We recently stayed at Hotel Bisha for 5 nights and can’t wait to come back. The staff is very welcoming and inclusive, and after staying hundreds of nights at Marriott / Starwood properties I give it to the Bisha’s front desk staff for their hospitality and for having the most stylish uniforms. The food and decor is top notch. Beware if you are assigned a room facing the rear of the hotel that you’ll hear trucks beeping most mornings (and slightly later on Saturdays).

The price is only right for the starting position, and everything else is so-so.

The check-in time is too late. People staying in the hotel cannot have priority to dine in the hotel restaurant. They must make a reservation. The room is okay. There are many Middle Eastern people.

The location of the hotel is very good, the room is very clean and has a sense of design, I stayed in Andy's room for 3 days. The service is also very good. In the middle of the night, the waiter will bring you boiling water after a while. The fly in the ointment is that the old house's water outlet and drainage are not very good, and the water from the faucet is all white. The rooftop pool has a nice view but the water is a bit cold.

Hotel is nice but the front receptionist Karissa is horrible at accommodating hotel guests. She has no decency and has a very disrespectful tone when talking. I understand you have certain protocols but she was belittling me and talking down to me as if I didn't belong there. She made me feel as I was lying to her about staying there after I gave her all the details and even called the room to confirm with my boyfriend to let me up the elevator. She still had a very hostile attitude towards me that I did not appreciate. She has a big ego and zero customer service skills. We are paying guests and spent tons of money in the hotel even going to their restaurants both days. I don't understand why she thinks she is above the people paying to stay there.. she is the worker ... she should be treating the guests with respect! Not hostility! She is miserable grumpy old woman.. if she hates her job so much why work there?? I don't get it! Horrible experience I hope she gets called out for this review. I will be calling their office to complain as well.. I feel disgusted by this woman.

Basically I really liked the weekend at the Bisha hotel. The welcome was very good. My only negative point was at the level of housekeeping. When I arrive I find that several towels were stained, the chairs dirty and some furniture badly cleaned. But for the comfort, it was very good. I realy like the look of my roomand the balcony.

Bisha Hotel is one of THE best places I've stayed in my years of travel. The level of attention to detail that went into creating the space was seen and appreciated. The humans who work there elevated the experience for me as well. I felt welcome each and every time I exited and entered the hotel.

Johnathan was very kind in getting me squared away in my room, and he was helpful in recommending the restaurants that comprise the building. I ate at two of the three while there.

I plan to return there sooner than later.
