Kefalonitis Hotel Apartments

Place is dated, but if it's not broken no need to replace. We had one bedroom apartment, generous size, well equipped, really clean, towels / bedding replaced regularly, bins emptied daily, pool lovely size, plenty of space and sun beds, location ideal for me, right near bus terminal, bar staff were helpful, lots of choice, food was excellent. Would totally recommend if you are not looking for five star accommodation, it is as stated, no frills but i was impressed, will be returning.

This is a friendly, family owned and operated hotel apartment. Rooms are a little dated and basic but they are spotlessly clean. We were a family with small grandchild wanting a reasonably priced week away for the October school holiday and this fitted the bill perfectly. We found the cafe bar to serve reasonably priced drinks and light lunches, breakfast etc. you can even see into the kitchen which again is very clean. There was a life guard on duty during pool opening hours. The hotel is situated on a side road off the main road which has lots of small shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The bus terminal is a short 5 minutes walk away. We walked to Lidl the first day to stock up on drinks, snacks etc and got the bus back which cost 2 euros each. We met many returning guests at this hotel and in fact we are returning ourselves again with the whole family in May 2025. We would definitely recommend this hotel apartment.

My partner has been here three times but this my first visit and I am very impressed, we got a ground floor one bedroom apt as I am on kidney dialysis and the apts are spotless, cleaned every day with new towels etc, all the family and staff are so helpful and the rooms are very large. Situated next to the bus station and with loads of shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walk, my dialysis fluids were placed in our room by the staff after delivery and this has made my treatment very easy, we will probably return next year.

My partner has stayed here twice but this my first time and I am impressed,
1ts not five star hotel but friendly staff, very clean rooms, pool are and bar.The owners are very helpful and as I am on kidney dialysis they stored my fluids and they were in our room on arrival. We have looked at coming back next year and it looks very likely.

Very clean rooms and very large,had a sofa table & chairs and kitchenette. Friendly bar and staff. My only disappointment was that we didn’t find out that the gym and games room were open during our stay until we were actually leaving. The reason for that is that there was a closed sign permanently on the door leading to this other facilities. The hotel could definitely do with an upgrade as furniture and decor tired. They offer a full English breakfast or a continental one this one only offered toast and jam and tea or juice.

Was sceptical about this hotel after reading reviews. I had no need to be. Rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Staff are really helpful and happy. For people saying it's dated, it's no different to what I've seen all throughout Greece/ cyprus. Basic but comfortable. Showers were good, bed were comfortable. Air con was top notch. Location is brilliant, currently 7 months pregnant and could get everywhere on foot for dinners etc. Pool area is clean and tidy, there's a smell of cat poo around but again its cyprus and full of cats (which I love). We did have a huge tarantula (yes I'm being serious google them) in our room on night one and the man on reception came and got it out for us and didn't judge us for being terrified 😀. Late check out is quite expensive at 70 euros till 6pm. But worth it for us as we have a 10pm flight. Couldn't of asked for a better holiday here. No complaints from me.

Very large rooms and best equipped for self catering we've ever seen, although we didn't use them - 25 assorted plates, wine glasses, tumblers, mugs, cups, every item of cutlery you could want (including pastry forks), micro wave oven, mini oven, two hot plates and a toaster. Some staff were friendly, but the management not so! We arrived on a Monday and on Thursday evening the man, who had checked us in on arrival, asked if we had just arrived. He also refused to put football on the tv as he could only get tv or music, and music brought people in - there were two people in the bar at the time. Extremely good location for shops, tavernas and bus station.

We stayed at Kefalonitis apartments in August 24 2 adults and 17 year old We had a one bedroom apartment which was basic but clean Maid came most days to clean and change towels This place is a great location for bars and restaurants 15 min walk to old town 20 min walk to Harbour 10 min walk to Mall I never ate at Kefalonitis Would I stay here again Absolutely Hired a car end week and that was a game changer

Nowt fancy and the apartments a little dated but it does exactly what it says on the tin. Apartment was clean, great pool area with plenty loungers . Handy bar for food and drinks and staff were really good.
Apartments location is within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach.
Would definitely recommend this for families, and I will certainly return.
