Definitely not a 5 star hotel, more like 3 star. The staff were kind and pleasant, the drinks were good and so was the food. However the hotel itself is run down and needs updating. Exposed electrics, ceiling falling down in the indoor pool, really strong sewage smells on the gym/indoor pool floor. There is a small mini supermarket in the hotel but be warned the priced are extortionate (€7.90 for one...

We have visited the hotel many times as we find the service, location and rooms very good. In our last visit (18/1/25) Rooms were very clean, food was nice and service was excellent. Music at night was also a charming addition in our overall stay.

The hotel is amazing. A lovely location. A beautiful pool area with many sunbeds. All the staff are friendly and very approachable. All the public areas are extremely well maintained . The room we were allocated was very spacious with beautiful decor. We had a lovely pool and sea view. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is located in quiet and clean area. There is a sea in 2 min by walk, but there are mostly stones high above the water, so you can spend around 10 min to the nearest beach where you can swim. For the all-inclusive: 3 ranges to take you meal during the day + wide set of snacks for the whole day. Great set of meals - buffet + live cooking, different at every time. Lovely hotel, ended up here as British Airways cancelled our flight so not in the best moods when we arrived. The staff are so lovely we instantly relaxed. Great bar, great breakfast and lovely rooms. There was a hot tub on the balcony. The pool was epic and the beach is nice too.

The rooms are very good and can't fault the service. We did have ants appear in our room after some room service. I would also add for some odd reason after cleaning the room the old towels kept being left in the room. Otherwise a very good hotel if visiting Paphos. I spent 3 nights at the hotel with my wife and baby son. All in all, the hotel is reasonable, but I would not define it as 5 stars. Extremely recommended! The room is big, very clean, and in a great location (if you're looking for a quiet place). The most important thing is how friendly the hosts were. The hotel is right on the coast. Though it’s not very suitable for swimming. Walking distance to the harbor and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. The pool in the spa area is very nice and quiet. Our stay was exceptional in every way. The room, service, and facilities exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts several pools, with one standout being the serene, adults-only spa pool. All-inclusive hotels are worry-free, with food, drinks and fun. Families with children can also take care of their children in the children's center, which is great. It is very important to be able to have a good lunch break at any time. There are many outdoor swimming pools, but only one indoor swimming pool, which is too small to swim in. The hotel is not far away to the Airport. The resort has a nice pool area and a direct beach view and access. The rooms are big and comfortable. We booked all inclusive and the buffet was pretty good but not excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! But I would never go again because the pool is not heated. The water temperature was about 18 degrees. They have such a beautiful pool area...

Booked a room for myself, with a walk in shower. Found that this was not so. Informed reception, who did a lot of blame shifting ( to jet 2 ). Very nice hotel inside and out Indoor pool area rather nice. The view is pretty. For this price it lacks a lot of little touches (individual shower gel, welcome drink, industrial orange juice at breakfast...). The evening buffet is of average quality and quite expensive. We are overall rather disappointed with this hotel and will not return.

Went here for my husband 60th last September. Words cannot describe how much this hotel is 5. Star indulgence. All the staff were amazing and so welcoming. The sunbeds are so thick and comfortable. We had a room facing the road which was fine but would be willing to pay extra for a sea view. Loved it that much we have booked to return for two weeks in July 2025
