Alion Beach Hotel

Stayed for 2 days with some family members.
The rooms are very clean.
The breakfast is ok, some 4 start hotels have better one.
We arrived to the pool bar with some drinks in our hand and the kid wanted to swim, as there are no chairs or sun beds near the pool, we sit on the chairs of pool bar.
One rude man employee come and told us that we can not sit there.
So what should we do? Stand still for 2 hours or sit on the floor blocking your employees moving.
Also the thing with the mini bar is a total scam.
You fill the mini bar and charge if someone drinks from it, while knowing that the kids will never look the pricelist you have on it, Same goes for people who don't know English or are elderly.
The prices inside the hotel is to expensive more then the other hotels I stayed in the same city.
Anyway I hated my last day there.

‏Awful Stay at Alion Beach Hotel
‏Our stay, intended to celebrate my partner's birthday, was an absolute nightmare.

‏The first night was unbearable due to loud wedding noise and constant traffic from the hotel parking, making sleep impossible. The reception staff couldn’t care less and didn’t apologize.

‏Things got worse when a housekeeper entered our room without knocking while my partner was in the shower. This invasion of privacy is inexcusable, and the staff’s response was total dismissal.

To make matters worse, we returned to our room after breakfast to find the door left wide open with no one around. We stood there for two minutes in disbelief until the housekeeper eventually returned, claiming she had gone to get towels. This serious breach of security is unacceptable. We demanded to speak with the hotel manager after the reception staff ignored every serious issue we reported. The manager’s solution? Boasting about the hotel’s reviews and offering a dinner voucher.

‏Now, in response to my partner’s review, the manager has once again pointed to the hotel's good reviews and dismissed our genuine concerns as unfair and punishing. This is completely missing the point. Entering our room without knocking and leaving our door open are serious breaches of basic hospitality and security, not just unmet expectations.

‏The spa was also a disappointment. The sauna is only free for two hours a day, between 2-4 PM, which wasn’t disclosed. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa experience, and this added to our overall frustration.

‏Our experience was ruined by terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism. Avoid this place at all costs.
