Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Return I rarely leave bad reviews, but this stay was honestly not worth the money. Towels weren’t changed at all during our time there, and asking for extra toilet roll felt like we were asking for something outrageous — the staff were far from helpful. The pool itself wasn’t clean especially after the pool party, felt like I was constantly dodging cigarette ends which was really off-putting, and the so-called “swim-up” rooms were a letdown. They’re not what you’d expect at all — you can technically get into the pool, but it’s definitely not the private, relaxing setup the name suggests. On check-out, there’s nowhere secure to leave your luggage. We were told to just leave our bags in the middle of the reception area, completely unattended. No room to freshen up either, so if you have a late flight, good luck. No plug sockets you have to pay for the privilege of charging your phones Wouldn’t stay here again. There are definitely better options in Ayia Napa for the same price

5 star absolutely fantastic time enjoyed every moment very friendly staff and very clean rooms would recommend it to anyone and will be returning very soon with more friends to show how much value you can get and have a great time with awesome staff

10/10 service. the staff are so lovely and upgraded our room completely free of charge! the rooms are gorgeous and beds are so comfy! it’s around a 20 minute walk to the main napa area which is convenient and the pool is great too. bathrooms are lovely and can’t fault the staff and service at all!

Overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The room service staff were polite, responsive, and quick to assist. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. However, check-in was delayed, and after every shower, water leaked in the bathroom, which was inconvenient.

I will never come back unfortunately. From the point of view of cleanliness, there is none. Very old towels, they were torn and almost looked like they hadn't been washed. In the room, the air conditioner often does not work. I had cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom
There was grease in the bathroom and the shower cabin looked like it had never been cleaned

The rooms were OK but cleaning could have been better. Staff were OK but not the most welcoming, they looked bored.

Pools were nice and location was good.

Overall, the hotel was OK. You get what you pay for.

Perfect location, closse to Nissi Avenue, but in a quiet place. Just a few steps away Beach, shops and good restaurants. Lovely swimming pools, tennis courts and well-kept gardens. Great place, I'm already planning my next holidays there.

All I have to say is the pictures are over 10 years old, the rooms are dirty, the cleaning staff have no idea of how to clean, the towels are old and still look filthy when they are supposed to be clean the sheets are stained and very old, needs a lot of work doing, the reception staff are rude and that breakfast shouldn’t be called English those sausages have never seen England, no bar like it says, and it’s not self catering a kettle and a fridge come on get a grip two cups and saucers nothing else (really) never again

We resided in the new building and honestly it was great, the room was clean the view was great and the location made it super easy to travel around the city. I was scared because some of the other reiwes but i didnt have any problems during my stay. The stuff were very accomadating and its a great value for the price. The only thing that stop me from giving 5 stars is the lack of dietary alternatives in the breakfast.
