The hotel has a good location, close to the shopping center, the embankment and the beach. The rooms are modest, without frills. The breakfasts are not very varied, but quite filling. A good option for the money.

We booked through TUI so our seven night stay was very expensive for the standard of accommodation. Overall the hotel feels very dated. The staff were very nice, but probably wouldn’t stay again as I think you can get much better value elsewhere (it’s at least 40 mins walk to the harbour). A couple of tips to management would be that additional charges for a kettle in your room or unlocking your fridge...

The Kissos Hotel is fantastic for a 3* establishment. The staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and attentive. Yes, it's dated but it's clean, tidy and comfortable within easy reach of restaurants, shops and beaches. This is a budget hotel and exceeded expectations - it’s clean and offers a breakfast too. This is a beautiful place, in a beautiful serene. The rooms and classy and stylish. Also very clean. It is great for a family very accommodating for a big family and couples too. It is great for all. I enjoyed my stay. Not forgetting the food too.

Just returned from this lovely traditional hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always greeted us with a chat. Ensuite newly decorated room with super sea view. TV with english speaking channels. The hotel has a good value for money, it is located in the center of Ktima (which is the upper part of Phafos and is almost 3 km from the sea, however the 618 bus stops right in front of the hotel and arrives a stone's throw from the sea ). Returned today from 10 wonderful days away spent at the Cynthiana Beach hotel. Initially, we booked on a bed and breakfast basis but upgraded once there to the all inclusive package at a not unreasonable €40 per person per day. The hotel is not far from the beach. Winter is the off-season, so the surrounding area is not very lively. The room is not big, but it has basic facilities. The hotel front desk was very polite. After checking out, they let me park my car until the afternoon.

Excellent hotel for a holiday at any time of the year! Breakfast is a special respect! Very rich buffet. There are desserts, hot dishes, and fruits. There is a playground on the territory. The location is good because the street is busy and has many shops and restaurants. The parking situation is not good though. The hotel grounds and rooms are outdated but mostly clean.
