The hotel is very basic, but in a good location and overall The breakfast was very good and Mr. Lakis the General Manager was nice and kind. The waiter Mr Lakis was so helpful and professional. So although the hotel wasn’t too exclusive, I had a great stay and ate overall I love Cyprus.

A three-star hotel near the beach with a tranquil environment, excellent housekeeping, and a six-foot swimming pool would be ideal. The food is acceptable There is a laundry facility located across the street

A somewhat sleepy atmosphere due to off-season visit. Clean and friendly. Pool area and a parking area behind a gate for the guests. The area might seem a bit on the side of Pafhos harbour area, but surprises with a number of priceworthy and authentic restaurants nearby.

We weren't guests at the hotel but found ourselves stranded without a way to get to the airport early in the morning. The front desk manager went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for us, saving our trip. We’re incredibly grateful for their kindness and quick help. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service all round. From arriving to leaving, where extremely helpful in all aspects. Whether it was taxis or places to eat, they showed you on maps ... and even gave you maps of surrounding areas of interest.

Stayed here for 7 days. Great reception staff, close to all amenities. The main positive was all the friendly cats that live in the complex. The apartment I stayed it needed some TLC but aside from that it's generally a good place with an onsite gym, spa facilities, 2 outdoor pools and one indoor. There's also a launderette on site

This was our second holiday at Paphos Gardens the Staff are all very friendly the food is good and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was within walking distance of Kato Paphos we will most certainly be coming back next year.

One of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. When asked, gave me a wall outlet adapter for the stay without any extra charges. The hotel is located 5-10 minute walk away from a shopping center. In a hotel there is a swimming pool, a pool table, breakfast, bar and everything comes at a low price (the pool is like 3-5€). The hotel design is very unique and is all over, also in the small details inside the room and in the common area. The breakfast is rich and sitting outside by the poor is very refreshing. Returned today from 10 wonderful days away spent at the Cynthiana Beach hotel. Initially, we booked on a bed and breakfast basis but upgraded once there to the all inclusive package at a not unreasonable €40 per person per day. The room I stayed in was old, especially the bathroom and the kitchenette, though clean, air conditioned and with some utilities such as microwave, kettle and a stove eye. No wifi in the room at all, a disappointment. Iron only by request. They don’t change the towels and don’t bring bathing supplies. The style of the hotel is oldish but they try keeping it fancy.

A last minute booking but such a wonderful stay. Perfect blue and white decor, beautiful room, with private balcony and bathroom. Decor and furnishings were adequate but dated. Rooms were fairly clean but could be improved. In the bathroom -on the plus side shower worked, hot water supply excellent but basin plug did not work even after request to reception. We enjoyed our stay here but would recommend paying a bit extra and *not* going for a garden view / ground floor onto the car park room. Our original room was small and quite noisy due to being next to the driveway and car park but once we upgraded we were very happy (both rooms pictured for comparison). We stopped here as part of our self catering holiday through tui. The room were dated but very clean and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and had everything you need, but there was no hot water in the shower. It was also quite cold in the apartment in the evening and we didn’t have an air conditioning control. The pool was great!

A very good ratio quality per price. Room is clean bed very comfortable. Breakfast is varied and tasty with fresh local food. And not to forget staff is very kind ! Stayed 3 nights with my wife and recommended it.

The hotel is good, but not great, it is nice that I got a double bed and balcony, but the food was a let down., I understand that some of the mains had there own sauce, but when serving meat like chicken a drop of gravy would be a good as chicken on the bone or skinless chicken can go a bit dry. The desserts were OK when there was gatoux which involved cream which could contain the cake 's moisture...

Not too bad you have to pay for your air con if you book with jet2 at €42 a week per unit so of you have separate bedroom and room it costs €168 for 2 weeks ! No TV or radio in rooms either ! When you book make sure tou ask for a ground floor as if you end up on the 3rd floor there's no lift and it's hard going everytime you want to do anything ! Clean , spacious apartment , well worth paying extra for aircon. Situated a little away from other hotels , not many shops in the close vicinity. Approx 15 min walk to harbour. The apartment is clean and spacious bed linen only changed every 3 days towels every 4 days. Staff very friendly and helpful but be prepared air con is 6euro a day for each unit.

The employees are all very kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, with fully equipped kitchen, cleaned every day. Breakfast is ok (i would have added some feta cheese) with omelette/eggs made on the spot. Swimming pool very clean. About 7 min walking to the harbour, in a quiet area. Recommended!

Clean spacious rooms. Air con included. Super! Daily cleaning. Every day cleaned pool. Jacuzzi. Nice pool bar and good food in fair prizes. Far from the beach, like 20 min walking so it's not close. Negative: My buddies were noted that they can't come in the pool area only if they pay 5 euro. Can't entry just be attached with pool bar usage? That would be more friendly. So the hotel is ok...

You can't knock the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Good food but be aware the kitchen is closed on bbq night. The rooms are v basic. And aircon is not included... It's €42 extra per week. They have just changed all the mattresses (01/06/2018). Check out was 12 midday for us and with transfer not being until 8pm they offered and area to store our suitcases and somewhere to shower.
