Hotel Kings Annex in Paphos

Had to change last minute and had to stay here. But it was worth it, well looked after by all staff and great facilities on site. Receptionists were really helpful in guiding us to the best places to go in town. Nice breakfast and dinner as well.

This beautiful little hotel is situated in the centre of Munich close to train station rental cars, beautiful little bakeries. It is super super clean very beautifully appointed and the service was amazing if in Munich, I would only stay here.

I stayed there 4 nights .Location was great ,bus station just a few minutes walk , plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The staff were very friendly ,the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. The breakfast was OK could have done with more cold meats and less pastries., the pool was clean. The hotel could be updated but overall we had a fabulous time.

The greatest service ever ! We called last minute in the middle of the night to have a room. They immediately gave us a room and they were very welcoming.
The breakfast is included and the manager is the most lovely and kind manager I ever saw ! She spoke so many languages and French which was very sweet. She propose us customize breakfast.
When I ask her at what time the checkout was, she ask me when I wanted to check out and I what time was my flight.
Even thought the hotel was fully book we could check out around 14:00.
After she let us use the pool and provide us towels, keep our luggage and gave us a spare room with towels to be able to wash ourselves before the flight.
She was so kind and the hotel is very good for a 3 star ! I completely recommend!

i don’t even know where to begin my review! before we arrived, i had seen lots of reviews saying similar things - the staff were amazing and the rooms needed some renovation. there could be renovations but i honestly don’t think it’s necessary! for the price you pay, what you receive is amazing. the rooms and bathrooms are fully functioning and cleaned daily to a really high standard, the cleaner even folded up my pjs and put them under my pillow for me! 🥹 the room had air con which worked perfectly the entire week

the staff are absolutely incredible. never in my life have i felt so welcomed and safe staying somewhere, they are so attentive without being overbearing in the slightest. the lady who runs the place is so sweet, she knew my boyfriend liked the baklava they had at breakfast so save him pieces when we went to breakfast late so he didn’t miss out, and give him ice cream to enjoy it with. she is truly amazing and she made our holiday so much more perfect just by being so helpful (she give us maps, helped us order transport to the hotel, lots of leaflets on things to do).

the hotel is on a busy road, we had a room facing this road and it was quite loud during busy hours, but it didn’t bother us at all, we were told if we found it too loud, we could move rooms once one was available but it honestly wasn’t an issue, but i would see why some would find it too much, so it’s good to know they are accommodating if so! perhaps the only thing i can think of is the wifi sometimes didn’t work in the room, but i honestly wasn’t bothered as i was happy to not be on my phone and just enjoy being away!

the main bus station is right around the corner from the hotel (honestly like a 30 second walk) so it’s in a great location as this gives you connections to the harbour, waterpark, airport and coral bay area and further up. so all in all, a perfect location! and only about a 20 minute walk from the harbour anyways. lots of restaurants close by too!

all in all, a perfect place for a holiday on a budget! we stayed for a week and it was honestly fantastic. the pool area is great and we saw it be cleaned regularly, there’s plenty of sun beds and plenty of shade too with umbrellas and trees in the garden. i can’t recommend this place enough.

Everyone is so kind, rooms are clear, the pool is great. It is our second time here, but we will come back in the future. If you need anything they will do their best to help you. The breakfast is also great. A lot of good restaurants are also available near to the Hotel. We always go to the Venus Beach, it is a 15 min walk from the hotel, but there are more beaches in a shorter distance if it is too far for someone. Love this place❤️

We stayed at Kings Hotel for two nights and had a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Nayia at the reception. The room and the common spaces were clean, and the swimming pool was great. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of food and fruits. The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by many bars and restaurants, and it's just a 20-minute walk to the Castle of Paphos. We loved it!

The reason why I have rated this location so high is the staff there. Everyone was super accommodating. We arrived at 2am in the morning after our flight got cancelled once again. It was the closest hotel to the bus station that was open. We were lucky they had a cancellation. Andreas understood our situation and checked us in swiftly.
In the morning we had a very good breakfast because there was a good variety of fruit. All eggs were cooked fresh. They allowed us to use our room even after the check out time. The whole hotel is very dated, but for what we needed it was everything.

The hotel was clean, quiet and well located.
The staff WERE AMAZING. They were so nice, so caring, so polite, super friendly. Really loved them.

Good location, next to the bus station. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff and owners. The rooms are very clean, they clean them every day and change the towels. We had very nice stay, thank you! Highly recommend this hotel.
