Good hotel, suitable for family rest with children, works on system "all inclusive". One of the few hotels in the resort complex Sunny Beach, which has free parasols and sun loungers on the beach. A high level of service for which the hotel several times received prestigious international awards.

Location: a resort complex Sunny Beach, 28 km from the airport of Burgas, in the Northern part of the resort and 3 km from the city centre.
Consists of one 6-storey building.
Total 232 rooms (no rooms with sea view).
Total area: 14 500 m2 (together with the Helena Sands).
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel, 1 line. Umbrellas, sunbeds on the beach – free of charge (limited number), towels for free.

Lovely hotel & staff; the food is great, the beetroot they serve is amazing. I usually don't indulge in beetroot but when I saw it cut up like that on the buffet table, amongst all of the vegetables; I knew it was calling me. So good, so red, so juicy! Tasted amazing and I ate it every single day for every meal. Easily the best beetroot I've ever had and the best part of my entire trip!

We were here for one week in July on an all-inclusive and we enjoyed our stay. However there are some things that we don´t rate highly about our stay.
Positives:
- The food is good and has a lof of varieties to offer.
- The staff in general gives great service and are very helpful.
- The hotel has a great location if you want to relax and is just a few minutes from the city centre.
Negatives:
- The hotel in general needs a renovation. It is starting to look old.
- For a five star hotel, the beds are dreadful. Very hard.
- During the day, the «animation program» (entertainment) the hotel has to offer is very loud and pushy in getting you to join certain activities. After a few days you get tired from being asked 3-4 times a day if you want to join some of the activities. I am sure they mean well and are great people, but try to read the room.
It is worth adding that the sound system they use may have had its glory days in the early 2000´s.
I would give the hotel as a whole an 6 out of 10.

Everything is very well 👍 varied and delicious food and drinks. Excellent animation and evening programs , comfortable rooms , thorough cleaning, attentive staff. there was no problem with sun loungers, as sometimes written. Thanks to all the employees, I want to come back here again.

We had an amazing time, can’t say anything bad. The food is lovely and every day a slight variation. The beach is so close and can use free loungers everyday. The ‘animations’ teams are absolutely amazing, and work so hard- lovely people and really entertaining. Water polo was so much fun.
Really good location along the strip. Very close to all the markets and rides but can’t hear anything from the hotel. Shop right outside if you need anything.
We had a late flight not until midnight. They let us keep our wristbands- still could have drinks, breakfast and lunch plus they gave us a courtesy room for half an hour to have a shower and get changed after using the pool. Free towels everyday. Pool is cold but as it has been so hot, it was very refreshing. Will 100% recommend and will be back.

Good location at the end of the strip so much quieter.
Shame it didn't have sea views as blocked by sister hotel in front of it.
Access to own bit of beach.
Food was good, varied and fresh.

Arrived at 1.30am after travelling all day to be informed that the food they had laid on for late arrivals had all been ate so nothing for us also informed the minibar was stocked with 2 cans of lager 2 juices and 2 bottles of water for the first night only if you wanted it stocking up you would have to pay this in an all inclusive hotel. Repetitive food for all meals toilets by the restaurant we're the nearest to pool and bar and mostly in a state. There was nothing around this hotel as stated that there we're shops around only 2 supermarkets across the road. Would not give this hotel any more than 3 stars. Also at the pool people we're grabbing 2 to 3 cushions for their sunbeds not leaving any for other people should be a notice and enforced one cushion per sunbed

These are personal views but I was disappointed with the food and drink at this hotel. Our room was lovely, and always kept clean. The hotel itself and the pool area was super. We celebrated an anniversary and they arranged a lovely surprise for me from my husband. Lots of sunbeds and parasols available. The food was okay but not fantastic unless you love salad. Breakfast was fine, but at lunch or dinner lots of the meat cuts were cheap, like veal knuckle or shin. It was more like a canteen where the sliced meat went quite dry unless it was in a sauce. The biggest let down was the alcohol being served. No branded gin or Bacardi and awful machine soft drinks. We went out to visit bars we've known before, and two independently told us they wouldn't serve the brands we were getting. We visited the Sands next door and I wish we'd picked it. Hotel is beautiful, branded alcohol which you have to pay for, but at least you can get a Gordon's gin, Bacardi and a proper can of Coke. The beach bar is over priced, but again the staff are really nice. Sadly the hotel wasn't nice enough to warrant going back.

We have been on many holidays, to many different places, but this is top. Excellent food, perfect service. Lots of families with little children, not everybody might like that.
