Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. The staff were kind and pleasant, the drinks were good and so was the food. However the hotel itself is run down and needs updating. Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. There is a small mini supermarket in the hotel but be warned the priced are extortionate (€7.90 for one...

We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent. Music at night was also a charming addition in our overall stay.

The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . The room we were allocated was very spacious with beautiful decor. We had a lovely pool and sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in quiet and clean area. There is a sea in 2 min by walk, but there are mostly stones high above the water, so you can spend around 10 min to the nearest beach where you can swim. We had an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. We had a wonderful couple of days here! The All-Inclusive option is a great value for money, with numerous food and beverage options through the entire day. We stayed at the hotel for two nights with my 13-year-old daughter. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, but we would not return. The hotel is so noisy, with many young children under 10 years old. The hotel is not far away to the Airport. The resort has a nice pool area and a direct beach view and access. The rooms are big and comfortable. Loved this place. Very friendly and helpful staff from cleaners to bartenders, waiters and management. A big shout to the hard working entertainment team too. We had a room with a view on the sea! Nice place to sleep and have breakfast. Personally I am not into buffet dining but the breakfast food was good enough. We only had dinner here once and all was well except for the acoustics in the dining hall. Could be solved with acoustic plates in the ceiling.

We have just returned from Theo sunset bay for a week. The views were nothing but spectacular, the staff were absolutely amazing. The food (all inclusive & bar) was fantastic. This is a budget hotel and exceeded expectations - it’s clean and offers a breakfast too. If you are travelling around Cyprus on a budget I’d highly recommend it… it’s a little walk out of the centre of things but there is access to some great Georgian bakeries close by which I’d suggest you check-out. Second visit to this hotel. First was in August last year. Hotel was a little quieter this time around (Easter holidays) but staff levels were down that much you was queuing by the pool for drinks whereas last year there was more people but more staff so you was getting served a lot quicker.
