Nestor Hotel in Ayia Napa

Lovely hotel, top end of 4 stars for sure. The staff take cleanliness as a priority, rooms, common areas and pool area all spotless. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast selection, evening buffet meals are a high standard. No complaints, we did eat out 3 times in the week, but this was because there are lots of nice restaurants tempting us nearby. Location of the hotel is excellent. Pool scene is lovely, sunbeds really comfy and cheap upgrades available for poolside platforms with a few extras brought by staff thrown in.
Would definitely recommend and stay again on future visits.

All staff really friendly and helpful.Entertainment with Billy & Ellie was brilliant and made our holiday, we had a fantastic evening on Elvis night. The pool area was very good as we had the luxury sun decks. Christina the lifeguard couldn’t do enough for us, she was great. We will certainly be returning to The Nestor. Thank you to all the staff.

The hotel was excellent. I highly recommend it to everyone. It is situated in a wonderful location, the rooms are clean and regularly maintained. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The pool was also clean and well-maintained. I have no negative experiences to report and will certainly return!

Just got back from a fabulous girly getaway! The hotel was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entertainment and pools were top-notch. A massive shout-out to the amazing entertainers, Billy and Ellie – such lovely, genuine people who truly filled our holiday with fun and laughs. Thank you both so much for the fun and unforgettable memories!

I’ve had a great stay at the nestor hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities is outstanding. The meals were delicious, but the animation team has to get some attention! They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained in the morning and evening with games, exhilarating rounds of bingo and great performances. I had a lovely, relaxing week away!!

The most impressive takeaways were location, spa, pools, restaurant and hotel service/facilities: Located right in the heart of Ayia Napa (just minutes away from restaurants, shops, bars, activities and the beach); spa center is complementary for guests and offers a lovely private (quiet) experience in the steam and sauna rooms; both the indoor and outdoor pools are refreshing and beautifully designed; the dining area staff and reception are the winners (very professional and helpful -the tables are always set, the hostess seats you down every night, which gives a lovely personalized feel, and the staff is always attentive to your needs/requests; food was also delicious and varied for taste to some degree each night); reception immediately responded to my complaints about room cleanliness and broken furniture and resolved it; on my birthday, the staff sent up complementary wine and fruit as a lovely gesture.

Some of the biggest areas for improvement:
No water in the gym (this should be a priority for people working out) and no water offered during the stay (complementary water was provided on the first and last day but it would be more helpful to have a bottle a day as a gesture for hydration); *the junior suite's complete lack of cleanliness and outdated feel was the biggest disappointment (aesthetically and hygienically speaking -more details on this under 'rooms' section); night entertainment could use a boost (apart from the traditional Greek/Cypriot dancing which was phenomenal) in talent and experience;

The hotel location was perfect, local to the beach and bars. Hotel food wise it was good, depended on the day. Customer service was excellent, Stefanos made us feel very welcome, even gave her great recommendations on future holidays. Reception customers service not the best, could be better. Done a massage at the spa was very disappointed, paid for full body and didn’t get full body, and the massage in general wasn’t great. However Adam the spa receptionist was outstanding very helpful and great customer service. Overall everything was nice experience I definitely recommend it.

We visited the hotel 28th March to 4th April 2025. I went by myself with my 3 children. I was very anxious going to foreign country on own with my children. That anxiety left me right from day one! The staff wow these guys were absolutely amazing! Catered to all our needs, Billy who is part of the animation team, all I can say he literally made our holiday, kept my 8 year old daughter fully entertained day and night. Evening entertainment absolutely fantastic !! My daughter sang her heart out with Billy on the karaoke. I feel on a family holiday it is about the children enjoying themselves, as a business woman I work 24/7 I was able to relax but also see my children fully enjoying themselves. I would highly recommended this hotel. The food amazing and different choices daily. THANK YOU BILLY FOR MAKING OUR HOLIDAY
