Hi, the hotel and rooms are very beautiful and well decorated. In the swimming pool too less beds were available to relax and really enjoy the pool. The diner at the restaurant is not of a high quailty what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. You can better go to the Aachen centrum for dinner, it is cheaper and better quality. The employees in the restaurant are totally disorganized and are not well informed on for example allergies. All in all an okay stay, but do not use the restaurant. Compared to other 5 stars hotel, this is on the lower end.

It’s a beautiful hotel with lovely staff, and I can whole-heartedly recommend a stay here.
- the bed is extremely comfortable. We sank into the pillows and didn’t want to leave again, ever. 😉
- the towels! Had I ever considered stealing towels, which I didn’t, it would’ve been those: thick, lush, luxurious. They were just perfect.
- the little details in the bathroom - the toiletries - everything is of high quality. And OMG the shower - they do have a proper waterfall shower.
- the staff is lovely. When stranded after a gig at a venue in Wuerselen and not being able to get a taxi, the hotel managed to send one to pick us up.
- the breakfast! Delicious and, again, of high quality.
- I caught Covid while being there, and the staff did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We will definitely be back when we’re able to fully enjoy this beautiful hotel.

Lovely, older but grand property close to inner city as well as CHIO. Staff was exceptionally pleasant. Room was large and comfortable, not the most modern but had a lot of character and old world charm. Delicious breakfast and lovely outdoor terrace. Spa was very nice and reasonable for a hotel spa. I will definitely book here again!

Excellent hotel! Not near the city centre, you’ll have to walk for about 15 minutes, but we knew that when we booked our room. There’s a garage for maybe 20 cars, but also an outside parking lot. The gardens around the property are beautiful and the building itself is also imposing in a majestic way.
Our room was wonderful (307): very big, comfortable and clean. There’s also a mini balcony if you want fresh air. We had 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub (which unfortunately had the valve system broken) and one with a huge shower (so, not really an issue, the bathtub, and the staff tried to fix it). The provided toiletries were also of good quality.
Since the hotel was a little far from the centre and we were tired from our daytime trips, we decided to have dinner at the hotel twice and we were glad we did, as the restaurant was wonderful. The food was also delicious and the staff very, very friendly but professional.
The breakfast buffet was also generous.

GREAT from any point of view.
Hotel or palace? The architecture, the size of the rooms, the decoration, a big "wow!"
Oversized room, large closets, real desk, safe, coffee maker... staff (reception, maintenance, service) at the top, equipment (pool, gym, sauna, rest room...) well beyond some hotels of the same price (the photos of the site are very realistic!), the breakfast is gargantuan, if the weather is nice, breakfast on the terrace with view on the park makes a great start in the day.

pros: best smiling staff. everybody's friendly and cordial. pool, sauna and gym are more than adequate. quite near to the downtown. breakfast and dinner options are just great.
cons: bathroom floor was not clean. water was free for the first night only. Cmon guys it's only water. coffee machine was very limited with no cream or milk or decaf options. no microwave or fridge.

We had a great stay at the Parkhotel Quellenhof and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. From the first greeting at reception through to leaving at check out we were made to feel welcome. The room was very comfortable and well appointed, the facilities in the hotel were fantastic, from the restaurant to the spa and swimming pool. The food in the restaurant was delicious with a great selection for breakfast. The hotel itself is a wonderful, grand building and the surrounding park area is a beautiful setting, with the location to the city centre ideal.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Parkhotel and will definitely stay again in the future.
With the exception of one gentleman at reception (unfortunately I did not get his name) all of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, attentive and professional, with a special thanks to Tabitha at reception and Thahn in the restaurant and the young lady at the bar.
See you all again soon

Excellent 6 night stay; clean, spacious (updated) rooms; excellent service; great location convenient to the center of town, the terme and an easy bus ride to the train station. We also enjoyed the bar area for evening snacks and drinks. The only slight negative is the lack of a coat rack and drying rack.

Pros:

- dust in the corners on the carpet
- toilet bowl was quite dirty
- TV had lots of channels, but only one or 2 english spoken ones, not a huge problem but just a bit unexpected
- communication about the spa was not very clear, I asked twice to make a reservation for the spa and the responses made me think a reservation wasn't needed. Then when we were checking in it became clear that we did in fact need to book a time and that they work with timeslots of 2 hours max. Not a problem and understandable (you want to make sure all guests get a chance) but I wish I had known beforehand. I also wish I could have booked a massage or beauty treatment beforehand, as now it was not possible to book a mud bath in the weekend we were there. Just wish I had known these things and would have been able to book in advance.
