Eleana Hotel

+ The location is perfect, bars restaurants all on the door step, I was really surprised when arriving at the hotel even better than the pictures, I would 100% stay here again I had B & B there was a good selection of food every day, I had the freshly made omelette Bed so comfortable, air con so good, really clean and spacious, if I wanted to be really picky I would have like more than 1 English TV channel Cleaner did a fantastic job, the whole hotel is spotless Staff really friendly

Everything was Great.

I was in Ayia Napa in October. Despite the ending season, there was enough attention from the staff / owners to the customers and to us in particular.
Room cleaning almost every day. The bed with towels was completely or partially changed several times within 7 days.
The restaurant is delicious, there is a discount for guests and always a compliment regardless of the cost of the order.
Shop at the hotel with very attractive prices (we looked at many markets and shops, as a result, most of the guests bought it at the hotel)
Vacationers, for whom it is important that everything is new and beautiful in the hotel, may not like old furniture, partially worn out. But when we left, the furniture and double-glazed windows were already taken out of the empty rooms (either repairs, or major alterations are expected)
The hotel is more recommended than not. They take a warm attitude :)
