1- Water leaking from under the bathroom sink.

2- Power outage more than once.

3 - The window is dirty .

4 - The room is cold

there were bed bug in the bed and it make my back super itchy and i dont like it and then we saw a dead person outside then a firetruck come

This hotel is one of the worst that I’ve been to. Customer service was not great. The staff were not friendlly at all. Never seen anyone of them smile. The pool, bedroom and bathroom are dirty and the tub was plugged. At breakfast, the kitchen flooded and the water flowed to the dining area and they tried to mop it but there was too much water so they used the pool towels to stop the water from flowing to the dining area and when the kitchen door opened, noticed that the water was coming from the ceiling. Paid almost $200 for one night for this crappy place. NOT WORTH IT!!! Don’t make the same mistake we did and stay away from this hotel.

The hotel i was first time i visit the hotel was very old location vey bad no food i can find very far away from the airport can not find most Chinese people but i will visit again

Overall the hotel was quiet, the staff friendly and the rooms were clean. Location is central with easy access to everything. Breakfast is fine and included with the stay. Parking is $10/night, which is cheap for downtown.

That being said, I wouldn't stay again. The entire hotel and rooms are in desperate need of repairs and basic maintenance. Everything down to the bedding and towels were worn. The rooms were very hot and stuffy with minimal heat control available. I turned the heat off in our room entirely and it wasn't until the third night that the temperature was bearable. There was no turn down service provided during our stay and we had to find cleaning staff in order to get toilet paper.

On our second night the fire alarm went off at 2am, it was a false alarm but we still had to leave the hotel for about 30min. No apologies were offered by staff for the inconvenience and it took forever for my kid to fall back asleep. As we were in town for a sports competition this greatly affected my kid's ability to compete the next day.

We chose the hotel due to its close proximity to the sports venue we needed to go to, but in the future we will stay further away for a better hotel experience and deal with the driving.
