The hotel's facilities, including the pristine swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to all tastes with fresh and well-prepared dishes.

A special highlight of our stay was the fantastic service we received from the hotel staff, particularly Nick at the bar. His friendly and expert cocktail-making skills made our evenings delightful. If you visit, make sure to ask for a "Nick Special" – his signature cocktails are absolutely amazing and not to be missed!

The hotel's location was also ideal, being just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa, yet still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within the hotel grounds.

The service people on hotell was amazing, i was traveling with my wife and 2 y\o boy, this woman Anetta and man Adrian who was working there was so kind and making the day evan better! They was having fun with my kid all the time.

The hotel itself is quite good. We liked the location, it is close to center, planty of shops and restaurants nearby, and the beach we really liked is a 15-minute walk away. There is also a bus statione nearby, which makes all distant beaches easily accessible. The room is also quite nice with plenty of storage space and it was well cleaned when we checked in (though not cleaned well during the stay). The food is really good (half board, and we recommend it), and the restaurant staff is extremely professional and hardworking. Georgi and Adrian stand out for their kindness, treatment of guests and exceptional service.
The hotel's guests were also families and couples, but most of guests were very young people in groups. Unfortunately, there seemed to be no boundaries and no rules, so sleeping was a challenge in these circumstances. Shouting, yelling at night in the corridors, in the rooms, in front of the rooms, constantly banging the door...
The least hotel can do is to pay attention when accommodating guests and simply not puting families and couples in the middle of these groups of guests. There seemed to be no other guests but noisy youngsters in the building that we were accommodated. The reception staff is not interested to enhance hotel guest experience.

One million time thanks to all the staff of Tasia Maris Oasis ❤️🫶🏻🙃 my room was ever perfect, the menu ever tasty and changed day by day, prices wonderful and service the best. We had the best time at Tasia Maris Oasis. The hotel is clean, modern and airy, rooms are small but nice and completely sufficient. It’s circa 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The staff is probably the nicest we’ve ever met in a hotel. Everyone is always making sure you feel good and that you have everything you need and want. They are always there to help or assist you. If there is a problem it can be solved easily- they definitely made our vacation ten times better and for that we are very grateful 🤍

Special mention goes to Nick, who is an excellent bartender. Always attentive and with excellent taste. You won't be disappointed at the poolside bar.

Perfect location, and the rate is cheap. Breakfast is included, and it's a good breakfast, too.
It is somewhat difficult to take the luggage to the rooms because there is no help, and you have to drag it through over the ramp. If you are a senior, it is very difficult.
Staff is friendly abd rooms are clean.

Nice hotel near the beach, the staff was very nice and especially George a great waiter who was always courteous. I would describe the food as good but not outstanding. The “snack bar” was also a highlight, as warm food was also available outside of the main meals. I would visit this hotel again.

Simple, clean hotel with no-fuss. Check in was easy and parking is free. Easy to walk to all the restaurants around ayia napa and there's a supermarket just nearby. Overall value for money, what you expect for a 3* hotel.

your receptionist asked us 10 euros for the safe box, even though we only stayed for 3 days. we later found out that for bookings through booking.com, you don't need to pay for the safe box, and that the daily safe fee is 2 euros. I understand that it's a crisis, but this kind of disregard for guests is inappropriate. the blocked drain in the bathtub was solved very quickly, but the question is, what kind of hygiene is it when you could not establish something like this before the arrival of new guests.
