this is a fivestar superior hotel very excited to go there. The receptions were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in my room 158. I went downstairs. It was 7 PM at night. She took me around to a few other rooms, which were all very warm and then I saw other fans outside the doors obviously that first floor does not work well after an unpleasant night sleep...

This is an excellent hotel, with welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. We had a two night stay at this hotel as part of a family of four. Excellent breakfast choices as well.

Fantastic location right in the middle of the Main Street but not noisy at all. Beautiful lobby, excellent reception staff, and comfortable, clean rooms. This was a great stay - so many restaurants nearby, lots of shopping opportunities, as well as close to the tourist information office that gives an excellent English tour.

Located near the highway but not close to the center (however the area is served by the tram). Hotel with restaurant, indoor pool, spa, private parking. Breakfast, wellness center and pool are not included in the price for standard rooms. Even though the parking is the hotel's own, they still decided to charge 10 euros per day.

Not too happy I booked it when I saw a picture of the pool. It costs 15 euros to use. It is a disorganized layout, and when I checked in, ended up schlepping my stuff all over looking for check in. The sauna, I never saw, but I believe it is there. Never saw the pool either. Couldn't find either and didn't get much help in that regard. The hotel is clean and reasonably priced. The staff are often in the corridor during the day, making lots of phone calls and talking loudly. This is not pleasant. The room had a door to another room, and we could hear the people in there. This was also disturbing!

Very happy we chose to stay at this hotel. Overall the hotel is well maintained throughout. Most importantly, our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Hats off to Pam, the hotel guest service agent, who helped us extend our stay. In the evenings, the lounge was a very comfy place to have drinks and relax. Would absolutely stay again.

They don’t let you do an early check in to advance with the paperwork (we didn’t need the room immediately just in case was possible to do the check in and leave our stuffs and later receive the key) Weren’t nice to express at the moment we asked if we can check in saying specifically is it 3 pm? (Being 1 pm) Like we were dumb… their English is not even the best and when we talked in German the switched...

We knew we would be arriving fairly late, so had already made the decision we would eat in the hotel rather than elsewhere in the town as this hotel is a little on the outskirts. The overall impression of the hotel is very good! I stayed in room 141, the room is wonderful, the only thing I would like to draw your attention to is the unsatisfactory condition of the bedspread on top, its inner surface was full of holes. Dust next to the coffee machine. An unknown spider in the room. But overall I am very satisfied, I can recommend it!

Although it's far from the station, it's very conveniently located for getting to the city center. There's a supermarket next door, so it's easy to buy souvenirs. The breakfast had a wide variety of items and was very satisfying. Coffee and tea were available, but it was a shame that there was no water. The room was very spacious and comfortable.

I visited for a business trip to Fraunhofer, and the facilities were great, and the hot water was excellent. There's a steakhouse nearby that's absolutely delicious. If you're visiting Augsburg, I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located not far from the station and is only 5 minutes from the city center, making it very accessible. The front desk staff is also friendly. I plan to book the hotel again next time I visit. ^👌

2 nights @ IBIS. Really nice deal. Small rooms but comfy and clean. Breakfast all I really wanted. Specially nice the 24-hours Barservice. I feel much better when there is staff there and not just a PIN code. Just closed the city center and railway station. The ventilation was hearable. But it IBIS was a good choice.

I am very happy I stayed here and would be happy to stay again. They serve beer late into the night, just not with breakfast. There is a big breakfast spread in the morning and is not included. Staff was excellent. Room was clean and ready. Location to the train station is a huge bonus and a 5 minute walk.

I had a great stay at the conveniently located Ibis Augsburg Hbf. The room was thoughtfully arranged, functional and very clean. Reception was very friendly.

Stayed for 4 nights. Rooms are dated but clean and decent enough. WiFi was not available for all rooms except the lobby throughout the entire stay. I’m not sure if they are unserviceable or if they simply do not provide them at all. It seems unreasonable for it to be down for such a long time in a hotel. Edit: Upon checking other reviews, it seems like this hotel does not provide room WiFi at all...

We stayed for 2 nights over Christmas (23-25.12) in the Junior Suite. We found the quality/price ration truly amazing: around 120€ per night (without breakfast) and we had a gigantic room on the 34tg floor. The view is obviously the best part, I could catch a great sunrise. The hotel itself is a bit old fashioned, but everything works and is clean (except a bit of dust) and the service and amenities...

This adorable hotel is located right near central train station and is 2-3 min scooter to the central plaza on Augsburg. We requested a room facing opposite to the street and it was quiet and peaceful. The view from our window was gorgeous during sunset. The staff accommodated our needs for an extra blanket. The room has all the basics (but no refrigerator or iron).

It's very close to the train station. I walked here by myself. It's a few hundred meters away from the tourist attraction, the municipal square. For lunch, go to Qinghuan. The supermarket is very convenient. The only thing is that there is a cemetery next to it. If you don't mind, it's very convenient to stay.

Wow, wow, wow! I fell in love with this hotel! If the devil lives in the details, in this place they really know it! Good hotel close the train station, but you don't hear the trains, quite easy to find. The rooms and bathrooms were clean rooms (just like in other Ibis hotels). Free parking in front of the hotel. It is about 20 minutes walk to the vity centre.

The strong point, the proximity to the supermarket and 20 minutes walk from the center. The rooms are decent but the cleanliness leaves something to be desired, in our room there were many spiders on the ceiling, we reported it but they did not intervene to clean. Breakfast costs 10 euros per person but is not very varied. Ultimately an acceptable evaluation.

It is 1.3km from Augsburg Central Station, and it is difficult to roll a suitcase on the cobblestone streets. The exterior is faded and has a seedy feel, but the rooms are kept clean. Check-in is from 2pm. Before that, there are no staff and you cannot enter the hotel, so you have to wait outside. You cannot leave your luggage there either. The reception opens at 2pm and you can check in. The rooms...

Despite the lack of staff, the hotel offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it ;) I'll book again immediately if the price is the same.

It is very nice hotel; clean, quiet, big rooms. Receptionists were especially helpful; although there was no kettle in the room they gave us one from the kitchen. there is a water station available at the entrance. Only minor issue was that it is not very convenient to reach the city center; walking 12-13 minutes to tram station and then tram rides take another 20-25 minutes.

It is clever with the code for letter box to get the keys to the rooms after the reception time. However, I found an old towel hidden behind the curtain on the heating radiator.

A sufficient and nice choice for a business trip

The hotel is great overall, I substract one star from my impression due to some minor factors like pretty low temperature in the room and no cabinet for clothes. Besides that, the hotel is really nice. 👍

I haven't stayed in holiday hotels much in China before, but I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Parking was convenient, the room was clean and tidy, and the front desk service was excellent. The room had a sofa bed, and we asked to make it up so two adults could sleep more comfortably, and they completely agreed. Thank you very much.

I don't know what the current standards of Home Inns and 7 Days Inns in China are like, but this Holiday Inn Express seems nothing like Holiday Inn. My god, it's so shabby. The sink is incredibly high. I saw a short, elderly woman living on the road, and I thought her sink wasn't even as high as the one in this hotel. The breakfast was terrible, and the taste wasn't great either. There was no lye bread...

The location is very convenient, close to the train station and the bus terminal. There's also a small supermarket nearby for shopping. However, there's no air conditioning in the room, only heating.

During Oktoberfest, room rates in downtown Munich are sky-high. A 40-minute train ride to Augsburg lets you stay at a Holiday Inn for NT$2,700 a night, which is quite good. Breakfast is also included. The downside is that you're likely to encounter group tours, which can affect the quality of your morning meal.

The hotel is walkable distance to Innigen station there are bus available also prefer train 10 mins to Augsburg station . Surroundings are quiet and pleasant perfect relax atmosphere. We can always catch train or bus to go city . I plan to come stay again...

Room was comfortable, and the hotel was in a very quiet location (until the ducks woke up!) There was ample parking. Breakfast was very good, with lots of options, and the dining room was large. Staff were very nice.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel is on a beautiful little street just steps from the very grand Maximilianstrasse--easy walk to the center of everything, the grandeur of the city hall and shopping district, yet very peaceful and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is generous and excellent.

Family-run Hotel, the Augsburg city centre is best explored on foot. I also the room was quiet and clean, for a rather cheap Hotel is beautiful. Also the Breakfast was absolutely in order.

Good Location; very nice with the pool, sauna etc. but the service could be way better. Staff doesn’t even speak German that well. Reception isn’t there 24/7. Room is very tiny, no AC, can’t close the window all the way. But all in all still an acceptable Hotel to stay in.

I give this a good review. The rooms are clean, they offer swimming pool inside and their gym. Their breakfast was great definitely booking again in this hotel.
