Small hotel near the sandy beach of Ayia NAPA. All rooms and suites are decorated in natural colours, some rooms have a Seating area. so me and my boyfriend stayed here for 4 nights. overall it was a really good experience. the service was sooo good the staff was lovely and so friendly. on our last day our waitress brought my boyfriend undercooked pastry, as compensation we got the specialty coctail and of course new pastry.
the rooms weren’t perfect, wasn’t the cleanest room i’ve seen, there were used snus on the back part of our bed and the shower was a little dirty, but we did have our own mini fridge, a really cute balcony and a big bed. the rooms got amazing noice cancelling tho!! there were a lot of teens blasting music day and night 2 meters away from our balcony door - didnt hear a thing when the door was closed
the other problem were the pools. since it was so hot when we stayed there the pools were so warm that it wasn’t able to cool us down at all. it wasnt all that bad really, but it was pretty annoying. also the pools arent the cleanest
the food was really good, we payed for breakfast and dinner, and i’d say it was totally worth it. you get a menu card on what you wanna order and it’s one meal per person. still we always left with a full stomach and the food was never not enough. i wanna recommend their pizzas, those were my favorite.
the location was good, we were 7 minutes away from the beach, which was also really pretty. there were some stores, a best buy, and a fruit market pretty close by.

The younger Man on the front desk was really rude and very unwelcoming when we first arrived, another women on front desk was also quite rude and unhelpful. However there was a really nice woman at the cafe in the hotel and a young women on the front desk who was lovely. Mine and friends hotel room was on other sides of hotel. About a 20 min walk from the strip

Do not stay here, one particular staff member is extremely rude and not helpful whatsoever. Ask a simple question and she laughs in your face and is patronising or refuses to help. Our room didn’t get cleaned until our 5th day where they put a dirty sheet on one of the beds and gave us other people’s towels that were left on the sun loungers, not to mention our towels were also taken on the first day. Cleaners knock then if you haven’t answered within a second they let themselves In while we are sleeping or for all they know could’ve been getting dressed.

This hotel is Best of the Best In aiya nappa, best price , very cheap 👌 I spent more than 25 days in this hotel and I loved it so I book for more and more days.

This hotel was so dirty and had so much wrong with it. The staff were extremely rude. The rooms had dirty sheets and towels and alot of things broken in them. The rooms were dark and has no lock on the doors either. The swimming pool was dirty and smelt awful. I did not eat at this hotel due to the dirty seen in the room, I didbt trust the food.

Great Location, but the cleanliness is on a extremely low level (old part of the hotel in comparison to the new hotel building). Lovely Slovakian lady who works there as well as Gentlemen working the night shift.
Old building - dirty rooms, bathrooms are so stained and hygiene is horrible, towels are washed so many times that have stains that are not possible to clean and they keep providing those towels, rooms are literally falling apart etc). Cockroaches. Don’t get fooled by the pictures from the internet. The worst hotel I’ve stayed till now.
New building is a way nicer, we had to pay additional fee to switch rooms which was a negative surprise due to the unprofessionalism and first room condition. After changing the room, shower hasn’t been cleaned at all. They don’t use vacuum, just a broom. Housekeeping is rude, making faces and giving attitude.
Avoid this hotel.

Such a great stay at this hotel! The pool area is unreal, perfect location not too far from the strip. The staff are lovely and were very helpful when we needed it! Super quick process of checking in, would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to ayia Napa and are looking for a nice hotel close to the strip!

This place was simply amazing, stunning pool area and a great location just far enough away from the strip to not be too crazy. And close enough to be near all of the amenities. With friendly staff and clean facilities this hotel is well worth the price point. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel - loved the pool area, the rooms were clean. Exceeded expectations after reading some of the other reviews, if I’m honest I’m not sure they even stayed here?
The staff at the reception were very helpful and a great place to stay with my friends, already looking at booking again for next year.
