Returned today from 10 wonderful days away spent at the Cynthiana Beach hotel. Initially, we booked on a bed and breakfast basis but upgraded once there to the all inclusive package at a not unreasonable €40 per person per day. I m quite happy with this hotel (have visited 2024 and 2025) for weekend stays. The check-in process was smooth and the overall feeling us discrete but always alert service. The hotel has a good location, close to the shopping center, the embankment and the beach. The rooms are modest, without frills. The breakfasts are not very varied, but quite filling. A good option for the money.

We booked through TUI so our seven night stay was very expensive for the standard of accommodation. Overall the hotel feels very dated. The Kissos Hotel is fantastic for a 3* establishment. The staff are welcoming, friendly, professional and attentive. Yes, it's dated but it's clean, tidy and comfortable within easy reach of restaurants, shops and beaches. The hotel has a small courtyard that doubles as a restaurant. It is decorated with characteristics, but the rooms are poor. There is no air conditioning. There is only a fan. If there are no leftover food from the restaurant the day before, breakfast will only be bread, jam, and milk.

Just returned from this lovely traditional hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always greeted us with a chat. Ensuite newly decorated room with super sea view. TV with english speaking channels. The hotel has a good value for money, it is located in the center of Ktima (which is the upper part of Phafos and is almost 3 km from the sea, however the 618 bus stops right in front of the hotel and arrives a stone's throw from the sea ). The hotel has spacious rooms, friendly staff, a great breakfast buffet and even a free pool. It also has a small internal car park.

Nice and clean place to stay at really nice price. This is a comfortable apartment with a good equipped kitchen, washing machine. The facility was rather new and not worn out. It has also a convenient private parking lot just a few meters from the entrance to the apartment.

Have been visitng this site since 2004 when it was built, but sorry this site is now closed as the owners have gone into liquidation. Will miss going in the future. All timeshare owners have been told that the owners have been in trouble since 2012, although the timeshare holders have only just been told. Such a shame for all who have been part of this.

Can’t fault this hotel - staff really friendly, rooms and communal places very clean and the food is excellent. Really easy to get to Coral Bay which is fantastic and also about a 20 minute walk to the harbour. Lots of historic artefacts to see in Paphos for the history lover.
