For a three-star hotel, this is an excellent one. The food is 5+, the rooms are clean (we stayed in the hotel), and the sea is a 5-minute walk away. The beach is sandy, but small. There are no beaches in Paphos, so this one is even better.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We are staying in apartment room ib213. The room is a great size. It has a balcony, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. It is a two-room apartment. The neighbors are just across the street. It is quiet and peaceful. There are a lot of cats in the hotel; we are the only family with a mother cat and three kittens. All week I have been buying them food at the Papantoniou store, canned food for 0.55 euros. This store has two floors. They have groceries, industrial goods, even suitcases, flip-flops, and many different small items. There are also Russian-speaking sellers there. It is a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The main thing is not to get lost. Let's return to the hotel. Breakfast is very monotonous. Every day the same thing, and cold at that. I don't know about lunch, we had breakfast and dinner. Dinner is more varied. Meat, fish, goulash every evening. Dinners are delicious. The fruit is seasonal - nothing extravagant. (Watermelon, oranges, apples, grapefruit). I'd like to mention the pastry chef. The cakes are delicious. Excellent sponge cake and cream. One day we had problems with the water in the room and the TV didn't show Russian channels. We contacted reception and they fixed it for us. I recommend this hotel, especially the apartments. There are some downsides, but they're not significant.

Interesting reading some of the other reviews, not sure what people expect for the money remembering this is Greece.
We stayed in Mid October, kids and students back in the classroom therefore didn't experience the noise others complained of.
This time of year the sun sets around 6.15pm and as both pools are surrounded by buildings, with the low sun, you will struggle to get a sunbed in the sun after about 4pm. No problem getting a sunbed during the day though likely because we travelled toward the end of the season. 15th-25th October we had sun every day between 26-30c.
Yes the rooms are tired, could do with some money spent on them. However, when we had to speak with reception about a couple of things that needed sorting (leaky kettle, toaster that didn't work, uncomfortable beds) they got housekeeping and maintenance right on it and sorted them immediately. The staff were very welcoming, polite and attentive; couldn't fault them.
Never ate at the hotel but others said the food was really good, the advertised buffet selection looked good.
lots of good restaurants within walking distance and a great little beach direct line to the seafront (10min walk). 2.50 for a sunbed all day, shower, toilet and water refill station all included.

Went on a weeks holiday here, good location pool lovely but no loungers ever, only compaints would be the tiny bugs that were covering our apartment and biting us in our sleep, very itchy bites and the drinks package doesnt include all drinks?? £15 per person per day for limited drinks didnt even include slushes or half the nicer cocktials absolute waste of money. Staff lovely though

Apartments ok, comfortable beds, good showers and well equipped. Watch out about the cleaning personal, since 7-8 AM they like to talk loud and clear to each other, hitting everything they can. Every furniture door make noise at opening and closing.

2nd time we've stayed at this hotel and we cannot fault this place at all. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and tidy and the food is superb and plenty of it!!! Great location too. 5 mins walk to the beach and 20mins from the airport. All in all a great place to stay. Will definitely be coming back 🌞😎

Relatively bad experience at this hotel. It is aging and not worth the price.
The room looked like from the 90s. If it was clean it would be ok… but there were stains on the towels and in the bathroom, and we also had ants invasion on day 2 despite not leaving food outside.
The only positive is the location, not far from the sea and city centre. And also the small cooking area in the room can be useful.
Not able to try the swimming pool as it is closing early (6pm), not practical when you spend the day visiting outside.

We are here now came self catering the apartment is larger than I expected everywhere is clean we have eaten at the buffet food was brilliant reasonable prices.

Had a good week, and they have many activities, both in the day time and in the evening,
The food is fin, and the all inclusive bar god has a nice enough selection, and they don't cheap on the drinks mixing.
And the bar keepers was really nice.
