Easy to find and next to tram line. Get an all-day ticket and leave your car behind in the great parking provided. Nevertheless, location is indeed walkable to historic Augsburg. The exterior is plain but the room was not! It was tastefully decorated, fresh and clean. Bathroom was especially nice. Super clean with even towel warmers.

A good find At this price point, Stadthotel Augsburg is a good find. The premises are a little dated, but everything is clean, the room was spacious, and breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city hall. It's too tiring to walk around the city center for a day. There is a tram at the door. I was asked by a staff "how was my sleep?" at the breakfast - a question which I haven't heard for so long time when staying at a hotel. Everything was clean. Location was great as a tram station is just a step from the location. Would be great to have a kettle in the room for such a very cold day.

Too noisy Good location just 10 minutes walk from the centre or a short tram ride from outside the hotel. Breakfast was normal continental buffet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, we had a room facing the road. It was too hot with the windows closed and too noisy to them open.

Smells bad, like toilet drain odour, but staffs are really kind. Check-in time is quite reasonable, but contact to the reception is a bit tricky

Nice and comfortable room, with heating which was much appreciated in the cold weather. Very easy to leave & come back after hours. Reasonably priced & friendly staff. Best part though was the breakfast buffet- the breads, cakes and jams were made in house and were so delicious 😊

If I ever visit Augsburg again, I'd stay here again. The quiet atmosphere, with a view of the park in front, was fantastic. The breakfast was also excellent. Bicycles are parked outside, but the structure is designed to protect against rain.

Top hotel! We felt very comfortable; the room was nice and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lovingly prepared and the products were regional. We also really liked the friendliness and warmth of the staff and the fact that even those with disabilities are in good hands there. We would love to come back!

I stayed here for the 1 night on 30-04-21 I must say I would recommend this hotel to anyone, such a clean and cheerful bunch, the room was amazing and I had one of the best nights sleep I've had in a long time, it's a 5* from me 👍

The City Hotel Ost am Kö is conveniently located at the heart of the city. It is comfortable and has a great breakfast. The garage is on the next building but you pay at the hotel. Basic older hotel. Rooms has just basic equipment. Only bed, table and wardrobe. Nothing more. Old but quite enough. Rooms were very clean. I appreciate that bathrooms were recently renovated and brand new. Very convenient location. Only four kilometers from main square. I had a room next to the stairs and i heard everything that was hapenning at the Hall. Thin walls and little noisy.

Had not reserved and tried my luck to get a room here but sadly they were fully booked. Great shame because it looked exemplary at a very fair room rate. The site is located for people in transit, especially business people, due to the proximity to the motorway and to the B17. The food is more than recommended, and the interior tasteful.

We can't recommend Hotel am Rathaus enough. Although the rooms are cozy, we had everything we needed. The staff more than anything went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, thank you so much! It was not easy travelling with a baby, and we appreciated the extra care. We also enjoyed the breakfast onsite. It had everything we like and would want to get the day started.

There were Road works directly outside the hotel, starting noisily around 06:30 daily - no the fault of the hotel,. of course. But the lift was not working - my room was on the 2nd floor, I am 81 years old and have to walk with a stick, so that was difficult.

Wife and I stay here every time we visit Augsburg. The owner and staff are always very friendly and helpful. Making us feel right at home. The rooms are always clean, tidy and well maintained. This is a small, classic hotel with a unique atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean and well-appointed. However, the mattresses are quite soft, so it may be difficult for people with weak backs. The breakfast menu is elegant and tasty, although there isn't a wide variety. Free parking is also a plus.

I like Inter City hotels as they are convenient for the railway station. This one is tucked away a little and not well signposted so make sure you know where to go. Quiet room, friendly reception and good breakfasts all help. Plenty of restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner.

This location is just great! It's within steps of the train station, but thankfully it wasn't very loud within the hotel. It's still close to city center. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were very smartly designed. Also, the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Did not have the chance to stay at the hotel due to a misunderstanding during the booking of the rooms. Unfortunately a bit uncoordinated, but VERY helpful TOP LEVEL staff. In my personal experience, some staff in charge of direct contact to customers had a lack of empathy when trying to clear the misunderstand. I had never been to one of your hotels where all check in is done at a kiosk. We did not have a problem, but another customer in front of us did.

It is okay, but not very special There was no physical check-in and the online check-in did not work. Luckily, the customer support on the phone was very friendly and helped us out, but this did take about 30 min extra late in the evening. The rooms itself are fine, quite basic but all you need. However, my room sadly smelled quite much like cigarette smoke....

The check-in on the small screen in the lobby is complicated and not customer friendly. The rooms are descend size, clean and well maintained but cushions are too flat. Breakfast is okay but not offering Nutella (or any other brand) is a pity. Overall we are satisfied but there’s room for improvement.

We arrived a bit late, but we were lucky enough to be greeted by Dennis, who was as helpful as you can hope for. He helped with every request and questions we had . I hope each future receptionist I meet on my next stays are as good as Dennis is. I will for sure try to stay at this hotel in the future.

The late arrival procedure is the worst ever: it takes hours to register yourself on a touch screen, entering an endless list of information. Avoid this hotel if the reception is closed when you arrive. Appart form that, the hotel is fine, try to arrive early.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was excellent—clean, well-cooled, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was exceptionally kind, offering us valuable advice and even assisting us in getting an "emergency espresso." Additionally, the free parking for hotel guests is conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Highly recommend!

I spent a day in Augsburg during my trip to Romanfi Road. There is a mart and a cafe near the hotel. The room is small, but it is clean and well-maintained, and parking is convenient. I had a delicious beer and dinner at a brewery 10 minutes away by car. I recommend Brauhaus Riegele.

The counter staff is only on duty until 10pm. If you exceed the time, you can only use the emergency phone, which is relatively inconvenient. In addition, the automatic check-in machine at the door was out of order when checking in, so the entire check-in process was a bit delayed, but the service staff was proactive in helping to deal with it.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, and it's very convenient to get on the highway. There is a large warehouse supermarket next to it, but you need a membership card to enter for shopping. Opposite the hotel is a gas station and a small supermarket where you can buy things. The hotel room is small but clean and the front desk is friendly.
