Booked literally 3 days before flying, we knew where the hotel was but nothing about it, we booked all-inclusive at an unbelievably low price. Very good budget (3star) hotel. Clean and decent. Not huge choices at mealtimes, but enough to choose from and very good quality, presented very well too. Ideal for a late week lazing in hot sun. Only real issue is one of noise from adjacent residential blocks.....bin lorry at 5am each morning, car alarms going off etc.

We love this place clean. Food fabulous. Staff fantastic. Only problem for us is being just above entertainment lounge. The noise level is dreadful if we want to sleep before midnight. Left us a beautiful anniversary gift of wine fruit and balloons. We would stay here again but would request quiet room. Close to all buses beach and shopping.

Decor and furnishings were adequate but dated. Rooms were fairly clean but could be improved. In the bathroom -on the plus side shower worked, hot water supply excellent but basin plug did not work even after request to reception. Food at all meals were excellent- hot, tasty, well cooked and plenty of choice. Overall adequate but with a little more effort they could've been satisfactory.

Needs vast improvement in Harbour rooms, after several repairs to the room were carried out we agreed to stay in there, wish I had known how noisy the room would be from Drunken guests at all hours to road rage noise on the road till early hours, the harbour rooms odd numbers is the best side, security is around but would benefit from key cards to enter the building as your in town centre, food always...

Service was excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A bit let down by the standard of the room as it needed updating. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone who is on a budget.

We where here 29/2/2020 for a week our room was Penelope 302 it was very well laid out and spacious and clean we heard of some complaints I don’t know why we could not fault the basilica we would come back and stay here the girl on reception when we checked in was very nice as was all staff thanks for a good holiday we have stayed in many places this was one of the better ones we where self catering

A very good ratio quality per price. Room is clean bed very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and tasty with fresh local food. And not to forget staff is very kind ! Stayed 3 nights with my wife and recommended it.

The hotel is good, but not great, it is nice that I got a double bed and balcony, but the food was a let down., I understand that some of the mains had there own sauce, but when serving meat like chicken a drop of gravy would be a good as chicken on the bone or skinless chicken can go a bit dry. Jet2 describe the apartments as minimalist and they're right. They include fridge, cutlery, sink, kettle and microwave but no job or oven. Beautiful clean... the large studio apartment we have overlooking the front has everything you need... great location massive balcony... We have a little kitchen area a dining area.... Better than expected.... Staff are pleasant but are wary of whinging brits who seem to complain for complaining sake... I pretend I'm German and avoid... The hotel has lots of different nationalities and differing cultures...

This is a lovely modern hotel. The rooms are huge! Maid service everyday. Pools were clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely, tasty and plenty of it. The staff were all so very polite! We had a great family holiday here. Definitely going again xx

Basic but modern and very clean, with two small pools of different temperatures. They need more sun loungers and replacing those already broken. Situated on the strip with its family friendly bars and restaurants and it is attached to a trendy (pricey) Harley bar so you can watch youths rip up and down the main street try to impress (not). Lovely place. Have stayed there many times. The service is great, location is really good and facilities are brilliant. The staff are very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Cheap and cheerful. We really like it here for a cheap break. But don't expect flashy, cos it's not.

There is a bus goes from the airport and stops over the road. €1.50 each. The bus goes along the sea front so handy for that. Small supermarkets nearby but limit stock. Room comfortable. The kitchen and the doors are very old and in need of replacement and the WiFi signal was also problematic in our room but it is still a good value for the money.

The employees are all very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, cleaned every day. Breakfast is ok (i would have added some feta cheese) with omelette/eggs made on the spot. Swimming pool very clean. About 7 min walking to the harbour, in a quiet area. Recommended!

You can't knock the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Good food but be aware the kitchen is closed on bbq night. The rooms are v basic. And aircon is not included... It's €42 extra per week. They have just changed all the mattresses (01/06/2018). Check out was 12 midday for us and with transfer not being until 8pm they offered and area to store our suitcases and somewhere to shower. Very good for long stay as it has everything you need. Good location, only 25 minute leisurely walk to the waterfront where all the restaurants and cafes are located. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment in the Artemis Cynthia Complex in Paphos, Cyprus for 3 nights in December. The apartment was very spacious, with a good size room and one slightly smaller but ample. Good size bathroom with a shower over the bath. Balcony overlooking one of the pools there. Only downside is the oven didn't work, nor did the kettle. Not a massive issue, but an inconvenience.

Fabulous position. Loads of restaurants and bars locally and great place for.people watching. Apartments are well equipped comfortable and clean . Not luxurious but that didn't bother us . Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Third time at the Paphinia and it never disappoints, beautiful apartments with a large spacious balcony with a table and chairs plus two sun loungers, fantastic location overlooking the sea, if I had to pick a fault it would be the lack of a pool, highly recommend choosing the Paphinia for anyone visiting Paphos.

Great flat with loads of room. All amenities available with supermarket only a few minutes away as well as beach. Even though in a pub area it is still quiet. Satellite TV was not working and additional 35 European per week for each aircon (there are three).

Location is lush! Walking distance from a lot of amazing spots. The bed sheets were disappointingly thin so it was a little difficult to get cozy at night, but considering the price, I can't say I have too many complaints. It's a very decent place to stay, and the staff were very helpful

Our room was clean and had almost all the necessary appliances (towels, cooking ware and even a rain shower). The staff was really nice and helpful. It is located quite nicely: The supermarket and beach is only 5-10 minutes by walking. Unfortunately, beside salt, no oil or anything else was provided in the kitchen (similar to other apartments that we have rented), so we needed to buy some olive oil...

Lovely hotel, great area, would be a 5 star but the owners son is extremely unprofessional, George himself was a star ?. I'd love to return but the son puts me off. Avoid him and you'll have a great stay

Good hotel, friendly staff, located in calm place. The way to the seaside takes about 15-20 minutes. Nearby there is a mall and small grocery. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful old small Greek church. Also nearby there is a new big Greek church.

Accommodation does what it says. Its 3 star. But it's clean, Staff are friendly and helpful. It's located in the right place in a quiet area but not to far from the buzz of entertainment, food, etc supermarkets and Shopping at the mall. The Archaeological Park is also near by

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself was pretty dated but had everything you could want in a hotel apartment. The location is fantastic, 5 minute walk from bar street and the bus stop, 20 minutes from the harbor. I doubt you could find anything close to this for the price in Paphos!

A place to stay with that lets you breathe. The family that hosts the apartments provide the support you choose. In a bonny setting and bear enough to walk to the sea but far enough away from hustle.

Great place wonderful staff - they were so helpful and kind in helping me plan my day trips and everything I needed. it has parking a poll and everything you need for a good price.

Basic 3 star accommodation. The cleaning wasn't done regularly until we complained, and the not throughout. Good location for the seafront, and close to a large supermarket. The Scandinavian receptionist was very friendly and helpful. If you like cats, you'll love it, there everywhere and fed every day.

Had an amazing time here , for the price it was it's a perfect base to stay. We stayed in c block and yes there is some noise but it was minimal at the side of the appartments we stayed. Lovley staff!!! , and brilliant food. The staff even arranged taxis ,helped to hire a car for a couple of days and even helped sort out my short stay in hospital after injuring myself on a walk. A bit pricey for what you get, but still a good price compared to a lot of other places in Paphos. Excellent location just steps from bars and clubs and a few minutes walk from the beach. The front desk staff couldn’t be nicer and were very helpful with requests for luggage storage, adding extra nights, early check-in, etc. Important to know that because of its location, it can be very loud at night...

Stayed here for 11 nights and getting off the coach to walk into the 'Friends Bar', we were given a fabulous, warm welcome. It was late & we were offered food and drinks by Chris who looks after the Bar. We did have a hick-up with our room and as many mention in other reviews; enter Andreos. My father and I stayed at Alecos Hotel Apartments for a week, which provided a very convenient location in the middle of Kato Paphos. The beach/harbour is a 5 minute walk away, as is the main Paphos bus station. The apartment was spacious, with a large bedroom and lounge, moderate bathroom and balcony. Stayed at the Rodadafni 5th to 15th September 2022 fantastic location, peace and quiet, spotless both inside and outside, Andreas and his team work very hard keeping the garden manicured. Would definitely go back there.

Loved it! Deserving of their high rating, these apartments are modern, clean and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need to do as much or little cooking as you want (Inc. kettle, microwave, and even washing up liquid, sponge and tea towels). There are not many apartments, perhaps 15? And all with Sea view meaning you can enjoy the gardens and pool in peace. Thanks to the lovely father daughter...

Great apartment! The room is spacious, bright and clean. There is everything for cooking. Great sea views. Very beautiful and well-groomed area. I recommend to everyone. Apartment basic, tired. No mosquito screens at the windows. Air conditioner on bedroom wall but running it costs extra. But beautiful well kept gardens, pleasant verandas, large clean pool, and the sea about ten metres away! Very good value for money for the location. Manager very friendly.

The rooms are masive and looks very good. Valentinos came at the hour which we arrived and was very friendly ans helpful for us. The apartments have everything which we need except a washing machine but i think that can be found in town. The rooms has good Internet, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge TV, a masive bathroom and many others.

I was really impressed with the size of our apartment. Air conditioning was great in the Paphos heat. Kitchen was well-equipped. Location was good in terms of being close the an AlphaMega supermarket but a little further from the action down in Katos Paphos. Reasonable price and the host was nice.

I was due in Paphos quite late due to my flight but Valentinos was incredibly accommodating. He made me feel very welcome and my stay was comfortable. The apartments are spacious and very clean and have everything you would need for a self-catered stay. It’s an ideal location since it’s a 15 minute walk to the harbour and in the opposite direction to the old town. Wonderful place, would highly recommend

Amazing place to stay in Paphos! Everything you need is nearly: supermarkets, mall, restaurants, beach and The Harbour. It is a quite area, so you can easily make a wonderful sleep- beds are very comfortable. Staff is very tidy, honest and friendly. The host is friendly and warm woman too. I love this place and can recommend it to everyone!
