I had an absolutely exceptional stay at The Hazelton Toronto. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable—warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Every staff member I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and looked after.

The hotel was beautiful! I loved everything about it! The terrace view of the city at night time was so pretty! Neighborhood is very clean, high-end stores all around and lots to do all within walking distance! Staff treated you like royalty.

A good experience, a combination of modernity and classics, easy to travel, just a few minutes walk from the hotel, museums and other popular attractions, it is worth staying.

The place is expensive, but is definitely worth it. The best part of the stay, STAFF - the most polite, friendly and helpful staff I have encountered, and I have stayed at many up market hotels / resorts.
Every staff greeted my 4-year-old well, she got plenty of toys to play with. The trips arranged by the hotel were fabulous.
Room always clean after house keeping visit, corridors were always tidy and fresh. The food at One Restaurant is really expensive, but I dont think people will get cheaper food in close proximity. Even uber eat can be expensive. However, fish course such as Salmon & Scallops were delicious.

I didn’t stay in the hotel, this review is for the restaurant only. This is the place to see beautiful wealthy people in Toronto. For straight up people watching it really can’t be beat. Service is good and the atmosphere is what you’d expect. For the best people watching my friend, a local, recommends the long side of the outdoor patio.
The food, however was not worth what they charge. It wasn’t bad, in fact, it was very good. But for the price, and the hype, I would have expected a little more than a very average and generic upscale restaurant menu.
My own meal was good, the Caesar salad was no better than you could get at, say an Applebee’s, the tuna sashimi was very good, but much more expensive than most sushi, restaurants, it really would have been a more appropriate appetizer. My dessert was just so heavy without any tart counterpoint to balance it that I couldn’t eat more than a few bites.
So, if you have a large wallet, are happy with good enough, food and love people watching this is your place.
