The hotel is a little old, the environment is average, and the facilities and equipment are outdated, but it is still clean and sanitary. However, the hotel owner is very nice and enthusiastic, and the price is cheap and cost-effective!

10 minute walk from beach therefore great location. No complaints about the rooms. The Owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Nothing bad to say about this place in my experience.

It's not far from the airport which is an advantage and it's close to the city center and the beach for a 12 minutes walk. The room has an AC, it was clean though the light in it not that great. The Lock door was not that much secured, and thin walls where you can be disturb by other tourist.

Spacious, tady and comfortable stay. I was here in December, there were warm blankets, clean place. It is a hostel but also has private rooms with shared facilities. It is good value for money (I paid 28 euros, 2 people, 1 night, private room).

Decent kitchen (reasonably big and priced breakfast was served next door), solid showers, and good common areas (terrace needs some work because it’s a shame to neglect it) and nice staff. The dorms, however, are inadequate. The beds are OK enough but the rooms badly need more sockets, lockers, and some personalising.

It serves its purpose - sleep, take a shower, go out - so you can't exactly give a bad review for that. Everything was exactly as described. I have been to Ktima makenzy numerous times for different occasions. The place is gorgeous and gives a luxury but modest atmosphere. There is always a good service and they host amazing events. Food is excellent and the team is ready to assist for any matter that could occur. I highly recommend it for wedding nights getting married in their small church!!

A bit weird location, above a pub and into a dark alley. Reception very kind and helpful. Rooms vary much depending on your luck as not all are shown on pictures. There is a strange hot water boosting system. They charge for unwashed dishes. Beds are comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also clean. There is no shampoo. There are a hair dryer and an iron.

The biggest plus point of this place is the great location. The coastline is 350 meters away and near the historical center of Larnaca. Very friendly and polite staff. Comfortable beds with a moderately hard mattress. From the minuses: poor soundproofing, no place to dry things. A few nights lacked a blanket, it was cool. For my money it is an excellent option.

Around 100 m far from finikoudes beach. Spacious, clean room with safe. Elevator. All appliances are working. You can do laundry as well. My only issue is that the apartment should have more than one window. Will go back for sure

Very sweet little boutique hotel in central larnaca just 10 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins from the marina, Majid was great and helpful and couldn’t do enough to make everyone’s stay comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for a stopover.

Elena boutique I stumbled across last year and now always stay there when I transit in Cyprus to and from Beirut. The owners are simply amazing and are so kind and go out of their way to make things just a little easier for you. It’s a perfect distance from the sea and centre of Larnaca. We really enjoyed our stay at Art and Wine. The staff were lovely. They go above and beyond to make you enjoy your stay. They gave my toddler a balloon and a puzzle.

I came in at midnight, was a bit spooky but in the morning with the sun shining it was nice and very peaceful.
