Liked · The hotel's location off the main road in Napa is in a quiet area with its own beach (almost). So, if you want the pool and then the beach, they are all within a few feet of each other. The staff was excellent! Each morning, the owner made a fresh greek coffee. Breakfast was incredible - lots of variety and all fresh. A short walk into the main bustling Napa was convenient. It's a small hotel so fights for sunbeds around the pool.

Great little “adults only” hotel just a stones throw from the beach. The hotel is modern and very clean and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome.
Would definitely stay there again.

What a wonderful find. Ideally situated, great staff, good food. Practically on the beach, nice walk into Ayia Napa along the coast ( 35 mins) or to Nissi beach ( 10 mins). I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming. A gentleman whose name I didn’t get was really helpful on reception as we arrived., then we seen Jutta most days. We had requested 2 rooms close to each other . We didn’t get this the first night but the next morning we changed rooms. The rooms are small that’s why I only give 4 stars but they are very clean with a hair dryer tea & coffee and a kettle, shampoos and body wash also available. Bedding was changed regularly along with towels.
The swimming pool is lovely a little small but very clean. The pizzas from by the pool are gorgeous .
The location is right on a small beach with a large restaurant serving beautiful snacks but it is quiet a walk to the strip and the bars we liked saying that there was a choice of bars/restaurants near by. We had a lovely first visit to Cyprus and will be back next year.

Just sat outside the hotel waiting for the coach back to airport. The hotel was great in a lovely location right by the bay. What makes it even better is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and Gabi in particular is a,wonderful asset to the hotel. We will be returning

Amazing Stay at Hotel Anonymous – Ayia Napa

Had a great experience at Hotel Anonymous! The location is just perfect, right in front of the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and convenience stores.

The staff were super friendly and kind, from the waiters and waitresses to housekeeping, front desk, and the management. Everyone made us feel really welcome.

It was actually my birthday during the trip, and they went above and beyond to make it a special and unforgettable moment, I truly appreciated the effort and kindness!

The pool is nice and there’s a bar right in the pool, which is always a plus. The rooms have big, comfy beds and the bathroom was totally fine for what we needed.

The breakfast was amazing, so many tasty options and a great way to start the day. We also had a few meals at the hotel restaurant and honestly, the food was excellent every time.

Another really cool thing is that you can order food and drinks through a QR code and they deliver straight to you on the beach in front of the hotel, super convenient. Just note that if you want to use the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach, there’s a small fee.

Overall, highly recommend!

Anonymous Beach Hotel may be rated as a 3-star hotel, but the service and hospitality are truly 5-star – if not more. I’ve stayed at luxury five-star resorts before, but none of them came close to the professional, kind, and heartfelt service we received here. From the hotel manager Spiros, to the wonderful waitress Sita, and the amazing Katie at the front desk – every single person made us feel genuinely welcome. When we arrived, we realized our room was too small for three adults. I simply took the elevator down to reception, mentioned the issue, and within two minutes we were offered a larger room – no hassle, just a smile. The food and drinks? Absolutely heavenly. The pool area is clean, fresh, and beautifully maintained. Evening entertainment is thoughtfully tailored to the guests, making for a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews. I’ve traveled a lot, and Anonymous Beach Hotel is without a doubt the coziest, most charming, and best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We’re already planning our next trip. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for your warm and outstanding hospitality. If we don’t see you before then – we’ll definitely see you next summer!

Nice hotel, perfect location, wonderful beds, good breakfast buffet, super nice staff and service = 5/5. But it's completely disgusting with all the smokers (cigarettes, cigars etc) by the pool = 1/5. It's 2025, it should NOT be allowed, even if it's an adult hotel. If you are a non-smoker and also have severe asthma, you have to cough all the time because of all the disgusting smoke by the pool and have coughed three nights in a row = every night since I arrived (!!!!) because of all the smoke. So disrespectful to us non-smokers! The hotel manager should really change the rules for allowed smoking to a limited area far from the pool..

Beautiful clean hotel towels changed regularly rooms cleaned lovely staff very friendly and polite only fault I've had is entertainment not good at night but was lucky enough to see and hear tasi maris entertainment next door

We are not even checked out yet, but had to leave a review about this hotel. We are staying here for a week and everyday was a pleasure. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety, for every taste. The pool was big enough and warm but still cool enough to cooldown in. By the time you get to lunch you will be surprised by the choices you have. We did not have dinner here but from what I saw it is also great. At night you can sit at the cosy terrace and get yourself a drink and some entertainment. All this wasn't as good as it was if not for the staff. They did absolutely everything to make our stay as great as can be. They are friendly, helpful en full of joy. They work hard, we saw the same crew everyday. But even if they were tired, it did not show. They were always happy. So: We absolutely loved our stay and if we ever come back to Cyprus it will be in this hotel.
