Villas in Sozopol

Lovely plce. The villas are clean and the place is pretty quiet and relaxing. It is close to some of the most popular beaches. There are free parking spots, nice pool and a barbeque. I strongly recommend it.

The accommodation was perfect - well-maintained and clean. People were wonderful - positive and smiling.

Five lovely villas surrounding a beautiful pool. Very well kept grounds and villas. Clean and well maintained. Only complaint is that the kitchen in the villa only has a minimum of plates, bowls and other utensils. Great for a large family group.

was met on arrival and taken to the villa, we were a party of seven and found it clean and spacious, nice beaches were only for us a short walk, some family got a taxi back for 12lv. Parking in sozopol is not good please only use parks as there are many tow away zones, car parks 3lv an hour

The villa deserves the highest opinion. A very nicely kept place. Clean, very nice and friendly owners. Our room was cleaned daily and towels were changed several times a week. My rating is 5+ Everything worked smoothly, there were no problems with the operation of the devices. We spent 14 days of totally chilled out vacation here.

I visit SG Villa every summer with my friends. It definitely feels like a very luxurious treat if that’s what you’re after! My friends and I visit SG villa each summer and we have always been absolutely satisfied with the place. The villa is family- and friends-friendly, with many rooms, an outside playground, and an indoor gym. The location is close to the beach. There is also a supermarket one minute away from the villa, as well as a Lidl 3-5 minutes away by car. I recommend this place with both hands!

We had quite a hard time finding the place, since google maps let us down. So we ended up in the wrong place (there's a guest house called Olympia, and no, that's not the same as Olimpia) and called the owner for help. Firstly, I am exceptionally pleased with the service and especially the boys at reception. They greeted me with a smile and were very polite and helpful during my whole stay. The room, which overlooked the sea, was also wonderful. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to relax for a couple days

The location, staff and food were okay, but the room was far from properly cleaned.. checking in, we found smudges all over the mirror and someone else’s razor in the bathroom. Our daughter (2-yr old), dropped her hair band, I told her to get it and she brought me a different one (not ours) 😳 There are two drawers in the room - one had some painkillers and the other - the wrapper of a used condom ...

The staff was polite and helpful. The location is good, the beach is excellent. The pools are always an good option for the kids and adults. Room was good, but go with higher class room if you are with kids. Standard room is not very big, but it's nice and conformable. The food was good and had choice.

Really good hotel. I think it's only one that has pools in Sozopol. Services are excellent and location is few meters from the beach. Breakfast is good. Rooms are clean and have air-conditioning. Drinks one the pool bar and lobby bar are ok price.

We went at the beginning of September 2019 and we had amazing time staying at this location. Really nice food at breakfast, our room was big and had seaside view. What I didn't like was water in the pool being too cold and I couldn't swim. The beach is really close but sometimes there was red flag. First time visiting Sozopol and we enjoyed our stay.

The main plus of the hotel in its location

The apartments are comfortable, the beach is close. However, the common lawns are not maintained and this spoils the feeling of a beautiful place. There are no grocery, fruit or vegetable shops nearby.

Nice apartment with very good location!

Great customer service, not a bad breakfast and not a bad location. However, dirty rooms! The floor is dusty, the toilet seat was disgustingly yellow, and the sheets had stains. Also, mad expensive for what they offered. Wouldn’t recommend nor come back.

The rooms were comfortable. The food was medeoker, but the staff was super friendly. There is a parking space for 12lv per day.

With breakfasts, excellent price/performance ratio. We had everything we needed for a moderate price. Refrigerator and air-conditioning was in a room. Approx. 300 m to the beach (and to the Lidl supermarket) and 400 m to street food restaurants in Sozopol.

Average place, not really clean rooms. I can say that it amortized. Common for Sozopol, there is no parking place, but there is overnight parking not far away from the hotel. Room price is average based on the season price. Beach is near like 5 minutes by walk. There is small pool which the water quality seems not really clean.

The hotel has a very good location, about 5 minutes from both beaches. The rooms are clean with air conditioning, the staff is extremely friendly. We were very pleased with our stay. And yes ... I would visit him again. 🙂😊

1. Gyro station. Didn't try. Saw a 15 yo worker sitting on the counter and smoking while the other kid was preparing the food. We had a very pleasant stay there. It is the best place to have a beach holidays with small children, as everything is so closeby: beach, pool , food entertainment, health centre. The food was good and plenty. The service was very good especially in the restaurants and the bars. The entertainment was enjoyable and the children liked it a lot. Well done!

Exceptional from any point of view or needs to be met. Location also exceptional with long Beach and little forest in the back of the hotel. We simply loved being there!

Overall positive experience! Parasols on the beach are very transparent and do not provide sufficient protection from the sun. There is a pool bar but no beach bar. Food is good and rooms are clean.Good variety of entertainment!

The smoke goes into ventilation and from there in the other rooms, so that sucks. And we got Covid from our holiday, because of the lack of guests' hygiene...

It's like a mini village. You have everything you could need there, including a medical centre. Unfortunately the guests are very unreasonable. Some smoke in rooms and the smoke goes into ventilation.

The rooms were great, the food wasn't bad at all either. The private beach was an another great addition. However, the swimming pools closed at 18:00pm, and you can easily get shouted at for being outside your room after dinner. Beware of swallow nests, snakes, mosquitoes and sea bugs.

It's the English couple here, room 301 2.9.24 to 9.9.24 We have just had a fantastic week in Bulgaria staying at the Viva Mare Hotel in Sozopol. Nice and light large rooms, comfortable bed and great bathroom. The service is excellent, and some minor details can be improved, but overall, for Bulgaria, the service is quite good, and the staff is well trained and accommodating. Automatic curtains are an excellent touch. The open view from/to bathroom/bedroom is interesting but not for everyone. What I would add are bug nets on the windows.

Clean nice new interior. Well maintained close complex with private apartments and nice hotel. The complex has tennis courts and other sports facilities. Several pools and restaurants inside the closed complex. Unfortunately the hotel complex does not have a nice sea beach, but nearby there are some nice beaches. Also for the guests of the hotel there is no good enough parking option in my opinion

We’ve stayed in highlight room - the room had a lot of features (automatic curtains, heated floor, a lot of control of the lights), the terrace was big with very nice view. There is more to want from the restaurant.We had breakfast and dinner included and they were not awful but they were not great also .The biggest problem that I faced was the parking issue . What a hidden gem of a hotel. We finally stayed 5 nights here with B&B option, but we could have also chosen all inclusive. Beautiful gardens and pool, quiet comfortable rooms, yummy restaurant with amazing breakfast lunch and dinner, which we also tried. And all of this was really for a great price. The beach and sea was just a minute's walk through the gardens. Spectacular!

Everything was perfect! Except the food, for the money that we paid! The choice was very poor. The pizza as an afternoon snack was delicious. The people who work there were very friendly and nice. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is very near.

Extremely clean and tidy - every year I go to the sea several times and go around - I have never received such a clean for such a price! Nice place for family vacation. It is well maintained. The personal is mostly friendly. The beach is too small though and is not part of the complex, but the pools are great. There are mainly Russian tourist and families Germans and British, are seen too.
