quickly.

Mediocre at best. Parking is limited to 3 spots and it is first come first served basis. We had to ask for towel change every day. No 24/7 reception.

The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. They met us at the entrance, explained everything and gave us the keys. The apartment was very spacious, clean and had 2 bathrooms, which was very useful
