My family and I stayed in the apartment part of the hotel for 7 days, in the middle of August. Although we did not have high expectations, we were thrilled. We got a huge apartment with a terrace and a nice view. everything was clean, the towels were changed every three days, but we demanded new towels every day, so we got it. This is definately not a 5-star hotel. The door in the bathroom was broken also the hanger, there was a leak from the fridge. Most of the things and facilities look old. The only thing that I am putting 3 star is because of the spa center and room maid. The guys in spa are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this spa, amazing service. Cheap hotel suitable for modest customers. Dining room is nicely furnished. There is a clean pool with sun loungers and a outdoor bar. The rooms have noisy, but functional air-conditioning. The hotel is located near a nice beach.

Great place, rooms were cosy but with modern design. Water in the swimming pool was too cold, but on the other hand it was refreshing during hot weather. I would recommend this place for a nice holiday.

Solid place to stay for access to beach and general area. The buffets were all decent and staff was helpful. Cool view of the pool below and a defunct neighboring water park. We were about the only Americans, which is always a treat.

Very nice hotel right next to a beautiful beach. Great staff, especially in the bars, restaurant and cleaning ladies. Lots of friendly people. Delicious and varied meals. Everything perfectly clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the attitude of the manager Galia Todeva - NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AT ALL. Otherwise, the hotel exceeded our expectations!

The rooms are decent, but the food is poor( not too many options) and not tasty. You don't have where to park your car because is always full.

All good, but food is below expectations. My stomach was in pain every single day. There is no non-smoking section so no matter where you go outside either pool or the terrace, you will be treated with the cigarettes smoke.

I'd say it's perfect for it's price and I surely would visit it again. The rooms are corresponding to five stars - super spacious, brand new equipment, huge wardrobes with lots of storage space. We’ve been coming here for 12 years and have never been disappointed. The management and staff are outstanding. What I love most is that the hotel is away from the busiest and noisiest parts of the main city, and it’s very close to one of the best beaches in Bulgaria, which is wild and has beautiful dunes.

The hotel is at a very nice location right on the beach line. The food is a hit-and-miss some of the food is very nice and other not so good. There is a swimming pool and underground car park, but it is a bit tricky to park as it's quite busy and tight to manoeuvre.

We had a reservation for an apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room with two extended couches, there was only one. Also, there were supposed to be 2 bathrooms, there was only one (not fun for 6 adults). The view is lovely, the building seems new and elegant. The staff was ok. Breakfast was edible, not great. Medium cleanliness. All in all, it's ok but not a 4 stars hotel.

The hotel is new, nice and clean. Staff is super nice. The food is really good, as well and there is an underground parking, which means our car isn't in the sun outside all day. The beach is across the street and even if you'd prefer to go back to the hotel and rest, there is a pool with a bar. Superb experience!

We had a 2 rooms family room with 2 baths and 2 balcony. Chilly. Meal was wonderful. Grill, hot and cold meat, european and local also fish. Fruits, green salads always, Exclusively lovely staff. Everything was fine except for the little things that you could work on to improve. I'll start - Every time you enter a restaurant, you could stop asking guests for their room number, because every single guest has a blue wristband on their arm, it's terribly annoying...

I wouldn't call it a five star hotel, rather a three star. I have been at five star hotels and the services can hardly be compared to what Perla beach luxury has offered. Very nice hotel. It's modern, clean, short walk from the beach. Spa and breakfast were included for our room. Very nice pool area with a bar. Large kids play room on the first floor. Small shops and good variety of eateries all around. Mid-September is off season , it's quiet, no crowds, the weather and the sea are still super nice and warm.

Siena Palace is absolutely amazing place to stay clean rooms, service is always great, breakfast is very good too. It near north beach which is IMHO best beach in primorsko. People are nice and welcoming and always willing to help. Iam very sattisfied, I am here for 2nd time, 1st 2016 and now 2024 and it is still perfect and high standard.

An amazing place to stay on the seaside if you're looking for a calm and relaxing visit. The villas are in the woods, so it's cool, even in the hottest days. Sea isn't as calm as you like - swimming pools. And to top it off - all-inclusive has different themes every evening, so your taste buds don't get bored

We stayed at Villas Holiday in 2018, but it is almost the same. The bungalows are divided half to Ropotamo half to Holiday. They are old, but renovated and in relatively good shape. The location is great - close to the water, the woods is perfect for hiding, place to play beach volleyball, playground for smaller children, clean swimming pool, delicious food.

The overall experience at Sunrise was unique. Plus for us was that we had the opportunity to be with our pet. The hotel is quite with a united staff and a pleasant atmosphere. For the children there were animators who are quite concerned with entertaining them with quality, ie. they are not those who run a program as long as time passes. The hotel definitely doesn't deserve 5* and the food is probably 2*, monotonous, it's hard to choose something to eat, the coffee is terrible and the drinks are not good. Awesome place. There is an 4 levels building with nice tall entrance full of glasses that ensure you feeling for high building instead of. There is a palms inside the lobby which is 3 meter high it was so impressive at night to watch palms and drink some fresh drink. We ware 5 night sleeping in 402 rooms with kid of one year old. We did not like the hotel for its price. The room has not been renovated for many years, there is no air conditioning, the parking lot is crowded and it was noisy from the street. At the reception they were very kind and the cleanliness was acceptable.

Just on 10 min walking distance from the centre. I would definitely recommend it. The only bad thing was that the frape and freshly squeezed juice are not included in the all inclusive.

There weren’t enough spaces for everyone even though we booked the hotel with the assurance that there will be an umbrella and two loungers per room. We enjoyed our stay and will go again. In particular, the staff were all excellent and the standard of food was very good. You can park your car just down the side of the hotel. And just a few minutes walk to the beach.
