Great experience overall, the staff is amazing and super friendly. The rooms and the hotel in general are a bit outdated

The room met our expectations exactly. The breakfast was excellent, with high-quality ingredients. To our delight, instead of the usual pre-baked rolls, there were good fresh bakery rolls and a fantastic variety of other baked goods.

Pure European decoration style, very quiet, the hotel is large, the parking lot is right at the door, but the breakfast is too European, all bread, no vegetable leaves

Very kind and professional staff. Great quality breakfast and diner in the restaurant of the hotel. You have a lot of options, (also as a vegitarian and if you don't drink alcohol there are a lot of alternatives).

It is quaint, with good facilities and parking. It is not far from the ancient city center and a 20-minute walk from Aachen Cathedral.

Very friendly staff. Wellness area optically nice, but often not properly in function (sauna not warm, steam bath cold benches) and for others eventually okay , but around 26 degrees for the pool having massage jets is at least 4 degrees to low for me, If the wellness area would be as good feeling as it looks, I would also come back privatly and not only for business.

A lovely hotel- full of grandeur. Staff very attentive, friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel on the outside of Aachen. Beautiful old building but the rooms are also a bit outdated. Spacious enough and very clean though. Parking below ground costs 16€ per day and when the hotel is fully booked I can see it being a bit too small.
