This is mine and my partners third holiday to Cyprus and 2nd stay in Ayia Napa but the first time stay in this hotel and a first holiday abroad for my partners 14yr old daughter. We have had an amazing time we are so sad to be leaving today :-( The whole of the staff are so friendly and we have had a right laugh and joke with some of them. The food has been amazing and I can also highly recommend the chicken tenders in the Famous beach bar and restaurant that’s right next to the pool in the hotel. The staff are great in there too and so friendly. We had a lovely room which was cleaned regularly the shower was fab. The pool is lovely and clean too. We spent a lot of time round the pool and Khim cane round lots asking if we were ok and if we would like a drink he’s now my partners daughters bestie Ana the entertainment staff also did an amazing job too and didn’t mind a 52 year old joining in with the mini disco. The aqua aerobics she also did was fun too. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for having us. We have absolutely loved it. Andrea, Daron & Maddy

My daughter picked this hotel for me and hubby last october, based on it’s location. That was like hitting the vacation lottery. From the beginning we were welcomed like distinguished guests by the hotel reception staff and this, allow me, you don't see it very often. The room on the 5th floor that they assigned us was exactly in the middle, above the swimming pool and the pool bar, as I was dreaming for. The room was big enough, with very comfortable beds. About the room, those ambient blue lights were a touch of surprising cozy elegance. My big surprise and the icing on the cake was the balcony, wider than others, my favourite place at noon for a gin-tonic. And the view… oh, that view! Breakfast was diversified and fresh, comfortable eaten on a spacious terrace. Big pool by the beach, enough sunbeds… can you wish for more?? And last but not least, all staff is there to make your stay the best vacation ever. I can’t wait to go back there! Oh, but wait, I’ll go back there in 10 days, so waiting will not be so hard. This time I’m going with my daughter, girls just wanna have fun!

We had a brilliant time at Vassos Nissi Hotel – from the amazing location right by the beach to the clean, modern rooms and great food, everything was just what we were hoping for on our holiday. What really stood out though was the entertainment, and we have to give a huge thank you to Eszter from the animation team. She brought so much energy and positivity every day, making each activity fun and welcoming for everyone. Whether it was games , or evening shows, Eszter always had a smile on her face and went above and beyond to make sure guests were having a great time. She made us feel so included, and it was clear how much effort she puts into her work. She truly helped make our holiday memorable! Thank you, Eszter – and thank you Vassos Nissi Hotel for a wonderful stay. We’d definitely love to return!

This vacation was the best. The Hotel is amazing and the Entertainment Eszter doing a Great Job. She Made our Holiday Perfect . I will Visit again this hotel. The Location Perfect , the Staff is amazing doing a Hard Job .The weather was good for the Beach

Amazing stay, was honestly so happy! Location was perfect, can get a bus or cab right into the center ( or a longer walk ) staff were so helpful. Rooms were spotless and really modern! They upgraded us to sea view as there was an extra room free which was absolutely unreal. A man on / helping reception ( maybe mirko ) was so so helpful! I would most definitely stay again and will be recommending.

I spent an amazing time in this hotel . The hotel entertainer Eszter was amazing. She made our holiday amazing . She did the best and hard work to make us happy . I will definitely recommend this hotel next year . Thank you for everybody and for Eszter

We stayed at this hotel for a week in September. For us it is important to swim in the sea on holiday, so we were very happy as the beach there is absolutely gorgeous. The water is not deep, so the sea gets warm, no big waves as the bay is sort of “enclosed” on the sides, water is very clear.
Beautiful beach, even though a bit overcrowded sometimes, but you still can find the space to swim and there are less people on the beach in the early morning.

We got a sea view room, which was with the nice view.

All staff (reception, cleaner, people at breakfast restaurant and the Famous restaurant) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, we really liked their staff.

We only booked breakfast which was ok, always something to choose from but it’s pretty much the same menu every day for breakfast. I also liked their fresh bread buns and selection of yogurts

Room is cleaned every day and it felt clean, we liked it.

Negatives: AC in the room could be a bit stronger. Water pressure in the shower was weak. I didn’t find Decaf coffee options at breakfast, so had to buy my own decaf in the small shop in front of the hotel.
