The hotel overall was pretty good. I have absolutely no idea why the reviews are so bad. The staff was helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaning lady came once in two days. Free tea and coffee available 24/7. The only thing that was a bit uncomfortable was the absence of mini bar. I enjoyed out stay and def would recommend the hotel to the budget travellers.

Good location, clean nice rooms. Good breakfast. The only downside is that the street gets quite loud at night.

Stayed for 2nights. It's within walking distance of neumarket. However the room has no air con. The room is the smallest I've ever stayed in (114) bathroom is very retro like 1960s. As my trip is budget, fair enough. If I wasn't travelling alone or with the lads... I wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole.

Small rooms with tv, wardrobe and toilet and shower. When all you're doing in your hotel room is sleeping and getting ready it's good. They have breakfast and a sauna. Nice staff too.

Good service and great price. Sin, however, the presence of quadruple rooms that are maintained with a sofa-extra bed, for maximum comfort even if manageable.

The hotel is not bad. It does not have many additional services, but all necessary; breakfast, sauna, tour... The rooms are very good, although the bathroom is quite small. Have a shower instead of a bath and in addition is quite small. The location is quite convenient, because is near the metro stop.

This Hotel meets the requirements of a three star Hotel. The worst is probably the unclean bathroom. Loose towel racks, dust everywhere. Toilet is outdated, with the interior completely full of Irinstein. The shower moldy, the water pushes out through the broken hose at all Points. The room was not cleaned. Only the beds were clean.

Bath could be more clean. Service is good and helpful. Hotel located 20 mins to the central City (by feet).

Hotel and room was very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Was a little disappointed that there was no coffee in room or lobby and they charge 4 €. for bottle of water in room. Also they provide breakfast at 13 € a little steep
