Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel

I was there in May this year 🌴. The best hotel I've ever been! Service is perfect, rooms big. Food is delicious, pool so big. It's very nice that the hotel is close to the sea 🌊. I have very fond memories of the time I spent there ✨.

The card easily got deactivated. We needed to activate them 2-3 times during the stay.
The entertainment could be better at nights. Sometimes it felt like background music.
Rooms had very bad isolation, you could hear everything outside the door. Even a normal conversation or steps.

Rate 9,5/10. Strongly recommend this hotel.

The entertainment staff were great and tried really hard to have something for everyone. The pool was nice and very clean however it is a shame that it closes at 6pm(although I understand why they do it).There were plenty of sunbeds for everyone and towels were provided with a small deposit.Our room had a very small balcony but with the sliding doors completely open it was beautiful. The only issue was regarding the food.

I visited the Atlantica Sancta Napa Hotel during week 34. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive stay, and although I had some reservations about the concept, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was nearly perfect, with just a few minor issues—for instance, some pool bar staff members were not very skilled and occasionally made drinks incorrectly.

Regarding the rooms, we stayed on the adults-only side, which is newly renovated. The rooms were nice, but the bathrooms were extremely small. I tend to notice details, and while the rooms were renovated, some of the finishing touches were done cheaply in places. We also had an issue with housekeeping, as our room wasn't cleaned on two occasions, which required us to contact the front desk both times.

The food was a positive surprise! There was a wide variety, and every day offered something new. However, one negative aspect was the lack of hygiene measures in the restaurants. There were no hand-washing stations or even hand sanitizer dispensers near the entrances. People would come straight from the pool to eat, which was honestly a bit unpleasant. Additionally, the behavior of some British guests was less than ideal, but of course, that's not the hotel's fault.

The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach and other destinations.

Overall, the vacation was very pleasant and relaxing, almost worthy of 5 stars, but a few issues brought the rating down to four. Nevertheless, I would happily return and can warmly recommend this destination to others.

We had a wonderful vacation on the beautiful island of Cyprus, and the hotel played a significant role in that experience.
The staff was very kind and helpful, and this applies to every person I interacted with.
The room was a bit small for two adults and a child, so I recommend choosing family rooms instead. However, it was clean, and daily housekeeping and towel replacement were provided. The air conditioning was very efficient with no unpleasant odors. The view from the balcony was fantastic!
The hotel's cuisine was excellent, and I haven't encountered better food anywhere else. The location was great—close to the beach and the city center, yet relatively quiet. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, and once again, thank you for such a pleasant experience :)

A very nice Hotel. Very friendly staff in all parts of the hotel, all inclusive is what applies. Very well prepared food for lunch and dinner, there is something for everyone, a big plus for a well-sized salad bar. Between the food, there is the snack kiosk that serves lighter and simpler food. Here too, very good. And a bar that makes good drinks, that's important when you're on vacation.
The location is really good, very close to the sea and a block away and you have the center. Two supermarkets selling everything possible outside.

If there's anything to complain about, it's the pool area, is very cramped, packed with chairs so it's hard to walk between. And you have to be here early to get sunbeds, and many people lay out their towels on the chairs and then they can come back several hours later because they have been down in the sea. And minus for all the rules in the pool, you are not allowed to do anything in the pool, difficult when you have children who like to jump a little.
The pool is quite full with people and it seems that the treatment plant can't keep up, the pool easily becomes very cloudy and warm, not so fresh.

But I can highly recommend this hotel, and if I go to Ayia Napa, it will definitely be this hotel.

We had a room in the new complex, new and modern, goods views, even thou where 100m from the beach, food is great, loads to choose from. Main pool has lots beds and can be busy but there quite areas if you want them, staff are always there and very helpful to your every need, would definitely come back, can't fault it.

Had a fantastic 11 night stay, fantastic location just a very short walk from the strip and beach. The staff were amazing especially the entertainment staff. Food was faultless, good WiFi, very clean and well managed. Enjoyed it so much we booked to go back same time next year, big thank you for making us so welcome x

We had all-inclusive, and the food was great - morning, lunch, evening and everything in between.

One extra, special, thanks to one specific waiter, who made our stay really special for our kid. From day one he took his hand and made him smile every day for the rest of the week.
On his birthday, the friendly waiter brought the crew along, with a cake, and sang happy birthday during dinner.

We don’t know his name, but Rumle says “hello and hopefully we meet again”.
