Had the best family holiday here!! Staff are absolutely amazing!! Would definitely go back! Rooms a little dated but everything else makes up for that! Recommend hiring a car through the hotel. So cheap and we got to see and explore so much more!!

Stayed here for 7 nights and wow... we didn't want to leave.. I'd happily name everyone but would take forever.. the staff and entertainment are amazing.. always happy to help and are fun and friendly.. we even swapped social details to stay in touch.. we tried to book again for next year and couldn't as its fully booked.. I understand why.. going to be keeping an eye out to try and book again ASAP.. much love and hope to be back soon

We stayed here for 10 days all the staff work hard to make it a pleasant stay the only negative I would give is the place is getting a bit old but everything worked at it should. The food was plentiful and delicious. Air conditioning in the room worked great as it was super hot

Good place for a family vacation.
Rooms need to be renovated.
The food at the all-inclusive is fine and you always can find something by your taste.
The swimming pools are perfect but the sunbeds might not be available for all the guests but this is normal. The temperature of the water was over the expected for us, but great for the kids.
There isn't a nice beach near by which is not a fault of any manager.
Recommend early bird bookings!

We went for a week with family and were greeted with exceptional service. The food was great and varied each day.
The room was cleaned every day with plenty of clean towels and a friendly cleaner. Whilst the room was spacious, it could do with updating but perfectly adequate.
Our only problem was a very noisy couple upstairs.
The beach is within walking distance but very rocky, although the pool is great for a swim.
The bus stop is quite near and the local buses very easy to use.
I would happily return to this hotel.

We arrived in the middle of the night to a room infested with ants, the staff were accommodating and moved us to a new room. Unfortunately this one had a balcony facing an extremely overgrown garden as well as a dead bird which remained there all week.

Entertainment and kids club were both good, and enjoyed by the kids.

The food unfortunately was very repetitive, dishing up the same menu for lunch and dinner. The kids had nuggets and chips on offer every meal time, so we ended up eating out instead.

1st class food and the staff are excellent but the place wouldn't be anything like as good but for Seb ,Maddy andLala. We arrived as tourists but left as friends. Truly wonderful. Thankyou to all and would recommend this hotel holiday to anyone
