Room was clean and sizable. Bathroom is on the smaller side.
There was an older smell in the air in our room when we first walked in but you forget about it quickly. They have Dove products in the shower which is really nice because my skin doesn't feel dry when I get up in the morning, even with the A/C on.
Complimentary breakfast was very nice, as some hotels tend to not offer it. Pool was nice to use.
Quite a bit of parking space. Will stop in again.

I'm not sure if I like this place. We could hear all the noise from the lobby. Kids running and adults talking. It was definitely not a quiet hotel. But the room is clean and spacious and the breakfast was great.

Location for this hotel is great as it’s a quick 8-10 minute drive to West Edmonton Mall. The rooms are average, our room was supposed to be two queens but had 1 king and a double bed, which was odd. The breakfast is pretty standard, one meat and eggs, cereal, waffles, fruit; no spectacular but gets you full. The rooms cleanliness was mediocre (pieces of food in the corners and closet). Staff were friendly. Poor, water slide and hot tub were great! Fitness centre is okay, but far too hot.

Had a very nice stay. The breakfast is great. The pool is awesome. However I wasn’t too pleased with my room this stay. We opened the one drawer to find someone else’s dirty clothes inside. And then throughout our stay we would find random clumps of false eyelashes. Our AC unit also rattled quite loud and made it hard to sleep listening to it. Other than that had a great stay. Love how close the hotel is to the mall.

Calling the number sucks - go to the desk. They are super helpful and professional. The rooms are basic, clean and very nice. The pool and hot tub area is great. Breakfast is awesome. Will definitely stay again. Literally had to leave the holiday inn and suites at 260 a night for the same size of room, 40 minutes on the phone booking (wrong room)

We arrived late into the night. The front desk processed our reservations promptly. The pool was appropriate in size and well used. Breakfast was pretty standard.....sausages, bacon and eggs. Breakfast area was clean and comfortable. I would come back to this hotel.

Hotel is one of my favorites I have stayed at in Edmonton. Nice pool, hot tub and gym. Fairly new, well furnished, quiet and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Overall it's an good hotel especially if you have children as there is a pool with a slide but without my kids I would probably choose to stay elsewhere. Pros: The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean, complimentary breakfast, the pool area and fitness room, the AC in the rooms works well, it's located close to the mall and amenities. Cons: It can be loud since a lot of families stay here (ask to not be by the elevator or stairs), the beds are quite firm which isn't my preference, and I don't like their pillows so always bring my own.

Having stayed at this hotel several times I was disappointed at the state of our most recent room. There were pieces of the bathtub completely missing. As in, someone had cracked the tub and peeled away sections of the tub itself where you could see the insulation below. I did report the damage upon arrival however the front desk was not very concerned. I also let them know upon check out that this room should not be allowed to be booked until the tub is replaced. I don’t imagine the hotel will address it prior to booking the room again because if they had appropriate standards for their rooms, they wouldn’t have put my family in there in the first place. This used to be such a great family hotel but I think that was our last stay.
