Reviews
Speaking of pluses, the rooms are very white and clean, a small balcony, but chaires in plastic aren't comfortable. The cleaning lady is always nice. For lunch you can even have mussels (half-board). Lots of choices for breakfast or dinner-buffet. Great rooftop to have a cocktail (7€).
Unfortunately, we had an issue with the shower in our bathroom. The water wouldn’t drain properly, as the drain was partially clogged. On the first evening, the water actually overflowed from the bathroom into the room. However, after the maintenance guy came to fix it, it seemed to work fine—until the last day. On that day, the water clogged again, and it took us a long time to shower.
Now, the last night of our stay was absolutely terrible. A group of young guys from Sweden checked in, and they were beyond disrespectful. From 10 PM until midnight, they were loud, obnoxious, and completely out of control. They were slamming doors, yelling at the top of their lungs, and making constant noise on the balcony. It wasn’t just the noise—they were disturbing everyone around them. We called the front desk, and they promised to address the situation, but nothing changed. We called again at 11 PM—still no improvement. By midnight, things finally went quiet, but it was short-lived. At 3 AM, the chaos started all over again. These guys were screaming, shouting, and running around in the rooms and on the balcony, completely oblivious to the fact that other guests were trying to sleep. We had to call the reception a third time, but again, no real action was taken.
This was a major disruption, not just for us, but for several other guests as well. The hotel failed to handle the situation properly, and it really left a bad impression on us. I’ve stayed in other hotels where similar problems were addressed immediately and professionally. In my opinion, the hotel needs to improve in dealing with such issues, as our last night was absolutely ruined by the noise.
Our stay at this hotel left us with the most pleasant memories. First off, we'd like to point out its cracking location – all the main sights, interesting spots, and entertainment were literally within easy reach, meaning we could enjoy the city without any extra faff.
The breakfasts were a real treat – a proper gastronomic paradise! The sheer variety of grub was astounding, and every day we chanced upon new flavours. Fresh produce, lovely pastries, a good selection of hot and cold nosh – the breakfasts were top-notch.
The standout bit of our stay was the waitress, Anetta. Her kindness and beaming smile made every one of our mornings truly special. She didn't just do her job; she did it with heart and proper care for every guest. Anetta always made time for a kind word, was ever so attentive, and created a genuinely welcoming and positive atmosphere around her.
We'd heartily recommend this hotel to anyone after comfy digs in a great spot, who appreciates a good spread for breakfast, and of course, a massive thank you to Anetta for her marvellous work!
Thank you so much for making the perfect holiday 😊
However, the service leaves much to be desired. The chefs bring out food in dirty clothes, which completely ruins the appetite. I recommend opting for breakfast only and having lunch and dinner at nearby restaurants. The dinner staff does not know basic etiquette: one particularly unpleasant incident occurred when a waitress picked up a fork from the floor and placed it back on the table.
The waitstaff clearly expect tips, watching your every move. Half of the staff does not speak English, which complicates communication. Additionally, the bartender Johnny behaved inappropriately, making suggestive remarks, which is absolutely unacceptable.
This hotel could be an ideal place to stay if it improved the quality of its service.
But what makes this place truly unique are Anetta and Georgi. These two people made our vacation truly unforgettable! I want to extend my deepest gratitude to them for their genuine hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism. From the very first day, they delighted us with their smiles and were always ready to help, answer any questions, and make our stay even more enjoyable. Without their attention and care, our stay at the hotel would
Anetta and Georgi are true professionals who turned our vacation into a real pleasure. Thank you for making this holiday unforgettable. We will definitely return
A special highlight of our stay was the fantastic service we received from the hotel staff, particularly Nick at the bar. His friendly and expert cocktail-making skills made our evenings delightful. If you visit, make sure to ask for a "Nick Special" – his signature cocktails are absolutely amazing and not to be missed!
The hotel's location was also ideal, being just a short walk from the vibrant nightlife and beautiful beaches of Ayia Napa, yet still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere within the hotel grounds.
