Ok, so generally you'll be quite satisfied staying in this hotel 🏨. Food is quite tasty and it's plenty to choose from. Rooms are spacious and beds are really nice and comfortable. In my bathroom there was 🛁 and 🚿. You have few bars, two swimming pools to your disposal. It's about 5 min. to the ⛱️ which is clear and very 👍 Sun loungers and umbrellas on the hotel's fenced 🏖️ are free of charge. But...

Good location, town is a bit off, but nice. Staff hardly speaks Bulgarian and also almost nonexistent English, yet they are willing to help. Room furniture is somewhat old and unfunctional but just OK. There's no minibar in the room (it's ostensibly a 4-star hotel). Access to the beach is somewhat 500 m through a heavily built area. Food is OK. Cleanliness is average. Children might feel OK here.

My family and I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 7 days, in the middle of August. Although we did not have high expectations, we were thrilled. We got a huge apartment with a terrace and a nice view. everything was clean, the towels were changed every three days, but we demanded new towels every day, so we got it. This is definately not a 5-star hotel. The door in the bathroom was broken also the hanger, there was a leak from the fridge. Most of the things and facilities look old. Cheap hotel suitable for modest customers. Dining room is nicely furnished. There is a clean pool with sun loungers and a outdoor bar. The rooms have noisy, but functional air-conditioning. The hotel is located near a nice beach.

Nice hotel right by the beach. Most of all we appreciated the delicious food, the friendly and professional restaurant staff and the perfect cleanliness everywhere. The ladies at the reception could be more pleasant. But overall the hotel is great!

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park. We were about the only Americans, which is always a treat.

Very Poor Service. This is an expensive restaurant, and for the prices one shall expect excellent service. Instead the personnel was very unwelcoming (we've never heard "please"), they didn't know what the dishes contain, and used aggressive language. We have been going here for 10 years. The only real problem is the food. Chef should be fired, F&b manager as well, long time ago. Not international standard. Cold food. Location is top and beautiful with a great beach near by. The base is pretty old though. It's definitely not a 5 star, more like a solid 3-star hotel. The Saint Thomas Holiday Village is one of my favorite places on the Bulgarian Black Sea! I love it for a number of reasons, mainly - it has a great location, friendly staff, excellent food… And the list goes on and on! Yes, some of the apartments need a bit of repair, but overall it has great value for the money paid.

The hotel is located in a unique place. You don't have to rush to the beach, which is an advantage when you are with a child. It was clean all the time even in the evening when everyone was coming back from the beach. The view from the room is amazing. It had everything you needed for a wonderful vacation with a toddler.

All good, but food is below expectations. My stomach was in pain every single day. There is no non-smoking section so no matter where you go outside either pool or the terrace, you will be treated with the cigarettes smoke.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.
